The second pulley 7 and the third pulley 8 are each embodied as steel pulleys. The axis of the second pulley 7 and the axis of the third pulley 8 both extend in the same direction as the axis of the first pulley 4. The rope body 3 can be effectively prevented from damaging the existing finished product in the pulling-up installation process, and the appearance quality of concrete is guaranteed.
The second pulley 7 and the third pulley 8 each include at least two, such as two, three, and four, disposed in the vertical direction. Two second pulleys 7 are respectively installed at the upper and lower parts of the opening 15, and two third pulleys 8 are respectively installed at the upper and lower parts of the opening 15.
