Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative transmission bandwidth adjustment method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the data transmission information of the ue includes a plurality of data transmission values, S102 may be implemented through S301 to S302, and S1032 may be implemented through S303, and the steps shown in fig. 5 will be described.
S301, calculating an average value of a plurality of data transmission values.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the data transmission information of the user terminal includes a plurality of data transmission values, an average value of the plurality of data transmission values may be calculated. Continuing with the above example, when the data transmission information a1 of the user terminal a includes three data transmission values: when 12Mbps, 15Mbps and 5Mbps are calculated, the average value of 12Mbps, 15Mbps and 5Mbps can be calculated, and the average value of 10.7Mbps is obtained, and then 10.7Mbps is the average value corresponding to the user terminal a.

In some embodiments of the present invention, since each user terminal corresponds to an average value, each user terminal also corresponds to a second ratio. For example, for the user terminal a, a ratio between the average value of 10.7Mbps and the transmission capability threshold value of 50Mbps may be calculated, the obtained ratio of 21.4% is a second ratio corresponding to the user terminal a, and the ratio of 21.4% is determined as the first bandwidth occupancy of the user terminal.
S303, when the second ratio is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, determining to increase the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal.
In some embodiments of the present invention, for a ue, when the average value corresponding to the ue is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, which indicates that the current resource utilization of the ue is higher, and a higher data transmission rate may be required, the adjusting device may determine to increase the transmission capability threshold of the ue, so as to increase the data transmission rate of the ue.
In the embodiment of the invention, an adjusting device calculates an average value of a plurality of data transmission values corresponding to a user terminal, calculates a second ratio between the average value and a transmission capacity threshold, determines to increase the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal when the second ratio is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, and determines to decrease the transmission capacity threshold of each terminal when the second ratio of each terminal is less than the preset threshold; whether the service used by the user terminal needs larger data flow for a long time or not can be judged, the effective adjustment of the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can be timely carried out, and the bandwidth of the user terminal can be ensured to support the service flow requirement of the user; and when the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal is the bandwidth package ordered by the user of the user terminal, the problem that the user of the user terminal needs to order the bandwidth package according to the traffic peak value of the user terminal and bandwidth resources are wasted when the bandwidth package is not fully utilized can be avoided.

and S304, determining to reduce the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal when the second ratio is smaller than the preset threshold.
In some embodiments of the present invention, for a ue, when the average value corresponding to the ue is smaller than the preset threshold, which indicates that the current resource utilization of the ue is low, the adjusting device may determine to reduce the transmission capability threshold of the ue. For example, when the second ratio of the user terminal is smaller than the preset threshold, and the difference between the preset threshold and the second ratio of the user terminal is greater than or equal to the preset value, it may be determined to reduce the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal. For example, the preset value may be 30% or 50%, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Continuing with the above example, and taking the preset value as 30% as an example, when the preset threshold is 85%, since 21.4% is less than 85% and the difference between 85% and 21.4% is greater than 30%, it is indicated that the current bandwidth resource utilization of the ue a is low, and at this time, the transmission capability threshold of the ue a can be reduced.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where S104 in fig. 4 or fig. 5 may be implemented through S401-S402 in the case of determining to increase the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, and hereinafter, taking S104 in fig. 4 may be implemented through S401-S402 as an example, the steps shown in fig. 6 will be described.
S401, determining a first preset value, wherein the first preset value is higher than a transmission capability threshold value of the user terminal acquired from the control equipment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the memory of the adjusting device stores threshold configuration information preset by a user in advance, where the threshold configuration information represents a reference basis when determining the first preset value. When the adjusting device determines to increase the transmission capability threshold of a user terminal, the adjusting device may acquire preset threshold configuration information from the memory, and determine a first preset value based on the threshold configuration information. For example, the threshold configuration information may be a threshold adjustment manner, for example, increasing the transmission capability threshold to a preset multiple, such as 1.2 times, of the transmission capability threshold (i.e., the original transmission capability threshold) obtained from the control device, where, taking the original transmission capability threshold as 50Mbps as an example, increasing by 1.2 times is to increase the transmission capability threshold to 60Mbps. For example, when the transmission capability threshold is a bandwidth package ordered by the user, the transmission capability threshold obtained from the control device may be a maximum transmission bandwidth corresponding to the bandwidth package, for example, 50Mbps.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the adjusting device determines to increase the transmission capability threshold of a ue, the adjusting device may determine a value according to the current transmission capability threshold of the ue and the threshold adjustment mode, where the value is higher than the transmission capability threshold of the ue acquired from the control device.
