Abstract
各种类型的肝炎,尤其是乙肝病人,还有长期饮劣质的酒等等原因都会损伤肝细胞,致使出现肝的纤维化或肝癌。对此我研发的鳖甲解毒丸,对肝脏的这些慢性疾病能够起到很好的治疗作用,此配方是根据肝脏最常见的病理特点,不仅要解毒治标,而且要把影响肝脏气机运行的原因,从根本上给予解除,那就是肝胆管、胆囊内的结晶物质,泥沙、结石,同时给予清理化掉,把肝上的囊肿或肿瘤等病灶,也要同时给予进行软化,使其萎缩变小,再兼以滋阴、养血、益气而固本,给肝脏供应充足的气血能量,通过全面的从根本上着手治疗,清肝利胆、行气活血,重力解毒,药物间协同发挥作用,阻止肝脏出现恶化,起到很好的治疗作用。

鳖甲解毒丸,是我经过多年的临床实验,并不断摸索、研究、完善而成。此配方都是由哪些药物组成的?生鳖甲70克、生牡蛎60克、瓦楞子60克、金钱草50克、海金沙40克、鸡内金30克、乳香50克、郁金50克、赤芍50克、丹参40克、土鳖虫30克、三七60克、柴胡30克、荔枝核50克、岩黄连60克、黄柏50克、白头翁50克、紫草40克、野菊花50克、露蜂房40克、山豆根40克、贯众40克、番泻叶 30克、西洋参40克、当归50克、茯苓50克等。
配方的功能具有:滋阴养血、益气调中、软坚散结、行气活血、化石化痰、清肝利胆、解毒通便等。根据这些功能,能够有效的治疗胆结石、胆囊炎、各种类型的肝炎、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤,药物及酒精对肝造成的损伤、脂肪肝、早期肝硬化、早期肝癌等。这些疾病最常见的主要症状都有哪些?经常会出现消化道不适的症状,主要表现上腹部胀满、疼痛、恶心、呕吐、厌油腻、四肢酸软、身体疲倦、乏力、头痛、头晕、昏迷、睡眠不好、黄疸或皮肤瘙痒、严重者会引起蜘蛛痣、肝腹水、以及腹壁静脉曲张的现象。在患有肝病以后,会导致患者的身体受到严重的损害,所以在发生这类疾病之后要及时治疗,以便疾病尽快好转。
这些疾病的病理机制,有时候是与人的生活习惯是有关系的,比如在每天里饮水少,身体缺乏营养物质,致使人体阴精、津液不足,身体代谢机能减退,体内的胆固醇和一些钙的物质结晶滞留在肝管、胆囊、胆管内,形成泥沙、结石,影响胆汁的流动,致使肝脏的正常生理机能受到阻滞,而导致肝郁气滞。肝上的囊肿有的与遗传因素有关,人长期郁闷,睡眠不好,肝血则会虚亏不足,痰火郁结凝滞,也将会导致肝囊肿的出现。生活中的大量饮酒和一些有毒刺激性的药物,在肝的代谢过程中损伤肝细胞,致使肝病产生。另外各种肝炎病毒进入身体后,没有用解毒药及时的解毒,导致肝炎病变的发生,不论哪种肝病,若是迁延日久,肝郁气滞,损伤肝细胞最终会导致肝的纤维化,而出现疼痛的现象,长期的发展便形成肝硬化或肝癌。
鳖甲解毒丸的制作方法并不复杂,首先按照配方的比例把药配好,然后用打粉机将配好的药打成200 目的细药粉,之后加入事先准备好的淀粉粘合剂充分搅拌均匀,在将搅拌均匀的细药粉,用全自动制丸机制成水丸。最后把制成的水丸放入烘干机内烘干即可。在给患者进行治疗时,应根据患者的病情轻重,每日服用二至三次,每次8克连续服用二到三个月。根据患者疾病的好转情况也可以在巩固几个月,以至充分让疾病得到控制并逐渐恢复健康。
