The first scraper 27 and the second scraper 29 are arranged in a mirror symmetry manner; first scraper blade 27 and second scraper blade 29 symmetry set up can be when the fibreboard rotates to carry, strickle off simultaneously, do benefit to the fibreboard and go on in the rubber coating in-process, and the ejection of compact is convenient for control simultaneously.
The use method of the heating gluing device for the production of the fiber board comprises the following steps:
s1: the fiberboard is heated by the heating box 3 of the heating device 2, the temperature is controlled by the heating box 3 to be 60-70 ℃, the speed regulating motor 6 is controlled to advance at the speed of 0.03m/s for uniform heating, after heating, the glue is sprayed by the nozzle 34 of the pre-spraying device 24 at the rear end of the heating box 3, the glue is uniformly sprayed on the fiberboard by the nozzle 34, and the glue sprayed by the nozzle 34 enters the lower layer of the fiberboard due to the fact that the board is in a heated thermal expansion state, so that the adhesion effect on the glue by the fiberboard is good, and meanwhile, the later gluing is prepared in advance;
s2: the fiberboard enters the glue coating mechanism 16, the fiberboard enters the first roller 18, the micropores 21 coat glue inside the first roller 18 on the fiberboard, meanwhile, the second roller 19 coats glue in the tapered slot 22 on the fiberboard in the rotating process, the lower layer of the fiberboard is coated, and in order to coat the lower layer of the fiberboard uniformly, the motor 23 passes through the glue coating mechanism at the speed of 0.05 m/s;
s3: when the fiber board passes through the gluing mechanism 16, the first scraper 27 on the right side of the first roller 18 uniformly scrapes glue on the fiber board, the second scraper 29 on the right side of the tapered long groove 23 uniformly scrapes glue on the lower side of the fiber board, and simultaneously scrapes off redundant glue on the lower layer of the fiber board in the scraping process, and the glue flows into the tapered long groove along the scrapers to finish the gluing operation of the fiber board.
Compared with the prior art, the heating gluing device for fiberboard production and the use method thereof can uniformly glue in the gluing process, greatly enhance the adhesive force of glue solution at the later stage, solve the problem of fiber board delamination in the use process, greatly improve the product quality, increase the production efficiency of companies, and save the use amount of the glue solution, thereby reducing the production cost.

Claims (7)
1. A heating and gluing device for fiberboard production comprises a gluing support and is characterized in that a heating device is mounted on one side of the upper end of the gluing support and comprises a heating box, the heating box is mounted on the gluing support through the heating support, a conveying roller is mounted on the gluing support on the lower side of the heating box and is driven to rotate through a speed regulating motor, the heating box comprises a heating pipe, a front side wall, a rear side wall and an upper wall, the heating pipe is mounted on the front side wall, the rear side wall and the upper wall respectively, two ends of the heating pipe are mounted on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the heating box through supporting grooves, the supporting grooves are welded on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the heating box, a heating pipe buckle is arranged on the upper wall of the heating box and comprises a clamping seat and a clamping chuck, the clamping seat is welded on the upper wall, the automatic gluing device is characterized in that the chuck is movably installed on the clamping seat, a clamping groove is installed on one side of the clamping seat, the chuck can be buckled on the clamping groove, a gluing mechanism is installed on one side of the heating device and comprises a gluing support, the gluing support is installed on the gluing support, a first roller and a second roller are installed on the gluing support, the first roller is installed at the upper end of the gluing support, the second roller is installed at the lower end of the first roller on the gluing support, a micropore is formed in the surface of the first roller, a conical elongated slot is formed in the lower end of the second roller, a motor is installed at the front end of the second roller, and the motor is installed on a base on the gluing support.

The heating gluing device for fiberboard production according to claim 1, wherein a pre-spraying device is installed on the right side of the heating box, the pre-spraying device comprises a glue spraying pipe, a glue spraying air valve is installed at the lower end of the glue spraying pipe, a compressed air pipe is installed on one side of the glue spraying air valve, the compressed air pipe is controlled by the glue spraying air valve, a nozzle is installed at the lower end of the glue spraying air valve, and the nozzle is in threaded connection with the glue spraying air valve.

The heating and gluing device for fiberboard production according to claim 1, wherein a first scraper is installed on the gluing support on the right side of the first roller, the first scraper is installed on the gluing support through a scraper frame, the upper side of the first scraper is installed in parallel with the first roller, and the length of the first scraper is equal to that of the roller.

The heating and gluing device for fiberboard production according to claim 1, wherein a second scraper is installed on the right side of the tapered elongated slot, the second scraper is installed on the tapered elongated slot through the supporting frame, the second scraper is obliquely arranged on the tapered elongated slot, and the lower edge of the second scraper is seamlessly connected with the right side edge of the tapered elongated slot.

The heating and gluing device for fiberboard production according to claim 3, wherein the front side and the rear side of the first scraper are provided with baffles, the baffles are mounted on the first scraper by welding, the lower side of the first scraper is provided with a rubber strip, one side of the rubber strip is provided with a groove, and the groove can embed the lower side of the first scraper.
6. A heating and gluing device for fiberboard production according to any one of the claims 3 or 4, wherein the first blade and the second blade are arranged in mirror symmetry.
7. A heating gluing device for fiberboard production and a use method thereof, wherein the heating gluing device for fiberboard production is the heating gluing device for fiberboard production of any one of claims 1 to 6, and comprises the following steps:
s1: the fiberboard is heated by the heating box of the heating device, the temperature is controlled by the heating box to be 60-70 ℃, the speed regulating motor is controlled to advance at the speed of 0.03m/s simultaneously to heat uniformly, after heating, the glue is sprayed by the nozzle of the pre-spraying device at the rear end of the heating box, the glue is uniformly sprayed onto the fiberboard by the nozzle, and the board is in a heated thermal expansion state, so that the glue sprayed by the nozzle enters the lower layer of the fiberboard, the adhesive effect on the glue by the fiberboard is good, and meanwhile, the later glue is prepared in advance;
s2: the fiberboard enters the gluing mechanism, the fiberboard enters the first roller, glue in the first roller is coated on the fiberboard by the micropores, meanwhile, the glue in the conical elongated slot is coated on the fiberboard by the second roller in the rotating process, the lower layer of the fiberboard is coated, and in order to achieve uniform coating, the motor passes through the gluing mechanism at the speed of 0.05 m/s;
s3: when the fiber board passes through the gluing mechanism, the first scraper on the right side of the first roller uniformly scrapes glue on the fiber board, the second scraper on the right side of the conical long groove uniformly scrapes the glue on the lower side of the fiber board, meanwhile, in the scraping process, redundant glue on the lower layer of the fiber board is scraped, and the glue flows into the conical long groove along the scrapers, so that the gluing operation of the fiber board is completed.
