Referring to fig. 1-2 and 4-5, a hot runner zinc spraying device for a steel pipe tower of a power transmission line comprises two vertical frames 1 which are vertically arranged, wherein a steel pipe clamping mechanism is arranged on the upper part of one side of each vertical frame 1, a rectangular frame 2 is horizontally welded on the upper end of each vertical frame 1, a sliding plate 4 is slidably arranged at one end of the upper part of each rectangular frame 2, a sliding mechanism is arranged between each sliding plate 4 and the corresponding rectangular frame 2, vertical bolts are vertically fixed on the four corners of the lower part of each sliding plate 4 to form the vertical columns, a movable base 5 is welded at the lower ends of the four vertical columns, a through hole 7 is formed in each movable base 5 through the outer walls of the vertical sides, zinc spraying assemblies are arranged on the two sides of each movable base 5, a rotary toothed ring 9 is rotatably arranged around the through hole 7, a rotary roller 12 is horizontally rotatably arranged at one end of the rotary toothed ring 9 far away from the movable base 5, and a limiting ring 13 is arranged at one end of the rotary roller 12 close to the rotary toothed ring 9, an end cover 11 is fixed on one end of the rotary roller 12 far away from the limiting ring 13 through a bolt, and a driving mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the movable seat 5.
In the invention, the sliding mechanism comprises sliding chutes 3 which are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper part of a rectangular frame 2 along the length direction, pulleys 18 are respectively arranged at four corners of the inner bottom surface of a sliding plate 4 in a rotating way, the lower parts of the four pulleys 18 pass through the outer wall of the bottom surface of the sliding plate 4 and are respectively arranged in the two sliding chutes 3 in a sliding way, a double-shaft motor 21 is fixed on one side of the inner part of the sliding plate 4 by bolts, the output ends of two ends of the double-shaft motor 21 are respectively connected with the two pulleys 18 which are positioned on the same side by coaxial keys, a zinc spraying assembly comprises a connecting plate 6 which is horizontally welded on the lower parts of two vertical sides of a moving seat 5, zinc spraying boxes 8 are fixed on the upper parts of the two connecting plates 6 by vertical bolts, spray guns are inserted and fixed on one side of the two zinc spraying boxes 8 which is relatively close to one side, zinc spraying ports 19 are respectively communicated with a through port 7, the two spray guns are respectively aligned with the two zinc spraying ports 19, a driving mechanism comprises a connecting box 15 which is fixed by bolts on one side of the upper part of the moving seat 5 which is close to a rotating toothed ring 9, connecting box 15 is close to and rotates ring gear 9 one side horizontal rotation and is equipped with tooth post 14, and tooth post 14 and the meshing of rotating ring gear 9, be equipped with linkage rotating assembly on the connecting box 15, it is equipped with fixed ring gear 10 to remove seat 5 to be close to 12 one side outer walls of commentaries on classics roller and rotate ring gear 9 coaxial fixation, it has outer ring gear to change 5 one end of roller to be close to remove seat along its outer wall round, and outer ring gear and the meshing of fixed ring gear 10, linkage rotating assembly includes that connecting box 15 keeps away from 14 one side horizontal bolt fixed motors 20 of tooth post, and the output of motors 20 passes connecting box 15 one side inner wall and 14 key-connections of tooth post.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when in use, the through opening 7 of the moving seat 5 penetrates through the steel pipe tower, then two ends of the steel pipe tower are fixed on the steel pipe clamping mechanisms on the inner sides of the two vertical frames 1, the double-shaft motor 21 is driven, the sliding plate 4 slides on the rectangular frame 2 to drive the moving seat 5 to horizontally move, the spray gun on one side of the zinc spraying box 8 moves to spray zinc on the steel pipe tower, after the zinc spraying is finished, a film roll can be directly sleeved on the rotating roller 12, the end cover 11 is fixed by screw threads, one end of the film is manually fixed at one end of the steel pipe tower, then the double-shaft motor 21 is started to drive the sliding plate 4 to slide again, the spray gun is closed, the moving seat 5 is driven to move when the sliding plate 4 slides, the motor 20 is started to drive the tooth post 14 to rotate, the rotating roller 12 is driven to revolve around the steel pipe tower under the transmission of the rotating tooth ring 9, so that the film can slowly and uniformly wind around the steel pipe tower on the steel pipe tower, and the surface of the steel pipe after the zinc spraying treatment can be isolated and sealed, simple structure, the cost is lower to the film is around establishing more evenly, changes roller 12 and when revolving around establishing along with rotating ring gear 9 around steel-pipe tower revolution, realizes the biography of oneself under the effect of fixed ring gear 10, makes the film book on changeing roller 12 follow the speed of pulling out of film by oneself and take off and put, has avoided the film that simple dependence pulling force pulled out the film and caused midway fracture, is around establishing tectorial membrane efficiency and improving.

