技术领域
本发明涉及过滤材料及其制备方法,更具体地说,它涉及一种高透滤纸及 其制备方法。
背景技术
滤纸具有纤维交错形成的三维网络结构,可以使固体、液体通过的同时, 对固体微粒进行阻挡,是空气净化设备或液体过滤设备的重要组成部件。
滤清器用滤纸,决定着机滤清器的性能,其主要用于过滤进入发动机的空 中的颗粒状杂质以及水分等。目前的滤清器用滤纸一般由用普通木浆为主要成 分制成的一种纸质的过滤层组成,由于普通木浆纤维较细、紧度高,因此所制 成的滤纸普遍存在着紧度高、过滤效率低、寿命短等缺点,而且纸质的滤纸还 普遍存在固化性差,耐水性、耐候性不够的缺点,当空气湿度改变时,纸张容 易产生变形,进而影响过滤效果。
传统的滤纸为了改善滤纸的耐水性和耐破度,在滤纸的两面均设有树脂层, 双面树脂层虽然能够大幅提高滤纸的耐水性、耐候性和耐破度,延长使用寿命, 但是其严重影响了滤纸的透气度,不仅降低了通气效率,而且使得滤纸容易积 蓄热量,从而导致温度升高,对滤纸的热稳定性具有较高的要求。
因此需要提出一种方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高透滤纸及其制备 方法,通过设置单层的树脂层在保证透气性的同时,提高了滤纸的耐水性、耐 候性以及耐破度。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种高透滤纸及 其制备方法,包括滤纸本体,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:木浆纤维60~65 份,麻纤维5~10份,苇浆纤维10~15份,醋酸纤维25~28份,微晶纤维素3~ 8份,改性纳米海泡石粉1~2份,纯丙乳液1~2份,钠基澎润土1~2份,云 母粉0.5~1份,羧甲基纤维素0.5~0.8份,硅酸铝1~2份,椰油酸二乙醇酰 胺1~2份,PAE湿强剂0.2~0.4份,分散剂1~3份。
本发明进一步设置为:所述滤纸本体的一侧设置有树脂层,其是由下述重 量份的原料制得:酚氧树脂60~75份、玉米生物基纤维100~200份、聚碳化 二亚胺10~35份、有机柔性纤维20~40份、负电改性艾末中长纤维100~300 份。
本发明的上述技术目的还通过以下技术方案得以实现的:所述高透滤纸的 制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)对丝木浆纤维、麻纤维、苇浆纤维、醋酸纤维混 合后进行打浆,浆料浓度为1.9~2.5wt%,在打浆的过程中加入微晶纤维素、 改性纳米海泡石粉,打浆至浆料叩解度为12~14°SR后,加入PAE湿强剂再进 行磨浆,直至叩解度为16~20°SR,制得浆料a;
2)将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到所述浆料a中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料b;将 分散剂加入到所述浆料b中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.5~1.9wt%, 将其余原料按照重量份加入浆料b中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料c;对浆料c进行上 网抄造成型后,制得过滤纸本体;
3)对玉米生物基纤维、有机柔性纤维、负电改性艾末中长纤维进行打浆, 浆料浓度为2.5~3.0%,打浆至浆料叩解度为16~18°SR后,再进行磨浆,直 至叩解度为26~30°SR,制得浆料A;将酚氧树脂加入到所述浆料A中,搅拌 均匀后制得浆料B;将聚碳化二亚胺加入到所述浆料B中,分散均匀后加水调节 浆料浓度至1.3~1.7wt%,制得浆料C,对浆料C进行上网抄造成型后,制得 树脂层;
4)将所述滤纸本体和树脂层进行贴合,然后经过抽真空压榨、烘干后制得 滤纸成品。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的滤纸具有良好的透气性和过滤效果,且在保证良好透气性的同时, 通过单面的树脂层提高了滤纸的耐水性、耐候性以及耐破度。

实施例一:一种高透滤纸及其制备方法,包括滤纸本体,其是由下述重量 份的原料制得:木浆纤维60份,麻纤维5份,苇浆纤维10份,醋酸纤维25份, 微晶纤维素3份,改性纳米海泡石粉1份,纯丙乳液1份,钠基澎润土1份, 云母粉0.5份,羧甲基纤维素0.5份,硅酸铝1份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1份,PAE 湿强剂0.2份,分散剂1份。
滤纸本体的一侧设置有树脂层,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:酚氧树脂 60~75份、玉米生物基纤维100份、聚碳化二亚胺10份、有机柔性纤维20份、 负电改性艾末中长纤维100份。
高透滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)对丝木浆纤维、麻纤维、苇浆纤 维、醋酸纤维混合后进行打浆,浆料浓度为1.9wt%,在打浆的过程中加入微晶 纤维素、改性纳米海泡石粉,打浆至浆料叩解度为12°SR后,加入PAE湿强剂 再进行磨浆,直至叩解度为16°SR,制得浆料a;
2)将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到浆料a中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料b;将分散 剂加入到浆料b中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.5wt%,将其余原料按照 重量份加入浆料b中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料c;对浆料c进行上网抄造成型后, 制得过滤纸本体;

