then, a streamline adding mode is also adopted, the surfactant A is added firstly, after 10 minutes, the surfactant B is slowly added, after 10 minutes, the bridging agent is added, and after all the surfactant A and the bridging agent are added, the mixture is continuously stirred for 30 minutes;
and finally, sequentially adding the defoaming agent, the whitening agent and the thickening agent, waiting for 10 minutes after adding one auxiliary agent, adding the next auxiliary agent, and continuously stirring for 40 minutes after adding all the auxiliary agents, so that the machine can be stopped and filtered for loading.

acrylic emulsion A: 100-300 kilograms;
acrylic emulsion B: 50-200 kg;
matte dispersion solution: 100-200 kg;
surfactant A: 1-3 kg;

thickening agent: 1-3 kg;

then adding a surfactant A in a streamline adding mode, waiting for 15 minutes, adding a surfactant B, continuously stirring for 15 minutes, increasing the rotating speed to 1440 revolutions, then adding a prepared matte dispersing solution, and directly dispersing at a high speed for 60 minutes after all the surfactant A is added;
and then reducing the rotating speed of the motor to 800 revolutions, slowly adding the bridging agent in a streamline adding mode, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, adding the thickening agent, directly stirring for 30 minutes after all the bridging agent is added, and stopping the filter screen for filtering and waiting for loading.
The formula of the matte dispersion solution in the weak solvent matte surface glue coating formula is as follows:
water: 200-300 kg
Dispersing agent: 1-5 kg
White carbon black: 10-20 kg
Silicon dioxide: 20-60 kg
Nano adsorbent: 20-80 kg, and the preparation process of the matte dispersion solution comprises the following steps: firstly, water is put into a barrel of a high-speed dispersion stirrer, then the stirrer is started, the rotating speed of a motor is slowly increased to 1440 revolutions, then a streamline adding mode is adopted, a dispersing agent is slowly added, after the dispersing agent is completely added, the high-speed dispersion is directly carried out for 15 minutes, then according to the sequence of the formula, white carbon black, silicon dioxide, a nano adsorbent and all the raw materials are sequentially added, the high-speed dispersion is directly carried out for 60 minutes at the rotating speed of 1440 revolutions, and then the machine is stopped and filtered by a special filter screen for standby application.

Claims (9)

