本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种天窗用软顶面料。
背景技术
汽车天窗是为了更换汽车内部的空气与汽车外的气体更换,和便于摄影爱好者拍照摄影的需要而设置的,现有的汽车天窗大部分采用玻璃,也有的汽车天窗把天窗玻璃换成了蓬布,来使汽车整体更具有观赏性,而现有的汽车天窗面料,只具备初步的防水能力,无法做到防水、透气、隔声、抗静电多重防护,为此,我们提出一种天窗用软顶面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天窗用软顶面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种天窗用软顶面料,包括防水透气层,所述防水透气层的上下表面分别设置有第一隔音层和第二隔音层,所述第一隔音层与第二隔音层的相离一侧均设置有表层,所述表层由若干复合纬线和复合经线交织而成,所述复合纬线包括由一组棉纤维纱线和四组高弹力纤维涤纶纱相互缠绕组成,所述复合纬线的外表面涂覆有第一抗静电层,所述复合经线包括由两组氨纶纤维纱线和两组腈纶纱线相互缠绕组成,所述复合经线的外表面涂覆有第二抗静电层。
优选的,所述防水透气层包括PU防水膜层和PE高分子透气膜层。
优选的,所述第一隔音层与第二隔音层均采用隔音棉制成。
优选的,所述复合纬线的外表面缠绕有若干第一尼龙纱线,所述复合经线的外表面缠绕有若干第二尼龙纱线。
优选的,所述第一尼龙纱线的外表面涂覆有第一阻燃层,所述第二尼龙纱线的外表面涂覆有第二阻燃层。
优选的,所述第一抗静电层和第二抗静电层均采用聚氨酯抗静电涂层。
优选的,所述第一阻燃层和第二阻燃层均采用聚四氟乙烯涂层。
优选的,所述防水透气层、第一隔音层、第二隔音层以及表层之间通过丝线缝合固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本汽车天窗面料的防水透气层由PU防水膜层和PE高分子透气膜层组成,PU防水膜层具有高防水性能,设置的PE高分子透气膜层具有高透气性能,进而使本汽车天窗面料具有高防水性与高透气性;第一隔音层与第二隔音层均采用隔音棉制成,隔音棉具有隔热以及吸音的作用,进而通过双层防护的隔音层不仅可避免外界声音影响车内环境,同时可将车内温度与车外温度进行隔绝;复合纬线由棉纤维纱线和高弹力纤维涤纶纱组成,复合经线由氨纶纤维纱线和腈纶纱线组成,棉纤维纱线、高弹力纤维涤纶纱、氨纶纤维纱线以及腈纶纱线具有强度高,弹性好、耐磨和耐化学腐蚀的优点,进而可提高本汽车天窗面料的耐磨性以及一定弹性,通过设置的第一抗静电层和第二抗静电层可使本汽车天窗面料具有抗静电的能力,避免灰尘等杂质粘附在表层上;通过第一尼龙纱线与第二尼龙纱线可提高再次提高表层的耐磨性能;通过第一阻燃层与第二阻燃层可使本汽车天窗面料具有阻燃的能力。

本汽车天窗用软顶面料由防水透气层1、第一隔音层2、第二隔音层3以及表层4组成,设置的防水透气层1可使本汽车天窗面料均具有防水透气的能力,设置的第一隔音层2和第二隔音层3双层进行隔音防护,进而可提高驾驶员与乘客乘坐时的舒适度,表层4由复合纬线8和复合经线14交织而成,复合纬线8由棉纤维纱线12和高弹力纤维涤纶纱11组成,复合经线14由氨纶纤维纱线17和腈纶纱线18组成,棉纤维纱线12、高弹力纤维涤纶纱11、氨纶纤维纱线17以及腈纶纱线18具有强度高,弹性好、耐磨和耐化学腐蚀的优点,进而可提高本汽车天窗面料的耐磨性以及一定弹性,通过设置的第一抗静电层10和第二抗静电层5可使本汽车天窗面料具有抗静电的能力,避免灰尘等杂质粘附在表层4上。
所述防水透气层1包括PU防水膜层6和PE高分子透气膜层7,设置的PU防水膜层6具有高防水性能,设置的PE高分子透气膜层7具有高透气性能,进而使本汽车天窗面料具有高防水性与高透气性。
所述第一隔音层2与第二隔音层3均采用隔音棉制成,隔音棉具有隔热以及吸音的作用,进而通过双层防护的隔音层2不仅可避免外界声音影响车内环境,同时可将车内温度与车外温度进行隔绝。
所述复合纬线8的外表面缠绕有若干第一尼龙纱线13,所述复合经线14的外表面缠绕有若干第二尼龙纱线15。
通过第一尼龙纱线13与第二尼龙纱线15可提高再次提高表层4的耐磨性能。
所述第一尼龙纱线13的外表面涂覆有第一阻燃层9,所述第二尼龙纱线15的外表面涂覆有第二阻燃层16。
通过第一阻燃层9与第二阻燃层16可使本汽车天窗面料具有阻燃的能力。
所述第一抗静电层10和第二抗静电层5均采用聚氨酯抗静电涂层。
所述第一阻燃层15和第二阻燃层16均采用聚四氟乙烯涂层。
所述防水透气层1、第一隔音层2、第二隔音层3以及表层4之间通过丝线缝合固定,增加便于各层之间进行透气。

Claims (8)
1.一种天窗用软顶面料,包括防水透气层(1),其特征在于:所述防水透气层(1)的上下表面分别设置有第一隔音层(2)和第二隔音层(3),所述第一隔音层(2)与第二隔音层(3)的相离一侧均设置有表层(4),所述表层(4)由若干复合纬线(8)和复合经线(14)交织而成,所述复合纬线(8)包括由一组棉纤维纱线(12)和四组高弹力纤维涤纶纱(11)相互缠绕组成,所述复合纬线(8)的外表面涂覆有第一抗静电层(10),所述复合经线(14)包括由两组氨纶纤维纱线(17)和两组腈纶纱线(18)相互缠绕组成,所述复合经线(14)的外表面涂覆有第二抗静电层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述防水透气层(1)包括PU防水膜层(6)和PE高分子透气膜层(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述第一隔音层(2)与第二隔音层(3)均采用隔音棉制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述复合纬线(8)的外表面缠绕有若干第一尼龙纱线(13),所述复合经线(14)的外表面缠绕有若干第二尼龙纱线(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述第一尼龙纱线(13)的外表面涂覆有第一阻燃层(9),所述第二尼龙纱线(15)的外表面涂覆有第二阻燃层(16)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述第一抗静电层(10)和第二抗静电层(5)均采用聚氨酯抗静电涂层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述第一阻燃层(15)和第二阻燃层(16)均采用聚四氟乙烯涂层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种天窗用软顶面料,其特征在于:所述防水透气层(1)、第一隔音层(2)、第二隔音层(3)以及表层(4)之间通过丝线缝合固定。
