The following describes a multi-machine combined operation method and apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a multi-machine combined operation method according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, including but not limited to the following steps:
the multiple machines of the present invention may be multiple types of work machines. The invention provides a working method for combining a plurality of or a plurality of working machines. Classes of work machines include, but are not limited to, excavators, dump trucks, hooking machines, cranes, earth moving vehicles, dump trucks, and the like.
Step 101: the second work machine obtains matching information with the first work machine.
For convenience of description, the above-described step 101 will be described with reference to an example in which the target dump truck (i.e., the second work machine) and the target excavator (i.e., the first work machine) cooperate.
The scenario of the joint job is set as follows: the target dump truck is driven to the loading site by the driver, and then the target dump truck is loaded with material by the target excavator.
Alternatively, the loading location may be determined by communication via voice intercom. The wireless voice modules are only required to be respectively loaded on the two sides of the target dumper and the target excavator, and communication is carried out before goods are loaded.
After the target dump truck arrives at the loading site, in order to establish a wireless local area network with the target excavator, the target dump truck acquires matching information with the target excavator.
The matching information may be name information of the target hot spot in the operation area. The target hot spot may be generated by a communication device, and the communication device may be independently disposed in the combined operation area, or may be integrated in a control terminal of the target excavator, and a specific disposition manner may be selected according to actual situations, which is not particularly limited herein.
The method for acquiring the matching information by the target dump truck can be generated by reading an identity mark arranged on the target excavator or reading a two-dimensional code arranged on the target excavator;
the identity mark or the two-dimensional code is pre-stored with name information of the target hot spot.
In addition, the communication device may select a network router, a bluetooth device, or the like.
Step 102: and under the condition that the matching information meets the preset matching condition, establishing a wireless local area network between the first working machine and the first working machine.
After the target dump truck obtains the matching information with the target excavator, a local wireless network with the target excavator can be established through the matching information. For example, after the target dump truck enters the connection range of a plurality of hot spots, the target hot spot to be connected is determined according to the acquired matching information, and connection is performed.
The wireless local area network of the target dumper and the target excavator can be established through the mode, and the wireless local area network can be established through other wireless communication technologies, such as Bluetooth, ultra Wide Band (UWB), V2X and the like.
Step 103: and sending the operation information to the first operation machine so that the first operation machine can display the operation information.
After the wireless local area network is established, the communication between the target dump truck and the target excavator can be realized through the wireless local area network. The target dump truck can send the operation information to the target excavator and display the operation information, and an excavator driver can refer to the operation information to perform operation.
The operation information of the target dump truck can be obtained by disposing a corresponding sensor on its vehicle body, for example: the weighing sensor can be arranged on the target dumper to acquire weighing information of the loaded materials or the packing box is arranged on the image sensor to acquire finishing information of the loaded cargoes of the target dumper.
The display mode of the operation information can be voice broadcasting, image display, video display and the like.
The invention provides a multi-machine combined operation method, which realizes effective communication among multiple machines by establishing a wireless local area network among the multiple machines, improves the efficiency of the multi-machine combined operation, and is safer and more reliable.

When the target excavator loads the first shovel material, the RFID reader and the RFID tag CAN read tag information of the RFID tag on the arm of the target excavator through wireless radio frequency induction within a range of 10 meters, the tag information gives hot spot name information of the central control screen of the target excavator, and the RFID reader transmits the tag information to the central control screen of the dump truck and the wireless camera through a CAN network.
And the dump truck central control screen and the wireless camera start WIFI connection according to the wireless hotspot name information, and the excavator central control screen, the dump truck central control screen and the wireless camera automatically form a wireless local area network.
The control screen in the excavator obtains the wireless camera IP address through wireless LAN, directly pulls the packing box monitoring video stream through the IP address to assist the excavator driver to look over the loading condition, the control screen in the tipper also pulls the packing box monitoring video stream through wired mode simultaneously.
