A rotary open-close type horizontal sliding door and window according to claim 1, wherein the first upper hinge assembly and the second upper hinge assembly each comprise a fixing plate (10), two fixing plates (10) are respectively installed in a first upper installation groove and a second upper installation groove through a plurality of connecting bolts, a connecting hinge plate (12) is rotatably connected to each of the two fixing plates (10) through a central round block (11), two connecting hinge plates (12) are respectively rotatably connected to an upper hinge plate (13) and a lower hinge plate (14), the two upper hinge plates (13) are respectively connected with a first upper window sash (2) and a second upper window sash (7), and the two lower hinge plates (14) are respectively connected with the first upper window sash (2) and the second upper window sash (7).

A rotary sliding door or window according to claim 2, wherein said first lower hinge assembly and said second lower hinge assembly each comprise a moving plate (15), two of said moving plates (15) are respectively connected to said first iron slide (4) and said second iron slide (6) by a plurality of mounting bolts, two of said moving plates (15) are respectively connected to said adjusting hinge plate (16), two of said adjusting hinge plates (16) are respectively connected to said upper hinge plate (17) and said lower hinge plate (18), two of said upper hinge plates (17) are respectively connected to said first lower window sash (3) and said second lower window sash (8), and two of said lower hinge plates (18) are respectively connected to said first lower window sash (3) and said second lower window sash (8).

A rotary open-close type horizontal sliding door and window according to claim 3, wherein four pieces of said composite glass comprise photoelectric glass (19) and tempered glass (20), four pieces of said photoelectric glass (19) are respectively installed in the first upper window sash (2), the first lower window sash (3), the second upper window sash (7) and the second lower window sash (8), four pieces of said tempered glass (20) are respectively installed in the first upper window sash (2), the first lower window sash (3), the second upper window sash (7) and the second lower window sash (8), the tempered glass (20) is located at the rear side of the photoelectric glass (19), and the tempered glass (20) and the photoelectric glass (19) are supported and fixed by a keel frame (21).

The rotary open-close type horizontal sliding door and window as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the first lower window sash (3) and the second lower window sash (8) are both fixedly connected with pulling rods (22), the two pulling rods (22) are vertically staggered, and the bottom end of one pulling rod (22) close to the upper side of the two pulling rods (22) and the top end of the other pulling rod (22) are both fixedly connected with limiting elastic pieces (23).
