s3, forming a supporting seat: processing the plate according to a preset shape to obtain a plurality of transverse support plates 15 and a plurality of longitudinal support plates 16 with inclined surfaces extending downwards obliquely along the tail end to head end direction of the longitudinal support plates; subsequently, a plurality of longitudinal support plates 16 are placed in front of the piers on the base plate 8, and the plurality of longitudinal support plates 16 are spaced apart in the width direction of the base plate 8; a plurality of transverse supporting plates 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bottom plate 8, and the transverse supporting plates 15 are inserted onto the longitudinal supporting plates 16 to form a supporting seat; the height of the supporting seat is lower than that of the pier, and the supporting seat, the bottom plate 8 and the pier form a shoe-type stool body 2 together;

The specific steps of S3 are as follows: processing the plate according to a preset shape to obtain a plurality of transverse support plates 15 and a plurality of longitudinal support plates 16 with inclined surfaces extending downwards obliquely along the tail end to head end direction of the longitudinal support plates; a plurality of first clamping grooves 17 are formed in the bottom end face of the transverse supporting plate 15 at intervals along the length direction of the transverse supporting plate 15, and the number of the first clamping grooves 17 is consistent with that of the longitudinal supporting plates 16; a plurality of second clamping grooves 18 are formed in the top end face of the longitudinal supporting plate 16 at intervals along the length direction of the longitudinal supporting plate 16, and the number of the second clamping grooves 18 is consistent with that of the transverse supporting plates 15; subsequently, a plurality of longitudinal support plates 16 are arranged in front of the piers on the base plate 8, and the plurality of longitudinal support plates 16 are inserted into the corresponding mounting grooves 19 at intervals along the width direction of the base plate 8; the plurality of transverse supporting plates 15 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the bottom plate 8, the first clamping grooves 17 on the transverse supporting plates 15 are aligned with the second clamping grooves 18 of the longitudinal supporting plates 16, and the transverse supporting plates 15 are inserted downwards onto the longitudinal supporting plates 16 to form a supporting seat; the supporting seat, the bottom plate 8 and the seat pier form the shoe-type stool body 2 together.
And in S3, after the transverse support plate 15 is inserted onto the longitudinal support plate 16 to form a support seat, the following steps are further included: the left end and the right end of the bottom plate 8 are established along the width direction of the bottom plate 8, a reinforcing positioning piece 20 is additionally arranged on the outer side plate surfaces of two longitudinal support plates 16 adjacent to the left end and the right end of the bottom plate 8, and nails are nailed on the reinforcing positioning piece 20 so as to be fixedly connected with the bottom plate 8 and the longitudinal support plates 16. By incorporating reinforcing spacers 20, it is ensured that the longitudinal support plate 16 does not deflect, improving the stability of the structure.
