After the first stack of initial-pressed tobacco stacks is conveyed to the proper position, the material pushing plate returns to the initial position, the movable partition plate moves downwards, and the channel is closed. At the moment, the movable sliding door and the movable receiving plate on the main material box and the first stack of primary-pressure cigarette stacks descend by the height of the primary-pressure cigarette stacks. The movable baffle between the main material box and the connecting channel is reset, the primary material pressing box on the other side repeats the actions until a plurality of stacks of primary pressed tobacco stacks reach 200kg, the main pressure head presses downwards to complete the forming compression of the tobacco stacks, and the pressure head pressure is 2000 plus 20000N at the moment. The main pressure head is pressed down by using 2000-20000N pressure, so that the volumes of the tobacco stacks after being pressed again and the tobacco stacks after being pressed initially are 1/2-1/10, and the compression is completed.
After compression is completed, the belt surface of the belt conveyor rises to the bottom of the main material box under the action of the lifting driving device, the movable material receiving plate moves transversely to move out of the bottom of the main material box, the tobacco bale falls onto the belt conveyor, and the belt conveyor moves downwards and is conveyed to the next station.
The tobacco flake is pre-pressed for one time, so that the volume of the tobacco flake is greatly reduced through one-time pre-pressing, and the tobacco flake can be packed and molded through one-time compaction, so that the height of the whole machine and the stacking height are reduced, the operation is convenient, and the operability and the maintainability of equipment are improved. Meanwhile, the feeding height of the primary pressing material box is reduced, the problem of uneven blanking at high positions is solved, the density of the tobacco leaves is uniform, the requirement that the industry standard DVR is less than or equal to 8 percent is met, and the storage and alcoholization of the tobacco packets at the later stage are facilitated.