S402, carrying the first preset value in a threshold adjustment instruction and sending the first preset value to control equipment; the threshold adjustment instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to a first preset value.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the adjusting device determines a value, a threshold adjustment instruction carrying the value may be generated and sent to the control device, so that the control device forwards the threshold adjustment instruction to the corresponding network device, and the corresponding network device increases the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the value according to the instruction of the threshold adjustment instruction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after S402 is executed, the execution of S101 may be continued, that is, after the transmission capability threshold of the ue is increased, the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold of the ue may be further obtained from the control device, so that the use condition of the bandwidth resource of the ue is continuously monitored, and thus, corresponding adjustment is performed according to the monitoring result.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the adjusting device determines to improve the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, a first preset value is determined, the first preset value is carried in a threshold adjusting instruction and is sent to the control device, and the threshold adjusting instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the first preset value; when the threshold value of the transmission capability is determined to be improved according to the use condition of the bandwidth resource of the user terminal, the original transmission bandwidth of the user terminal is expanded, so that the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can support the service flow requirement of the user terminal, and the link congestion caused by the limitation of the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can be avoided to a certain extent; and when the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal is the bandwidth package ordered by the user of the user terminal, the problem that the user of the user terminal needs to order the bandwidth package according to the traffic peak value of the user terminal and bandwidth resources are wasted when the bandwidth package is not fully utilized can be avoided.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for adjusting transmission bandwidth according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the data transmission information includes a plurality of data transmission values; s101 in fig. 4 or 5 may be implemented by S1011-S1012, and hereinafter, taking S101 in fig. 4 as an example, S1011-S1012 may be implemented, the steps shown in fig. 7 will be described.
S1011, acquiring preset first configuration information; the first configuration information is used for indicating data acquisition parameters.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first configuration information may be preset by a user and stored in a memory of the adjustment device. The adjusting device may obtain the first configuration information from the memory before the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal needs to be obtained. The first configuration information may be, for example, a frequency of acquiring data, for example, 10min (minutes) or 15min, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first configuration information may be a data acquisition parameter set for a user terminal for which the transmission capability threshold is not adjusted.
S1012, based on the first configuration information, acquiring data transmission information and a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal from the control device.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adjusting device may send a data query message to the control device according to the first configuration information after obtaining the first configuration information, so as to obtain, by the control device, data transmission information and a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal from the network device. For example, the adjustment device may send a data query message to the control device every 10min to obtain the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal from the network device through the control device.
In the embodiment of the invention, an adjusting device acquires parameters for indicating acquisition of data, and acquires data transmission information and a transmission capacity threshold of a user terminal from a control device based on first configuration information; the data can be acquired at any set frequency, so that the utilization condition of the bandwidth resources of the user terminal can be flexibly monitored, and the bandwidth resources of the user terminal can be flexibly and reasonably allocated.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for adjusting transmission bandwidth according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the first configuration information in S1011 includes a first acquisition time and a first acquisition frequency; the first acquisition time represents a data acquisition period, and the first acquisition frequency represents a data acquisition frequency, and S1012 can be implemented through S10120-S10122, which will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 8.
S10120, in the first acquisition time, sending a data query message to the control device at a first acquisition frequency.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first configuration information may include a first acquisition time and a first acquisition frequency; the first acquisition time represents a time period for acquiring the data transmission value and the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal, and the first acquisition frequency represents a time interval between two adjacent acquisition of the data transmission value and the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal; the specific values of the first acquisition time and the first acquisition frequency may be arbitrarily set by the user, for example, the first acquisition time may be 19:00-24:00, the first acquisition frequency may be 5min, etc., which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
S10121, receiving a data transmission value and a transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal returned by the control equipment aiming at the data query message.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adjusting device may send, during a first acquisition time, a data query message to the control device at a first acquisition frequency, where the data query message is used to indicate that a data transmission value and a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal are acquired; and the adjusting device also receives the data transmission value and the transmission capability threshold value of the user terminal returned by the control device aiming at the data query message. For example, the adjustment device may be at 19 per day: 00-24: and in the 00 segments, sending a data query message to the control device every 5min so as to acquire the data transmission value and the transmission capability threshold value of the user terminal from the network device through the control device.
