Therefore, PS is widely used as a packaging material in the fields of electronic appliances, transparent parts for public buildings, daily necessities, foods, and the like. At present, most sealing films of PS packaging materials are aluminum foils, aluminum-plastic composite materials or aluminum-plated composite materials, and although the barrier property is good, the tearing property is difficult to control, and the cost is high.
Chinese patent CN109291570A discloses a polystyrene plastic cup sealing film for post-fermentation yoghourt and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sealing film comprises a printing layer, a blocking layer and a heat sealing layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the printing layer is a PET polyester film layer, the blocking layer is an aluminum foil layer, and the heat sealing layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 35 parts of low-density polyethylene, 25 to 30 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 15 to 20 parts of ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer and 15 to 20 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The sealing film is complex in manufacturing process, comprises an aluminum foil layer and is relatively high in cost.
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic synthetic resin with excellent performance, is colorless semitransparent thermoplastic light general-purpose plastic, has chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high-strength mechanical properties, good high-wear-resistance processing properties and the like, and is widely developed and applied in various fields of machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, buildings, textiles, packaging, agriculture, forestry, fishery, food industry and the like. PP is widely applied to the field of packaging materials due to plasticity and is low in cost, but the heat sealing strength of a PP film to PS plastic is low, and the heat sealing of PS cannot be realized.

(3) Printing: and (3) adopting the oil material obtained in the step (2) as printing ink, printing on the surface of the printing layer by adopting a gravure high-speed printing machine, and curing after printing to obtain the polystyrene plastic sealing film.

The PP has a plurality of excellent performances such as chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high-strength mechanical property, good high-wear-resistance processing property and the like, and the PP is adopted as a printing layer of the sealing film, so that the overall performance of the sealing film, such as mechanical strength and barrier property, can be effectively improved. The heat sealing layer adopts polyacrylate as a main film forming agent, and the heat sealing strength of the sealing film is controlled to be 4-9N/15 mm by adjusting the proportion of the film forming auxiliary agent, so that the sealing film is ensured to have certain sealing strength, but has good tearability.
3. PP is common resin, the cost is low, and meanwhile, solvents such as polyacrylate, ethyl acetate and the like and curing agent polyisocyanate are common chemicals, so that the cost is low; the film forming process adopts a gravure high-speed printing mode, has high speed and low cost, thereby reducing the production cost.

(2) Mixing materials: uniformly mixing the component A and the component B according to a mass ratio of 15.1-15; the oil stock is ready for use in 24 hours.

In the component A, polyacrylate is used as a main film forming agent, propyl acetate and ethyl acetate are used as solvents for regulating volatilization speed, matte powder is used for regulating viscosity, wax powder is used for improving scratch resistance of the sealing film, methylcyclohexane is used as a solvent, and rosin and chlorinated polypropylene are used for regulating adhesion performance of the sealing film. In the component B, polyisocyanate is used as a curing agent, and ethyl acetate is used as a solvent.
Polyacrylate has adhesiveness, is a heat-sensitive adhesive, can be adhered with PS at high temperature, and can keep certain strength after cooling, thereby sealing the polypropylene plastic.
The boiling point of the ethyl acetate is 77.2 ℃, the boiling point of the propyl acetate is 101.6 ℃, the mixture of the ethyl acetate and the propyl acetate is adopted, so that the volatilization speed can be conveniently adjusted, the proportion of the ethyl acetate is increased to accelerate the volatilization speed, and the proportion of the propyl acetate is increased to reduce the volatilization speed, so that the volatilization speed of the mixture can be adjusted by adjusting and controlling the proportion of the ethyl acetate and the propyl acetate.
The rosin can reduce the temperature of the sealing film for heat sealing on the polystyrene plastic and improve the adhesive force of the sealing film on the polystyrene plastic. The chlorinated polypropylene resin can improve the cohesive strength of the base material, thereby improving the adhesive force of the heat-sealing layer to the printing layer.

The uniformity of the heat-sealing layer is controlled through the printing speed, the thickness of the heat-sealing layer is controlled through the control plate depth, so that the heat-sealing strength of the sealing film is controlled, the temperature is favorable for volatilization of a solvent in the sealing film, and the residual amount of the solvent in the sealing film is less than 2PPM and far lower than 5PPM of the national standard.