实施例二:一种高透滤纸及其制备方法,包括滤纸本体,其是由下述重量 份的原料制得:木浆纤维65份,麻纤维10份,苇浆纤维15份,醋酸纤维28 份,微晶纤维素8份,改性纳米海泡石粉2份,纯丙乳液2份,钠基澎润土2 份,云母粉1份,羧甲基纤维素0.8份,硅酸铝2份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2份, PAE湿强剂0.4份,分散剂3份。
滤纸本体的一侧设置有树脂层,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:酚氧树脂 75份、玉米生物基纤维200份、聚碳化二亚胺35份、有机柔性纤维40份、负 电改性艾末中长纤维300份。
高透滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)对丝木浆纤维、麻纤维、苇浆纤 维、醋酸纤维混合后进行打浆,浆料浓度为2.5wt%,在打浆的过程中加入微晶 纤维素、改性纳米海泡石粉,打浆至浆料叩解度为14°SR后,加入PAE湿强剂 再进行磨浆,直至叩解度为20°SR,制得浆料a;
2)将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到浆料a中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料b;将分散 剂加入到浆料b中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.9wt%,将其余原料按照 重量份加入浆料b中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料c;对浆料c进行上网抄造成型后, 制得过滤纸本体;

4)将滤纸本体和树脂层进行贴合,然后经过抽真空压榨、烘干后制得滤纸 成品。
实施例三:一种高透滤纸及其制备方法,包括滤纸本体,其是由下述重量 份的原料制得:木浆纤维62份,麻纤维8份,苇浆纤维13份,醋酸纤维26份, 微晶纤维素5份份,改性纳米海泡石粉1.2份,纯丙乳液1.3份,钠基澎润土 1.8份,云母0.7份,羧甲基纤维素0.7份,硅酸铝1.5份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺 1.4份,PAE湿强剂0.3份,分散剂2份。
滤纸本体的一侧设置有树脂层,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:酚氧树脂 70份、玉米生物基纤维150份、聚碳化二亚胺20份、有机柔性纤维30份、负 电改性艾末中长纤维150份。
高透滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)对丝木浆纤维、麻纤维、苇浆纤 维、醋酸纤维混合后进行打浆,浆料浓度为2wt%,在打浆的过程中加入微晶纤 维素、改性纳米海泡石粉,打浆至浆料叩解度为13°SR后,加入PAE湿强剂再 进行磨浆,直至叩解度为18°SR,制得浆料a;
2)将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到浆料a中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料b;将分散 剂加入到浆料b中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.7wt%,将其余原料按照 重量份加入浆料b中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料c;对浆料c进行上网抄造成型后, 制得过滤纸本体;
3)对玉米生物基纤维、有机柔性纤维、负电改性艾末中长纤维进行打浆, 浆料浓度为2.6%,打浆至浆料叩解度为17°SR后,再进行磨浆,直至叩解度 为27°SR,制得浆料A;将酚氧树脂加入到浆料A中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料B; 将聚碳化二亚胺加入到浆料B中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.6wt%,制 得浆料C,对浆料C进行上网抄造成型后,制得树脂层;
4)将滤纸本体和树脂层进行贴合,然后经过抽真空压榨、烘干后制得滤纸 成品。
实施例1-3制得的滤纸本体的各性能检测如表1所示:

Claims (3)
1.一种高透滤纸及其制备方法,包括滤纸本体,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:木浆纤维60~65份,麻纤维5~10份,苇浆纤维10~15份,醋酸纤维25~28份,微晶纤维素3~8份,改性纳米海泡石粉1~2份,纯丙乳液1~2份,钠基澎润土1~2份,云母粉0.5~1份,羧甲基纤维素0.5~0.8份,硅酸铝1~2份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺1~2份,PAE湿强剂0.2~0.4份,分散剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透滤纸及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述滤纸本体的一侧设置有树脂层,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:酚氧树脂60~75份、玉米生物基纤维100~200份、聚碳化二亚胺10~35份、有机柔性纤维20~40份、负电改性艾末中长纤维100~300份。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一所述高透滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)对丝木浆纤维、麻纤维、苇浆纤维、醋酸纤维混合后进行打浆,浆料浓度为1.9~2.5wt%,在打浆的过程中加入微晶纤维素、改性纳米海泡石粉,打浆至浆料叩解度为12~14°SR后,加入PAE湿强剂再进行磨浆,直至叩解度为16~20°SR,制得浆料a;
2)将椰油酸二乙醇酰胺加入到所述浆料a中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料b;将分散剂加入到所述浆料b中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.5~1.9wt%,将其余原料按照重量份加入浆料b中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料c;对浆料c进行上网抄造成型后,制得过滤纸本体;
3)对玉米生物基纤维、有机柔性纤维、负电改性艾末中长纤维进行打浆,浆料浓度为2.5~3.0%,打浆至浆料叩解度为16~18°SR后,再进行磨浆,直至叩解度为26~30°SR,制得浆料A;将酚氧树脂加入到所述浆料A中,搅拌均匀后制得浆料B;将聚碳化二亚胺加入到所述浆料B中,分散均匀后加水调节浆料浓度至1.3~1.7wt%,制得浆料C,对浆料C进行上网抄造成型后,制得树脂层;
4)将所述滤纸本体和树脂层进行贴合,然后经过抽真空压榨、烘干后制得滤纸成品。