S10122, determining a plurality of data transmission values received in a preset time period as data transmission information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adjustment device counts a plurality of data transmission values received from the control device in a preset period of time, and determines the plurality of data transmission values received in the preset period of time as data transmission information of the user terminal, so as to determine whether to adjust a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal according to the determined data transmission information. The preset time period may be, for example, every 1 hour, every half hour, or the like; the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
According to the embodiment of the invention, an adjusting device acquires a data transmission value and a transmission capacity threshold value of a user terminal from a control device according to a first acquisition time and a first acquisition frequency, and determines a plurality of data transmission values received in a preset time period as data transmission information; the data and statistics of the data transmission values can be obtained at any set frequency within any set time period to determine whether to adjust the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal, so that the utilization condition of the bandwidth resources of the user terminal can be flexibly monitored, and the bandwidth resources of the user terminal can be flexibly and reasonably allocated.
Fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where S105-S107 may be further included after S104 in fig. 2 in the case of improving the transmission capability threshold of the ue, and the steps shown in fig. 9 will be described.
S105, acquiring updated data transmission information and updated transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal from the control equipment.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the adjustment device improves the transmission capability threshold of the ue, the transmission capability threshold of the ue is updated to the improved transmission capability threshold, and correspondingly, the ue performs data transmission with higher data transmission information. The adjusting device may acquire preset second configuration information, and acquire, from the control device, the transmission capability threshold value and the data transmission information of the user terminal after the transmission capability threshold value is improved according to the second configuration information. In some embodiments of the present invention, the second data transmission information refers to data transmission information of the ue after the ue is increased by a transmission capability threshold; the second transmission capability threshold is a transmission capability threshold of the ue after the ue is increased by the transmission capability threshold, for example, the first preset value described above.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second configuration information may also be preset by the user and stored in the memory of the adjustment device. In some embodiments of the present invention, the second configuration information includes a second acquisition time and/or a second acquisition frequency, where the second acquisition time represents a period of time for acquiring the data transmission value and the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, and the second acquisition frequency represents a time interval between two adjacent acquisition of the data transmission value and the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal; the second acquisition time is less than the first acquisition time and the second acquisition frequency is greater than or equal to the first acquisition frequency. The specific values of the second acquisition time and the second acquisition frequency may be arbitrarily set by the user, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. For example, when the first acquisition time is 19:00-24: at 00, the second acquisition time may be 19:00-24: in 00, the period of time from when the threshold of the transmission capability of the ue is adjusted to the end of the period of time, for example, when 20:15 increases the threshold of the transmission capability of the ue a, the second acquisition time may be 20 for the ue a: 15-24:00, or may be a preset period of time from the time when the transmission capability threshold of the ue is increased in the first acquisition time, for example, when the transmission capability threshold of the ue a is increased in 20:15, the second acquisition time may be 20:15-22:00; for the second acquisition frequency, for example, when the first acquisition frequency is 5min, the second acquisition frequency may be 3min.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adjusting device may count updated data transmission values of the user terminal acquired from the control device in a preset period of time, and determine a plurality of data transmission values acquired in the preset period of time as updated data transmission information of the user terminal, so as to determine whether to readjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal according to the determined data transmission information. The preset time period may be, for example, every 1 hour, every half hour, or the like; the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Here, the adjusting device acquires data with the second configuration information for the user terminal with the transmission capability threshold value improved, so that the bandwidth resource utilization condition of the user terminal with the transmission capability threshold value adjusted can be closely monitored, and whether to continue adjusting the transmission capability threshold value or not can be conveniently and timely determined.
