the position of the cushion relative to the ground cushion can be moved by the rope structure; the cushion can be placed on the ground cushion in a layered manner;

4. A meditation cushion according to claim 3, wherein the height of the heart-shaped floor mat is set to between 40mm and 60mm and the maximum width between the two side end tops of the heart-shaped floor mat is set to between 900mm and 1100 mm.
