In the actual vehicle service process, after the service vehicle is identified, the service platform sends a service association instruction for the service vehicle to the service terminal so as to associate the service vehicle to the service terminal, and after the service personnel receive the association record of the service vehicle through the service terminal, the service personnel start to carry out vehicle service for the associated service vehicle. The service vehicle is associated to the service terminal, and the service vehicle can be associated through the parking space identifier of the service vehicle, can be associated through the vehicle identifier of the service vehicle, or can be associated in other ways.

In addition, in the process of vehicle service of service personnel, based on a trigger instruction of a user to a video access entrance of vehicle service forwarded by a user terminal, the service platform calls an image acquisition assembly to acquire a vehicle service video stream and sends the vehicle service video stream to the user terminal to perform vehicle service video interaction. sending a candidate access item to the user terminal based on a trigger instruction of a user to a service control in a vehicle service video page, which is forwarded by the user terminal;
according to a target access item which is forwarded by the user terminal and selected by the user from the candidate access items, performing access response processing on the target access item;
wherein the performing access response processing of the target access item includes:
inquiring service response operation corresponding to the target access item in a pre-configured service response list;
and performing access response processing according to the inquired service response operation.
In another case, the query result of the service response operation corresponding to the target access item queried in the preconfigured service response list is null, that is: the corresponding relation between the target access item recorded in the service response list and the service response operation may not meet the requirement of the user, in this case, the service terminal performs the following steps:
and performing character information acquisition and/or voice interaction on the target access item and sending the target access item to the service platform so that the service platform performs access response processing on the target access item.
By introducing a service response operation for searching a target access item in a pre-configured service response list, namely: automatic reply, character information acquisition and/or voice interaction, and response speed aiming at user requirements is improved, so that the satisfaction degree of users is improved.
The following further describes the vehicle service processing method provided in this embodiment by taking an application of the vehicle service processing method provided in this embodiment in a service data scenario as an example, and referring to fig. 2, the vehicle service processing method applied in the service data scenario specifically includes the following steps.

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Claims (25)
1. A vehicle service processing method is applied to a service platform and comprises the following steps:
calling information acquisition equipment to acquire vehicle information and performing information identification to determine a service vehicle;
activating an application account bound by the service vehicle, opening a video access right of vehicle service to the application account, and sending a service association instruction aiming at the service vehicle to a service terminal;
and if the video access authority is triggered, acquiring a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component, and synchronizing the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account to perform vehicle service video interaction.
2. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of acquiring vehicle information and performing information identification to determine a service vehicle is executed, and before the step of activating an application account bound to the service vehicle and opening a video access right of a vehicle service to the application account is executed, and sending a service association instruction for the service vehicle to a service terminal, the method further comprises:
reading historical service data of the service vehicle, and/or reading historical service data of the service vehicle from a third party agency interface;
and sending the vehicle information and the read historical service data to the service terminal.
3. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein if the video access right is triggered, after acquiring a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component and synchronizing the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account for performing a vehicle service video interaction step, the method further comprises:
acquiring service data of the vehicle service acquired and sent by the service terminal based on a service interface, and synchronizing the service data to the user terminal;
generating an objection request of the target service data based on a trigger instruction of a service control corresponding to the target service data, which is forwarded by the user terminal, of a user; the service control is configured in an application page, and the application page displays the service data containing the target service data;
and carrying out request response processing aiming at the objection request of the target service data.
4. The vehicle services processing method of claim 3, the request response processing for the objection request for the target service data, comprising:
sending an objection request of the target service data to the service terminal;
acquiring service response data of the service terminal aiming at the character type and/or the voice type uploaded by the objection request, and sending the service response data to the user terminal;
wherein the text-type and/or speech-type service response data are entered by a service person of the vehicle service organization based on a text input interface and/or a speech input interface.
5. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 4, after the sub-step of obtaining the text-type and/or voice-type service response data uploaded by the service terminal for the objection request and sending the service response data to the user terminal is executed, the method further comprises:
and establishing an incidence relation between the target service data and the service response data, and obtaining a service response list so as to inquire the service response data corresponding to each service data in the service response list.
6. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 1, wherein if the video access right is triggered, after acquiring a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component and synchronizing the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account for performing a vehicle service video interaction step, the method further comprises:
sending a candidate access item to the user terminal based on a trigger instruction of a user to a service control in a vehicle service video page, which is forwarded by the user terminal;
according to a target access item which is forwarded by the user terminal and selected by the user from the candidate access items, performing access response processing on the target access item;
wherein the performing access response processing of the target access item includes:
inquiring service response operation corresponding to the target access item in a pre-configured service response list;
and performing access response processing according to the inquired service response operation.
7. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 6, if the query result of the service response operation for querying the target access item in the preconfigured service response list is null, performing the following operations:
and calling the service terminal to perform character information acquisition and/or voice interaction so as to perform access response processing on the target access item.
8. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 1, wherein the invoking information collecting device collects vehicle information and performs information identification to determine a service vehicle, comprising:
acquiring a passing signal sent by a near field communication assembly configured by an approaching vehicle based on the near field communication assembly, and reading a vehicle identifier carried in a vehicle identifier field in the passing signal;
and determining the service vehicle according to the vehicle identification, and inquiring an application account having a binding relationship with the vehicle identification as the application account bound by the service vehicle.
9. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 8, wherein if the video access right is triggered, after acquiring a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component and synchronizing the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account for performing a vehicle service video interaction step, the method further comprises:
determining the payment cost of the vehicle service according to a service confirmation instruction sent by the user terminal; the service confirmation instruction is generated based on service data of the vehicle service, a result of request response processing and/or a result of access response processing;
carrying out deduction processing from a payment account bound with a near field communication assembly configured by the approaching vehicle or a payment account bound with the vehicle identification based on the payment fee;
and the number of the first and second groups,
closing video access rights to the vehicle service of the application account.
10. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 1, wherein the information acquisition device and the image acquisition assembly are configured in the same service parking space;
the service terminal, the information acquisition device and the image acquisition assembly correspond to the same vehicle service mechanism.
11. A vehicle service processing method is applied to a user terminal and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a trigger instruction of a user for an access control of an application program;
displaying a video access portal of the vehicle service obtained based on a video access right of the vehicle service;
and if the video access entrance is triggered, receiving a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle, which is sent by the service platform and is based on the image acquisition component for acquisition, and playing the video.
12. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 11, wherein if the video access portal is triggered, after receiving a vehicle service video stream of a service vehicle acquired by the service platform based on the image acquisition component and performing the video playing step, the method further comprises:
acquiring a candidate access item sent by the service platform based on a triggering instruction of the user to a service control in a vehicle service video page;
in the case that the user is detected to select a target access item from the candidate access items, forwarding the selected target access item to the service platform; so that the service platform performs access response processing of the target access item;
correspondingly, after receiving the target access item, the service platform performs the following operations:
inquiring service response operation corresponding to the target access item in a pre-configured service response list;
and performing access response processing according to the inquired service response operation.
13. The vehicle service processing method of claim 11, the service vehicle determined by:
the method comprises the steps of collecting a passing signal sent by a near field communication assembly configured by an approaching vehicle based on the near field communication assembly, reading a vehicle identifier carried in a vehicle identifier field in the passing signal, and determining the service vehicle according to the vehicle identifier.
14. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 13, wherein if the video access portal is triggered, after receiving a vehicle service video stream of a service vehicle acquired by the service platform based on the image acquisition component and performing the video playing step, the method further comprises:
sending a service confirmation instruction to the service platform based on the service data of the vehicle service, the result of the request response processing and/or the result of the access response processing;
correspondingly, after receiving the service confirmation instruction, the service platform executes the following operations:
determining the payment cost of the vehicle service, and carrying out deduction processing from a payment account bound with a near field communication assembly configured for the incoming vehicle or a payment account bound with the vehicle identification based on the payment cost;
and the number of the first and second groups,
closing video access rights to the vehicle service of the service vehicle bound application account; the application account is determined by querying an application account having a binding relationship with the vehicle identification.