S106, determining the second bandwidth occupancy rate of the user terminal according to the updated data transmission information and the updated transmission capacity threshold value.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the updated data transmission information may include two or more data transmission values, and the adjusting device may calculate the second bandwidth occupancy rate of the ue by using the method of S201 or the methods of S301 to S302, which are not described herein.
And S107, reducing the updated transmission capacity threshold value under the condition that the second bandwidth occupancy rate is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the adjusting device may compare the magnitude relation between the second bandwidth occupancy and the preset threshold, determine whether to reduce the updated transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, and reduce the updated transmission capability threshold if the second bandwidth occupancy is less than or equal to the preset threshold. In some embodiments of the present invention, the preset threshold may be the same as the preset threshold or different from the preset threshold, for example, the preset value may be 30% or 50%, etc., and may be set according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the present invention, it may be determined to reduce the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal in case the second bandwidth occupancy of the user terminal is less than or equal to a preset threshold. For example, the updated transmission capability threshold may be reduced to an initial transmission capability threshold; the initial transmission capability threshold may be a bandwidth package ordered by the user for the user terminal. For example, for the user terminal a, when the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal a is increased from the initial transmission capability threshold of 50Mbps to 60Mbps, and when it is determined that the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal a needs to be decreased, the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal a may be decreased from 60Mbps back to 50Mbps. Therefore, when the transmission capacity threshold value is the bandwidth package ordered by the user for the user terminal, the problem that the user needs to order the bandwidth package according to the traffic peak value of the user and bandwidth resources are wasted when the bandwidth package is not fully utilized can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the invention, in the event that it is determined to reduce the updated transmission capability threshold, the method further comprises: .
S11, acquiring a second preset value under the condition that the updated transmission capacity threshold value is determined to be reduced, wherein the second preset value is lower than the updated transmission capacity threshold value acquired from the control equipment.
For example, the threshold adjustment method may further include reducing the transmission capability threshold to a preset multiple, such as 0.9 times, of the acquired transmission capability threshold. In some embodiments of the present invention, when the adjustment device determines to reduce the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, the adjustment device may determine a value according to the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal and the threshold adjustment manner acquired from the control device, where the value is lower than the current transmission capability threshold of the terminal. For example, when the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal acquired from the control device by the adjustment device is 60Mbps and the threshold adjustment manner is to reduce the transmission capability threshold to 0.9 times the acquired transmission capability threshold, the determined transmission capability threshold is 53Mbps.
S12, carrying the second preset value in a threshold adjustment instruction and sending the second preset value to the control equipment; the threshold adjustment instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to a second preset value.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the adjusting device determines the value to be reduced, a threshold adjustment instruction carrying the value may be generated, and the threshold adjustment instruction is sent to the control device, so that the control device forwards the threshold adjustment instruction to the corresponding network device, and the corresponding network device reduces the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the value according to the instruction of the threshold adjustment instruction. For example, continuing with the above example, the adjustment device may carry the threshold adjustment instruction at 53Mbps and send the threshold adjustment instruction to the control device, so that the control device forwards the threshold adjustment instruction to the corresponding network device, and thus, the corresponding network device reduces the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal from 60Mbps to 53Mbps according to the instruction of the threshold adjustment instruction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after S12 is performed, the process may return to continue to perform S101, that is, after the transmission capability threshold of the ue is reduced, the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold of the ue may be further obtained from the control device, so that the use condition of the bandwidth resource of the ue is continuously monitored, and thus, corresponding adjustment is performed according to the monitoring result.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the adjusting device determines to reduce the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal, a second preset value is acquired, the second preset value is lower than the updated transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal, the second preset value is carried in a threshold adjusting instruction and is sent to the control device, and the threshold adjusting instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capacity threshold by adopting the second preset value; when the transmission capacity threshold value is determined to be required to be reduced according to the use condition of the bandwidth resources of the user terminal, the transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal is reduced to a second preset value, and the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can be properly reduced under the condition that the normal flow requirement of the user terminal is not affected, so that part of the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can be distributed to other user terminals, and reasonable and dynamic distribution of the bandwidth resources is realized.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the second transmission capability threshold of the user terminal is kept unchanged in case the second bandwidth occupancy is greater than or equal to a preset threshold.