那么鳖甲解毒丸的治疗效果怎样呢?根据众多患者服药情况的亲身体会,以及患者服药后的反馈情况和总结来看,此配方的疗效非常显著,总有效率达百分之百。能够迅速减轻或缓解疾病的症状,患者服用后感觉到上腹部不适,胃部饱胀,气机不下的症状很快就会缓解,腹内会有一种行气的感觉,有时会听到咕噜咕噜的响声,紧接着两肋胀痛,或肝区疼痛、腹水症状也会逐渐消除,食欲增多,口干、口苦心烦,睡眠不好的症状也都能得到缓解。吃过几个月后,面色晦暗的患者,也会发现自己的面部有了一些气色。此配方由于含有活血化瘀的药物,孕妇禁忌,其它所有肝胆疾病的患者,如各种类型的肝炎、胆结石、胆囊炎、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤、脂肪肝、早期肝硬化、早期肝癌等都可服用。
那么配方的组成原理是什么呢?本着中医理论,肝主疏泄、主藏血,也就是说肝的气机一定要疏畅,肝血一定要充足,否则在有病毒侵袭的情况下,肝脏受损伤疾病就生成了。所以行气活血和给肝脏供血这是固本的基本原则。从中医理疗上讲,肾在五行中属水、主藏精,主骨生髓,髓能生血,肝在五行中属木,水能生木,也就是说肾阴、肾精和骨髓都能生血,然后生出来的血夜在供应肝脏。脾胃属土消化食物,脾能生血,血能供应肝脏,称为土生万物,脾在人体的中部,又称为中央戊己土,所以有古人说,中央建、四旁如。因此说肾脾的功能对肝脏来说是有一定影响的。肝血充足,气血不容易阻滞,没有病毒的干扰,肝就不会生病。所以鳖甲解毒丸,就是根据肝脏的这些病理特点,进行滋阴养血,益气调中,清肝利胆,重在解毒,其肝胆之病自然会好转。
鳖甲具有,滋阴解毒、补肾养血、软坚散结的功效。它含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、氨基酸、微量元素维生素A、B1、B2等。常用于阴虚阳亢,潮热盗汗、上火头晕、热病阴伤、阴虚风动、症瘕积聚等,效果都非常好的。现在医学研究表明,鳖甲能提高人体的免疫功能,促进身体免疫球蛋白的形成,延长身体抗体存在的时间。并对动物肝脏损伤有保护作用,能够对肝损伤引起的贫血有缓解的作用,可促进肝内蛋白的合成,增加血浆蛋白的含量。对小鼠移植性肿瘤有抑制作用,对于肝细胞癌变有抑制作用。牡蛎具有平肝潜阳、软坚散结、化痰治酸、镇静安神等作用。因含有丰富的营养,所以具有滋补肾阴和生血的功效,牡蛎对肝糖元的存在,与储藏能量,在肝脏与肌肉、细胞的分裂、再生、红血球的活性化等,都有着很深的关系,可以提高肝功能,恢复疲劳,增强体力。在牡蛎中所含有的牛黄酸还可以促进胆汁的分泌,排出堆积在肝脏中的中性脂肪,而提高肝脏的解毒作用。瓦楞子味咸具有,软坚散结、活血化瘀、化痰治酸、止痛等功效。它主要含有碳酸钙以及少量镁、铁、盐和氯化物等。它善于中和胃酸止痛,治囊肿、肿瘤、并有抗癌的作用。因为有消症之功效。现代医学常用于治疗肝脾肿大及消化道的肿瘤。鳖甲、牡蛎、瓦楞子这三味药联合应用,增强了滋阴养血、软坚散结的作用,所以这三味药用来治疗胆息肉、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤,脂肪肝、肝纤维化或肝癌等其作用力是很大的。