15. A vehicle service processing method is applied to a service terminal and comprises the following steps:
associating the service vehicle to the service terminal based on the service association instruction sent by the service platform after the service vehicle is identified;
acquiring vehicle information and historical service data of the service vehicle and rendering a page;
and displaying the service page carrying the service interface obtained by rendering so as to collect the service data of the vehicle service through the service interface.
16. The vehicle service processing method according to claim 15, wherein after the step of performing the step of acquiring the service data of the vehicle service through the service interface by displaying and rendering the service page carrying the service interface, the method further comprises:
acquiring the service data based on the service interface and sending the service data to the service platform;
uploading service response data of a character type and/or a voice type aiming at an objection request of target service data sent by the service platform and sending the service response data to the service platform;
the objection request is generated based on a trigger instruction of a service control corresponding to the target service data by a user; the service control is configured in an application page, and the application page shows the service data including the target service data.
17. A vehicle service processing apparatus, operable on a service platform, comprising:
the information identification module is configured to call the information acquisition equipment to acquire the vehicle information and perform information identification to determine a service vehicle;
the permission opening module is configured to activate an application account bound by the service vehicle, open video access permission of vehicle service to the application account, and send a service association instruction aiming at the service vehicle to a service terminal;
and the video acquisition module is configured to acquire a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component and synchronize the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account for vehicle service video interaction if the video access authority is triggered.
18. A vehicle service processing apparatus, operable on a user terminal, comprising:
the instruction acquisition module is configured to acquire a trigger instruction of a user for an access control of an application program;
an access portal presentation module configured to present a video access portal of a vehicular service obtained based on a video access right of the vehicular service;
and the video receiving module is configured to receive a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle, which is sent by the service platform and is based on the image acquisition component, and play the video if the video access entrance is triggered.
19. A vehicle service processing device, which runs on a service terminal, comprises:
the vehicle association module is configured to associate the service vehicle to the service terminal based on a service association instruction sent by a service platform after the service vehicle is identified;
the page rendering module is configured to acquire vehicle information and historical service data of the service vehicle and perform page rendering;
and the page display module is configured to display the service page which is obtained by rendering and carries the service interface so as to collect the service data of the vehicle service through the service interface.
20. A vehicle service processing device, comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
calling information acquisition equipment to acquire vehicle information and performing information identification to determine a service vehicle;
activating an application account bound by the service vehicle, opening a video access right of vehicle service to the application account, and sending a service association instruction aiming at the service vehicle to a service terminal;
and if the video access authority is triggered, acquiring a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component, and synchronizing the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account to perform vehicle service video interaction.
21. A vehicle service processing device, comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring a trigger instruction of a user for an access control of an application program;
displaying a video access portal of the vehicle service obtained based on a video access right of the vehicle service;
and if the video access entrance is triggered, receiving a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle, which is sent by the service platform and is based on the image acquisition component for acquisition, and playing the video.
22. A vehicle service processing device, comprising:

a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
associating the service vehicle to the service terminal based on the service association instruction sent by the service platform after the service vehicle is identified;
acquiring vehicle information and historical service data of the service vehicle and rendering a page;

23. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor implement the following:
calling information acquisition equipment to acquire vehicle information and performing information identification to determine a service vehicle;
activating an application account bound by the service vehicle, opening a video access right of vehicle service to the application account, and sending a service association instruction aiming at the service vehicle to a service terminal;
and if the video access authority is triggered, acquiring a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle based on an image acquisition component, and synchronizing the vehicle service video stream to a user terminal corresponding to the application account to perform vehicle service video interaction.
24. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor implement the following:
acquiring a trigger instruction of a user for an access control of an application program;
displaying a video access portal of the vehicle service obtained based on a video access right of the vehicle service;
and if the video access entrance is triggered, receiving a vehicle service video stream of the service vehicle, which is sent by the service platform and is based on the image acquisition component for acquisition, and playing the video.
25. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor implement the following:
associating the service vehicle to the service terminal based on the service association instruction sent by the service platform after the service vehicle is identified;
acquiring vehicle information and historical service data of the service vehicle and rendering a page;
and displaying the service page carrying the service interface obtained by rendering so as to collect the service data of the vehicle service through the service interface.