Here, when the second bandwidth occupancy rate of the ue is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, it indicates that the current bandwidth resource of the ue is sufficiently utilized, so that the transmission bandwidth of the ue can be kept at an increased level, so that the ue can support its own traffic demand; and continue to monitor data transmission information following the user terminal to determine whether to maintain or decrease the current transmission capability threshold of the user terminal.
In other embodiments of the present invention, when the second bandwidth occupancy is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, the transmission capability threshold of the ue may be further increased, so as to further increase the transmission bandwidth of the ue; and continue to monitor data transmission information following the user terminal to determine whether to maintain or decrease the current transmission capability threshold of the user terminal.
Fig. 10 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative transmission bandwidth adjustment method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be executed by a control device, and will be described with reference to the steps shown in fig. 10.

In the embodiment of the invention, a control device sends a detection instruction to a network device, sends data transmission information and a transmission capacity threshold value of a user terminal returned by the network device aiming at the detection instruction to an adjusting device, receives a threshold value adjusting instruction generated based on the data transmission information and the transmission capacity threshold value from the adjusting device, and forwards the threshold value adjusting instruction to the network device so that the network device adjusts the transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal based on the threshold value adjusting instruction; the method and the device can realize the independent dynamic adjustment of the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal, so that the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can support the service flow requirement of the user terminal, and the reasonable distribution of the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can be realized.

In some embodiments, the first determining unit 12 is further configured to compare a magnitude relation between the first bandwidth occupancy and the preset threshold; and determining whether to adjust the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal according to the size relation between the first bandwidth occupancy rate and the preset threshold.
In some embodiments, the data transmission information includes a plurality of data transmission values, and the first determining unit 12 is further configured to calculate a ratio between each of the plurality of data transmission values and the transmission capability threshold value, to obtain a plurality of ratios; determining the plurality of ratios as the first bandwidth occupancy; when the number of the first ratio is greater than or equal to the preset number, determining to increase the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal; the first ratio is a ratio greater than or equal to the preset threshold value among the plurality of ratios.
In some embodiments, the first determining unit 12 is further configured to determine to decrease the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal when the number of the first ratios is smaller than the preset number.
In some embodiments, the data transmission information of the user terminal includes a plurality of data transmission values, and the first determining unit 12 is further configured to calculate an average value of the plurality of data transmission values; calculating a second ratio between the average value and the transmission capability threshold value; determining the second ratio as the first bandwidth occupancy; and when the second ratio is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, determining to increase the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal.
In some embodiments, the first determining unit 12 is further configured to determine to decrease the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal when the second ratio of the user terminal is smaller than the preset threshold.
In some embodiments, the first sending unit 13 is further configured to determine, in a case where it is determined to increase the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, a first preset value, where the first preset value is higher than the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal acquired from the control device; carrying the first preset value in the threshold adjustment instruction and sending the first preset value to the control equipment; the threshold adjustment instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the first preset value.
In some embodiments, the first sending unit 13 is further configured to obtain preset threshold configuration information, where the threshold configuration information represents a reference basis when determining the first preset value; and determining the first preset value based on the threshold configuration information.
In some embodiments, the first obtaining unit 11 is further configured to obtain preset first configuration information; the first configuration information is used for indicating data acquisition parameters; and acquiring data transmission information and a transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal from the control equipment based on the first configuration information.
In some embodiments, the first configuration information includes a first acquisition time and a first acquisition frequency; the first acquisition time represents a data acquisition time period, and the first acquisition frequency represents a data acquisition frequency; the first obtaining unit 11 is further configured to send, during the first obtaining time, a data query message to the control device at the first obtaining frequency; receiving a data transmission value and a transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal returned by the control equipment aiming at the data query message; and determining the plurality of data transmission values received in the preset time period as the data transmission information.
In some embodiments, the adjustment device further comprises: a second obtaining unit 14, configured to obtain, from the control device, updated data transmission information and an updated transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, where the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal is improved; determining a second bandwidth occupancy rate of the user terminal according to the updated data transmission information and the updated transmission capacity threshold; and reducing the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal under the condition that the second bandwidth occupancy rate is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold.