A hot runner zinc spraying device for a power transmission line steel pipe tower comprises two vertical frames (1) which are vertically arranged, and is characterized in that the two vertical frames (1) are relatively close to the upper part of one side and are respectively provided with a steel pipe clamping mechanism, a rectangular frame (2) is horizontally welded at the upper ends of the two vertical frames (1), one end of the upper part of the rectangular frame (2) is provided with a sliding plate (4) in a sliding manner, a sliding mechanism is arranged between the sliding plate (4) and the rectangular frame (2), the four corners of the lower part of the sliding plate (4) are respectively fixed with a stand column by vertical bolts, the lower ends of the four stand columns are welded with a movable seat (5), the movable seat (5) penetrates through the outer walls of the two vertical sides and is provided with a through opening (7), both sides of the movable seat (5) are respectively provided with a zinc spraying assembly, one side of the outer wall of the movable seat (5) is provided with a rotary toothed ring (9) in a circle around the through opening (7), rotate ring gear (9) and keep away from removal seat (5) one side one end level and rotate and be equipped with and change roller (12), and change roller (12) and go up to be close to and rotate ring gear (9) pot head and be equipped with spacing ring (13), it has end cover (11) to change roller (12) and keep away from spacing ring (13) one end bolt fastening, it is equipped with actuating mechanism to remove seat (5) upper portion.

The hot runner zinc spraying device for the steel tube tower of the power transmission line according to claim 1, wherein the sliding mechanism comprises sliding grooves (3) which are formed in two sides of the upper portion of the rectangular frame (2) along the length direction of the rectangular frame, pulleys (18) are rotatably arranged at four corners of the bottom surface inside the sliding plate (4), the lower portions of the four pulleys (18) penetrate through the outer wall of the bottom surface of the sliding plate (4) and are respectively arranged in the two sliding grooves (3) in a sliding mode, a double-shaft motor (21) is fixed on one side of the inside of the sliding plate (4) through bolts, and output ends of two ends of the double-shaft motor (21) are respectively connected with the two pulleys (18) on the same side in a coaxial key mode.

The hot runner zinc spraying device for the steel pipe tower of the power transmission line according to claim 1, wherein the zinc spraying assembly comprises connecting plates (6) which are horizontally welded on the lower parts of the two vertical sides of a movable seat (5), zinc spraying boxes (8) are vertically fixed on the upper parts of the two connecting plates (6) through bolts, two zinc spraying boxes (8) are inserted and fixed on one side close to each other, zinc spraying ports (19) are formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the movable seat (5), the two zinc spraying ports (19) are communicated with a through port (7), and the two zinc spraying guns are respectively aligned to the two zinc spraying ports (19).

The hot runner zinc spraying device for the steel tube tower of the power transmission line according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a connecting box (15) which is fixed by bolts and arranged at one side of the upper part of the moving seat (5) close to the rotating toothed ring (9), a toothed column (14) is horizontally and rotatably arranged at one side of the connecting box (15) close to the rotating toothed ring (9), the toothed column (14) is meshed with the rotating toothed ring (9), and a linkage rotating assembly is arranged on the connecting box (15).