金钱草具有利湿、退黄、利尿通淋、解毒消肿等功效。它对肝管、胆囊、胆管内、肾盂、膀胱、输尿管内的泥沙、结石有很好的清理排石、消炎利胆、利尿的作用。它含有酚类、黄铜、苷类、鞣质、挥发油、氨基酸、胆碱、甾醇内脂和对羟基甲酸等。金钱草含有的多糖成分,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、枯草杆菌、和大肠杆菌,及乙肝病毒等,都有很好的抑制作用,它对扩张血管,预防血栓也有一定的疗效,还能增强机体的免疫力。海金沙具有,清热解毒、利水通淋、化石的功效。它主要含有脂肪油、另含一种水溶性成分,海金沙素,有很好的抗炎作用,临床上主要用于治疗肝管、胆囊内、胆管内、肾盂、膀胱、输尿管内的泥沙、结石、炎症等均有很好的清理、化石、消炎治疗作用。鸡内金具有,建胃消食、化石通淋的作用,对肝管内、胆囊內、胆管内,肾盂、膀胱、输尿管内的垃圾物质泥沙、结石均有很好的清理、化石、治疗作用。同时鸡内金含有的营养物质也很丰富,它含有胃激素、角蛋白、微量蛋白酶、淀粉酶、多种维生素、胆汁三烯、和胆绿素的的黄色衍生物、并含有赖氨酸、等18种氨基酸。及铝、钙、铬、钴、铜、铁、锰、钼、镁、锌等微量元素。鸡内金含有的酶类、18种氨基酸、及各种微量元素、对肝脏来说,能起到一种很好的补养作用。金钱草、海金沙、鸡内金这三味药联合应用,都有化泥沙结石的作用,所以这三味药同时应用对肝管内、胆管内、胆囊内的泥沙或结石以及胆囊炎、胆息肉,均有一定的清理治疗作用,对肝脏分泌胆汁以及胆汁的储存、输通利用,都有一定的作用,这对于维护肝脏的健康起非常重要的意义。
乳香具有,活血、行气、化瘀、抗炎、消肿、生肌、止痛等功效。它含有香脂酸、乳香脂烃、乳香次酸、乳香酸等。另含挥发油主要为蒎烯。有镇痛、消炎、升高白细胞的作用,并能加速炎症渗出、排泄,促进伤口愈合,所含蒎烯有祛痰的作用。郁金具有,活血止痛、疏肝解郁、清心凉血、清热解毒、利胆退黄等功效。可用于胸胁刺痛、胸痹心痛、经闭痛经、乳房胀痛、热病神昏、癫痫发狂、血热吐衄、黄疸型肝炎、胆囊炎、尿赤。丹参性凉、具有活血消痈、除烦安神、的功能。临床常用于各种瘀血为患,或肝脾肿大、心绞痛、恶疮肿毒等。现代药理研究证实,丹参有改善微循环障碍,改变血流流变,抗凝血、抗炎耐缺氧、提高免疫功能,抗肿瘤活性等功能。同时大量的实验与临床研究表明,丹参对肝病确有疗效,具有良好的护肝降酶,软缩肝脾,改善血清蛋白含量,提高免疫功能,促进纤维吸收,对慢性转化为肝硬化起到延缓与阻断的作用,丹参不失为治疗急慢性肝炎的有效药物。赤芍具有活血化瘀、凉血解毒、清泻肝火等功效。并且对乙肝病毒有一定的抑制作用。它能抗血小板聚集,降血脂,抗动脉硬化,具有保肝抗肿瘤,能预防心脏功能降低,具有保护心脏的作用。土鳖虫具有逐瘀、破积、活血通络、理伤等功效。具现代科学研究发现土鳖虫含有的主要成分为谷氨酸等17种氨基酸,和砷等28种微量元素以及甾醇和直链脂肪族化合物等,土鳖虫所含有的各种氨基酸和矿物质对肝细胞,起到较好的补充能量的作用,土鳖甲用于肝脏疾病的治疗,效果是非常好的,并且有很好的抗癌作用。三七的主要作用就是活血化瘀、益气、补血、止血、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、有较强的镇痛作用。现代药理研究,三七含有人参皂苷、和三七皂苷、黄铜苷、淀粉、蛋白质、油脂等成分。三七的活血功能,可以促进肝的血液循环,减少肝细胞变性坏死,防止肝的纤维化,并促进肝脏分泌胆汁,以及及增强利胆的作用。柴胡具有疏肝解郁,升阳、散肝经风热的作用。含有柴胡皂苷、挥发油、多糖、黄铜、多元醇、香豆素、和微量元素等成分。柴胡具有较高的药用价值,可有保肝利胆,能减轻肝细胞变性、坏死、促进胆汁的分泌,使胃蛋白酶活性减低,溃疡系数减少,还具有清热解毒的作用,因为柴胡中含有挥发油,对内毒素引起的体温升高有解热作用。