Fig. 14 is another schematic structural diagram of an adjusting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 14, the adjustment apparatus 1 includes: a first memory 22 and a first processor 21, the first memory 22 and the first processor 21 being connected by a bus 23; a first memory 22 for storing executable data instructions; the first processor 21 is configured to implement the above-mentioned partial transmission bandwidth adjustment method when executing the executable data instruction stored in the first memory 22.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing the first processor 21 to execute the method for adjusting the partial transmission bandwidth in the above method embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a control device for implementing the partial transmission bandwidth adjustment method. As shown in fig. 15, the control apparatus 2 includes: a second sending unit 31, configured to send a detection instruction to a network device, where the detection instruction is configured to instruct the network device to detect data transmission information and a transmission capability threshold of a user terminal; the user terminal is a user terminal accessed to the network equipment; transmitting the data transmission information and the transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal returned by the network equipment aiming at the detection instruction to an adjusting device; a first receiving unit 32 configured to receive, from the adjustment device, a threshold adjustment instruction generated based on the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold, the threshold adjustment instruction being configured to instruct adjustment of the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal; the second sending unit 31 is further configured to forward the threshold adjustment instruction to the network device, so that the network device adjusts the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal based on the threshold adjustment instruction.
In some embodiments, the first receiving unit 32 is further configured to receive a data query message from the adjustment device; the data query message is used for indicating to acquire the data transmission information and the transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal; the second sending unit 31 is further configured to send, according to the data query message, a detection instruction to the network device, where the detection instruction is used to instruct the network device to detect a transmission capability threshold value and current data transmission information of the user terminal.
In some embodiments, the data query message comprises a first data query message; the first data query message is used for indicating to acquire data transmission information and transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal; the second sending unit 31 is further configured to send a first detection instruction to the network device according to the data query message; the first detection instruction is used for indicating the network equipment to detect the data transmission information and the transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal.
In some embodiments, the data query message further comprises a second data query message; the second data query message is used for indicating to acquire updated data transmission information and updated transmission capacity threshold values of the user terminal; the second sending unit 31 is further configured to send a second detection instruction to the network device according to the second data query message; the second detection instruction is used for indicating the network equipment to detect updated data transmission information and updated transmission capacity threshold values of the user terminal.
Fig. 16 is another schematic structural diagram of a control device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 16, the control apparatus 2 includes: a second memory 42 and a second processor 41, the second memory 42 and the second processor 41 being connected by a bus 43; a second memory 42 for storing executable data instructions; the second processor 41 is configured to implement the above-mentioned partial transmission bandwidth adjustment method when executing the executable data instruction stored in the second memory 42.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing the second processor 41 to execute the method for adjusting the partial transmission bandwidth in the above method embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a network device for implementing the partial transmission bandwidth adjustment method. As shown in fig. 17, the network device 3 includes: a second receiving unit 51, configured to receive a detection instruction from a control device, where the detection instruction is configured to instruct the network device to detect data transmission information and a transmission capability threshold of a user terminal; the user terminal is a user terminal accessed to the network equipment; a second obtaining unit 52, configured to obtain, according to the detection instruction, data transmission information and a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal; the user terminal is a user terminal accessed to the network equipment; a third sending unit 53, configured to send the acquired data transmission information and transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the control device; the second receiving unit 51 is further configured to receive a threshold adjustment instruction from the control device, where the threshold adjustment instruction is used to instruct to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal; and the adjusting unit 54 is configured to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the ue according to the threshold adjustment instruction.
In some embodiments, the detection instruction comprises a first detection instruction; the first detection instruction is used for indicating the network equipment to detect the data transmission information and the transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal; the second obtaining unit 52 is further configured to obtain, according to the first detection instruction, data transmission information and a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal; the third sending unit 53 is further configured to send the obtained data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the control device.
In some embodiments, the detection instructions further comprise a second detection instruction; the second detection instruction is used for indicating the network equipment to detect updated data transmission information and updated transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal; the second obtaining unit 52 is further configured to obtain updated data transmission information and an updated transmission capability threshold of the user terminal according to the second detection instruction; the third sending unit 53 is further configured to send the obtained updated data transmission information of the user terminal and the updated transmission capability threshold value to the control device.