1. A disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas, comprising the steps of:
(1) installing and placing gray fabric: putting a chemical fiber gray cloth substrate roll which is processed on the surface but not coated on the surface into an unreeling station of a 360-type intelligent coating machine, starting the machine, and pressing an acceleration button to enable the gray cloth to continuously move forwards at a constant speed along a cloth guide roller;
(2) 1, precision coating of a cutter: the method is characterized in that a high-wear-resistance scraper with a knife edge of 3.0 is used for scraping, the used coating is special priming coating for weak solvent canvas, the knife edge mainly plays a role in sealing holes of the gray cloth, when the gray cloth passes through the No. 1 scraper, the scraper can scrape redundant coating on the surface of the gray cloth, and after the gray cloth passes through the scraper, the surface of the gray cloth is scraped with a layer of uniform priming wet glue;
(3) 2, precision coating: the knife is also coated by a high-wear-resistance scraper with a knife edge of 3.0, the used coating is the same as that of the coating of the knife edge 1 and is a special base material for weak solvent canvas, the knife coating mainly plays a role in weight increment and whitening, an operator of the knife coating stands above a needle plate rail and behind the scraper, the coating is added to the front of the scraper on a manual station, and the base material is directly sent into a high-temperature oven for drying after being coated by the scraper of the knife edge 2;
(4) 3, precision coating: the 3 rd knife precision coating is finished in the platform area of the second layer, a high-wear-resistance scraper with a knife edge of 3.0 is also adopted for blade coating, the base material which is coated with the priming coating twice is coated, and when the 3 rd knife coating is finished, the last 1 knife of the weak solvent high gloss photo spray painting canvas is coated with the glue, the coating used in the knife is the weak solvent high gloss coating, and if the coating is used for weak solvent matte photo spray painting canvas, the knife is used.
2. The disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas according to claim 1, wherein: the length of the drying box used in the step (3) is 27 meters, the speed for conveying the cloth is 20m/s, the drying time is 80s, and the drying temperature is 80-170 ℃.
3. The disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas according to claim 1, wherein: the length of the drying box used in the step (4) is 6 meters, the drying time is 36s, and the drying temperature is 90-110 ℃.
4. The disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas according to claim 1, wherein: the formula of the priming paint used in the step (2) is as follows:
water: 200-300 kilograms;
natural stone powder A: 60-100 kg;
dispersing agent: 5-10 kg;
defoaming agent: 2-10 kg;
PVA glue: 200-300 kilograms;
natural stone powder E: 200-300 kilograms;
natural stone powder D: 200-300 kilograms;
natural stone powder C: 200-300 kilograms;
natural stone powder B: 250-300 kilograms;
VAE emulsion A: 300-600 kg;
VAE emulsion B: 300-500 kg;
whitening agent: 2-4 kg;
plasticizer: 30-40 kg;
surfactant (b): 5-10 kg;
the step (2) and the step (3) use the same coating.
5. The disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation process of the priming paint in the step (2) comprises the following steps:
adding water into a barrel of a stirrer, starting a motor, slowly increasing the rotating speed to 1440 revolutions, then sequentially adding a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and a surfactant, and after adding each auxiliary agent, adding another auxiliary agent after the middle of the mixture is required to wait for 10 minutes;
slowly adding the natural stone powder A after the surfactant is dispersed at a high speed for 10 minutes, slowly adding the natural stone powder E after the surfactant is continuously dispersed at a high speed for 30 minutes, and reducing the rotating speed to 800 revolutions after the surfactant is dispersed at a high speed for 20 minutes;
then adding PVA emulsion, continuously stirring for 10 minutes at the rotating speed of 800 revolutions, then increasing the rotating speed of a motor to 1440 revolutions, slowly adding the natural stone powder B, and slowly decreasing the rotating speed of a stirrer motor to 800 revolutions after continuously dispersing for 20 minutes at high speed;
then sequentially adding VAE emulsion A and VAE emulsion B into the barrel, continuously stirring for 20 minutes, increasing the rotating speed to 1440 revolutions, sequentially adding natural stone powder C and natural stone powder D, directly dispersing for 60 minutes at high speed after all the natural stone powder C and the natural stone powder D are added, and then reducing the rotating speed of a motor to 800 revolutions;
and finally, a streamline adding mode is also adopted, the plasticizer is added firstly, after 10 minutes, the whitening agent is added, all the raw materials are added, then the stirring is continued for 30 minutes, and finally, the mixture is filtered by a special filter screen and used on the machine.
6. The disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas according to claim 1, wherein: the formula of the weak solvent high gloss surface adhesive coating used in the step (4) is as follows:
acrylic emulsion A: 1000-1100 kg;
acrylic emulsion B: 400-500 kg;
surfactant A: 1-5 kg;
surfactant B: 1-4 kg;
defoaming agent: 1-5 kg;
thickening agent: 2-8 kg;
a bridging agent: 0.1-0.8 kg;
whitening agent: 1-5 kg.
7. The disposable 3-blade coatable weak solvent canvas according to claim 1, wherein: the preparation process of the weak-solvent high-gloss surface adhesive coating used in the step (4) comprises the following steps:
slowly adding acrylic emulsion A into a barrel of a high-speed stirring dispersion machine, starting a stirrer, slowly adjusting the rotating speed of a motor to 600 revolutions, slowly adding acrylic emulsion B, and directly stirring for 30 minutes after all acrylic emulsion B is added;
then, a streamline adding mode is also adopted, the surfactant A is added firstly, after 10 minutes, the surfactant B is slowly added, after 10 minutes, the bridging agent is added, and after all the surfactant A and the bridging agent are added, the mixture is continuously stirred for 30 minutes;
and finally, sequentially adding the defoaming agent, the whitening agent and the thickening agent, waiting for 10 minutes after adding one auxiliary agent, adding the next auxiliary agent, and continuously stirring for 40 minutes after adding all the auxiliary agents, so that the machine can be stopped and filtered for loading.

acrylic emulsion A: 100-300 kilograms;
acrylic emulsion B: 50-200 kg;

defoaming agent: 1-3 kg;
thickening agent: 1-3 kg;
