Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-sloughing agent natural asphalt powder for drilling fluid, and relates to the technical field of anti-sloughing agents. The anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder consists of 65-75% of natural asphalt, 4-5% of polyethylene glycol, 15-20% of ammonium salt and 6-10% of chlorinated paraffin. The anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder also plays roles in lubricating and reducing high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss in the drilling fluid, and is a drilling fluid treating agent with multiple functions of plugging, anti-collapse, lubricating and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-sloughing agents, and particularly relates to anti-sloughing agent natural asphalt powder for drilling fluid.
Background
As the drilling fluid filtrate enters the rock pore, the pore pressure is increased, the effective combination of the quality inspection of the mineral particles is reduced, and the rock strength is also reduced. Meanwhile, the bonding force of non-chemical cementation such as hydrogen bonds of quality inspection of mineral particles such as formation clay and the like is destroyed by water. Thus allowing pore pressure to diffuse and thereby destabilize the wellbore wall. In order to overcome the above problems, it is an effective means to add an anti-collapse agent into the drilling fluid, but at present, the binding capacity of the anti-collapse agent and the drilling fluid is relatively poor, and therefore, the anti-collapse effect still needs to be further improved.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an anti-sloughing agent natural asphalt powder for drilling fluid, which is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
65 to 75 percent of natural asphalt powder,
4 to 5 percent of polyethylene glycol,
15 to 20 percent of ammonium salt,
6% -10% of chlorinated paraffin, wherein the ammonium salt is preferably one of ammonium chloride and ammonium nitrate. The polyethylene glycol is polyethylene glycol 4000.
Preferably, the anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
75 percent of natural asphalt powder,
4 percent of polyethylene glycol,
15 percent of hydrolyzed ammonium salt,
6% of high molecular polymer.
Preferably, the anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
70 percent of natural asphalt powder,
5 percent of polyethylene glycol,
15 percent of ammonium salt,
10% of chlorinated paraffin.
Preferably, the anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
65 percent of natural asphalt powder,
5 percent of polyethylene glycol,
20 percent of ammonium salt,
10% of chlorinated paraffin.
The use method of the anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder for the drilling fluid is that 1-3 wt% of the anti-collapse agent is added into the drilling fluid and is used after being uniformly mixed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder also plays roles in lubricating and reducing high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss in the drilling fluid, and is a drilling fluid treating agent with multiple functions of plugging, anti-collapse, lubricating and the like.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following specific examples.
Example 1
The anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
75 percent of natural asphalt powder,
4 percent of polyethylene glycol,
15 percent of ammonium chloride,
6 percent of chlorinated paraffin.
Example 2
The anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
70 percent of natural asphalt powder,
5 percent of polyethylene glycol,
15 percent of ammonium nitrate,
10% of chlorinated paraffin.
Example 3
The anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
65 percent of natural asphalt powder,
5 percent of polyethylene glycol,
20 percent of ammonium chloride,
10% of chlorinated paraffin.
The performance of the anti-collapse agent natural asphalt powders prepared in examples 1 to 3 was measured, as shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
The method for detecting the softening point comprises the following steps:
the anti-collapse agent was melted by heating and then molded, and the softening point was measured according to the GB/T4507 standard.
The foaming rate is detected as follows:
base slurry: taking 400mL of distilled water, adding 0.96g of anhydrous sodium carbonate and 16.0g of bentonite for drilling fluid under stirring, stirring at a high speed for 20min, and sealing and maintaining at room temperature for 24 h.
Taking 300mL of base slurry, adding 3.0g of the anti-collapse agent, stirring at a high speed for 5min, taking down the base slurry from a telling stirrer, immediately pouring the base slurry into a clean measuring cylinder, reading the total volume within 10s, and reading the volume V of the sample slurry.
Calculating the bubble rate X according to equation (1):
X=(V-300)/300×100% (1)。
it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely examples of the present invention, and it is obvious that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and other modifications are possible. All modifications directly or indirectly derivable by a person skilled in the art from the present disclosure are to be considered within the scope of the present invention.