荔枝核具有疏肝理气、散结止痛的作用。现代药理学显示荔枝核的主要成分是挥发油,具有降低血糖、调理血脂、抗氧化、清除自由基等作用。另外荔枝核的水提取物具有抗乙肝病毒的作用。乳香、郁金、丹参、赤芍、土鳖虫、三七、瓦楞子、柴胡、荔枝核这九味药联合应用,活血化瘀、疏肝理气,行气散结,结合牡蛎、瓦楞子化痰浊,它们之间共同结合在一起,对胆囊息肉,肝囊肿、肝血管瘤,肝纤维化、脂肪肝、肝癌等能发挥出一种强有力的治疗作用。其中荔枝核、郁金、柴胡这三味药是常用的疏肝理气的药,具有疏肝理气的作用,疏肝理气这种功效,在治疗肝脏疾病中是不可缺少的一种功效,所以非常重要。
岩黄连具有清热解毒、清热利湿、泻火止痛的功效。现代医学研究发现它含有生物碱、挥发油、黄铜类、香都素、萜类、甾体和多糖等。它含有抗乙肝的活性成分。并且对幽门螺杆菌也有很强的杀灭作用,黄连对痢疾杆菌以及伤寒杆菌、絮状表皮癣菌、金色毛癣菌等真菌均有不同的程度的抑制作用,所以善于治疗肝炎以及抗乙肝病毒。黄柏具有滋阴清虚热,泻火解毒和抗病毒的作用,因其含有许多生物碱,能抗流感病毒,并且对乙肝病毒表面抗原有明显的选择性抑制作用。其机制与其对细菌呼吸和RNA合成的强烈抑制有关,还能明显减少金葡菌毒素的生成并促进白细胞对细菌的吞噬。白头翁含有白头翁素、白头翁灵、白头翁英等物质都具有很强的生物活性,有抗病毒的作用,尤其是对乙肝病毒有针对性的抑制,可使其失活,失去感染的能力,常用于肝病的治疗。紫草具有凉血、活血、解毒、透疹的功效。它含有的主要成分有荼醌类色素、苯酚及苯醌类成分、生物碱、酚酸类、三萜酸和酸性多糖等成分。对溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌、乙肝病毒等均有很好的抑制作用。野菊花味苦性凉、清热解毒、疏散风热、散瘀、明目、降血压。现代药理研究表明,野菊花富含黄铜类、萜类、挥发油、有机酸、维生素类等化学成分,以及硒、镍、锰等微量元素,具有抗菌消炎,抗病毒抗癌等多种药理作用。能防治流行性脑脊髓膜炎,预防流行性感冒,治疗高血压、肝炎、痢疾,痈疖疗疮都有明显的效果。国外研究表明,野菊花提取物能通过抑制,由异丙肾上腺素,诱导的人肝癌细胞,有丝分裂的作用,来抑制肝肿瘤细胞的生长。野菊花可用于治疗热毒内盛所致的胰腺癌、鼻咽癌、肝癌、淋巴癌、颅内肿瘤、肺癌等症。露蜂房具有清热解毒、去风杀虫、抗菌、抗炎、抗癌、并对乙肝病毒有一定的抑制及治疗作用。露蜂房含有天然的挥发油、及微量元素包括钙、铁等,酚酸类、二苯基庚烷类、萜类、还含有丰富的蛋白质,对人体的健康是非常有益的,可以促进人体免疫细胞的再生,它能增强人体脏腑器官的功能。药理活性主要体现在抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗病毒等方面。山豆根味苦,性寒。具有清热解毒、消肿止痛的作用,善于治疗咽喉肿痛和根肿牙痛。现代医学研究常用于治疗乙肝、慢性活动性肝炎、气管炎、哮喘、乙脑等有很好的疗效。贯众有杀虫、凉血止血、清热解毒的作用。贯众对流感病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒、埃可病毒、柯萨奇病毒、乙脑病毒、疱疹病毒均有显著的抗病毒作用。对流感病毒和疱疹病毒有杀灭作用,对乙肝病毒表面抗原、HIV有抑制作用。番泻叶具有,泻热、通便、利水的功效。因为番泻叶有苦寒清泻之攻,就可以清热利水,治疗湿热引起的小便不利、便秘等症。现在药理研究表明,其是蒽琨衍生物,具有泻下的作用,而且对多种细菌和真菌有抑制的作用。荔枝核、岩黄连、黄柏、白头翁、紫草、野菊花、露蜂房、山豆根、贯众、番泻叶,这十味药同时应用,加强了清热,解毒、泻火通便的作用力,对各种类型的肝炎,尤其是乙肝的病毒均有很强的抑制及杀灭作用。
