s3: preparing a mixed solution of the degrading elements, wherein the mixed solution of the degrading elements is a mixture of the degrading elements, the biological enzyme and the purified water, spraying the mixed solution of the degrading elements on dry polluted soil, stirring the soil while spraying, not spraying when the water content in the polluted soil reaches 40%, and simultaneously carrying out three-day soil conditioning;
s4: adding a soil improvement agent, wherein the soil improvement agent is applied to the surface of the conditioned polluted soil, the soil is uniformly stirred while the soil improvement agent is added, and the soil is divided into a plurality of ridges with the same spacing value;
s5: then, maintaining, namely maintaining the contaminated soil pile added with the soil improvement agent for four weeks, wherein the maintaining comprises rotary tillage aeration, water spraying and moisture retention, microbial activity detection and soil nutrient component detection;
s6: then, carrying out oil content detection on the polluted soil;
s7: finally, grass seeds are sown on the restored soil, and the greening effect is observed.