西洋参性凉,补人体气阴,润脏养血,并有解毒抗癌的作用。含有人参皂苷,尚含精氨酸、天冬氨酸等18种氨基酸,又含挥发油、树脂等。西洋参可以促进人体血清蛋白的合成,从而提高人体免疫力,而且还有一定的抗癌作用。西洋参还可以促进血清蛋白和骨髓蛋白的合成,具有良好的补血益气功效,而且西洋参可以降低血液的凝固性,对预防动脉粥样硬化有着良好的功效。另外西洋参总皂苷有抗突变的作用,有非常明显的抗DNA损伤的功效,对肺癌、肝癌、黑色素瘤等癌细胞的增值有明显的抑制,并且对疱疹病毒有抑制作用,有乙肝病毒的人,服用西洋参也有利于病毒能够得到控制并好转。当归有补血养血、活血祛瘀、润肠通便、温经的作用。当归为补血的第一要药,分别是补血养血、活血祛瘀、止痛、润肠通便、温经散寒等功效。它含有大量的挥发油、维生素、有机酸等多种有机成分及微量元素等。它有养血柔肝的作用,能提高人体的免疫力,具有扶正固本的作用。茯苓具有,利水渗湿、健脾和胃、养心安神的作用。茯苓利水渗湿,对身体的水肿,小便困难和稀少的人来说,有很好的治疗作用。由于茯苓能够化湿,所以能够健脾和胃,并且具有养心安神的功效。由于茯苓有利水渗湿的作用,还可以用来防治肝腹水,防止出现腹胀及气机不下、尿少等情况的发生。鳖甲、牡蛎、西洋参、当归、茯苓这五味药同时应用,具有滋阴、补肾、益气、健脾、养血等功效。其中鳖甲、牡蛎、西洋参益气、滋阴、养血,茯苓和当归健脾、化湿生血,按中医理论水能生木,所以肾脾不虚则肝血不亏,肝血充足则肝气就不容易气滞,气行则血活,肝就不容易发生纤维化。茯苓渗湿、利湿、番泻叶通便利水,金钱草、海金沙化石利尿通淋。这四味药结合,对肝硬化的气滞血瘀所导致的腹水有一定的治疗作用。
综上所述,鳖甲解毒丸,以化石软坚,活血行气,解毒消肿为主,兼以补肾健脾,养血而扶正,药物之间协同发挥作用,相辅相成,治疗方法符合肝脏的病理特点,这样针对性的治疗,使肝脏疾病能够尽快的恢复与好转,避免肝的纤维化和肝癌的发生,促使肝脏的慢性疾病能够尽快的好转而恢复健康。
Claims (2)
1.中药配方发明“鳖甲解毒丸”一种治疗:胆结石、胆囊炎、各种类型的肝炎(包括乙肝)、酒精肝、药物肝、脂肪肝、肝囊肿、肝血管瘤、肝硬化、肝癌等的配方组合物,组成如下:生鳖甲70克、生牡蛎60克、瓦楞子60克、金钱草50克、海金沙40克、鸡内金30克、乳香50克、郁金50克、赤芍50克、丹参40克、土鳖虫30克、三七60克、柴胡30克、荔枝核50克、岩黄连60克、黄柏50克、白头翁50克、紫草40克、野菊花50克、露蜂房40克、山豆根40克、贯众40克、番泻叶30克、西洋参40克、当归50克、茯苓50克等
2.制作方法分为五步
第一步、按配方将此药混合在一起
第二步、用打粉机将混合在一起的中药打成200目的细药粉
第三步、加入适量的玉米淀粉调成的浆糊作为粘合剂,并充分搅拌均匀
第四步、将搅拌均匀的细药粉,放入全自动制丸机内制成水丸
第五步、将制成的水丸放入烘干机内,烘干即可。