Fig. 18 is another schematic structural diagram of a network device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 18, the control apparatus 3 includes: a third memory 62 and a third processor 61, the third memory 61 and the third processor 61 being connected by a bus 63; a third memory 62 for storing executable data instructions; the third processor 61 is configured to implement the above-mentioned partial transmission bandwidth adjustment method when executing the executable data instruction stored in the third memory 62.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing the third processor 61 to execute the method for adjusting the partial transmission bandwidth in the above method embodiment.
The transmission bandwidth adjusting method, the device and the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention can analyze and obtain the service condition of the bandwidth resource of each user terminal according to the data transmission information of each user terminal, and independently and dynamically adjust the transmission bandwidth of each user terminal according to the service condition of the bandwidth resource of each user terminal, so that the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal can support the service flow requirement of the terminal on one hand, and the reasonable distribution of the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal on the other hand; and when the transmission bandwidth of the user terminal is the bandwidth package ordered by the user of the user terminal, the problem that the user of the user terminal needs to order the bandwidth package according to the traffic peak value of the user terminal and bandwidth resources are wasted when the bandwidth package is not fully utilized can be avoided.

Claims (13)

1. A transmission bandwidth adjustment method, applied to an adjustment device, comprising:
acquiring data transmission information and a transmission capacity threshold of a user terminal from control equipment;
determining a first bandwidth occupancy rate of the user terminal according to the data transmission information and the transmission capacity threshold;
determining whether to adjust a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal based on a preset threshold and the first bandwidth occupancy;
and when determining to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, sending a threshold adjustment instruction to the control equipment, wherein the threshold adjustment instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal.
2. The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal based on a preset threshold and the first bandwidth occupancy includes:
comparing the magnitude relation between the first bandwidth occupancy rate and the preset threshold value;
and determining whether to adjust the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal according to the size relation between the first bandwidth occupancy rate and the preset threshold.

The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 2, wherein the data transmission information includes a plurality of data transmission values, and the determining the first bandwidth occupancy of the user terminal according to the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold includes:
respectively calculating the ratio between each data transmission value and the transmission capacity threshold value in the plurality of data transmission values to obtain a plurality of ratios; determining the plurality of ratios as the first bandwidth occupancy;
the determining whether to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal according to the magnitude relation between the first bandwidth occupancy rate and the preset threshold includes:
when the number of the first ratio is greater than or equal to the preset number, determining to increase the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal; the first ratio is a ratio greater than or equal to the preset threshold value among the plurality of ratios.

The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 2, wherein the data transmission information includes a plurality of data transmission values; the determining the first bandwidth occupancy rate of the user terminal according to the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold value includes:
calculating an average value of the plurality of data transmission values;
calculating a second ratio between the average value and the transmission capability threshold value; determining the second ratio as the first bandwidth occupancy;
the determining whether to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal according to the magnitude relation between the first bandwidth occupancy rate and the preset threshold includes:
and when the second ratio is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, determining to increase the transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal.
5. The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein in a case where it is determined to increase the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, the sending a threshold adjustment instruction to the control device includes:
determining a first preset value, wherein the first preset value is higher than a transmission capability threshold value of the user terminal acquired from the control equipment;
Carrying the first preset value in the threshold adjustment instruction and sending the first preset value to the control equipment; the threshold adjustment instruction is used for indicating to adjust the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal to the first preset value.
6. The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 5, wherein the determining a first preset value includes:
acquiring preset threshold configuration information, wherein the threshold configuration information represents a reference basis when the first preset value is determined;
and determining the first preset value based on the threshold configuration information.
7. The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the acquiring, from the control device, the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal includes:
acquiring preset first configuration information; the first configuration information is used for indicating data acquisition parameters;
and acquiring data transmission information and a transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal from the control equipment based on the first configuration information.

The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 7, wherein the first configuration information includes a first acquisition time and a first acquisition frequency; the first acquisition time represents a data acquisition time period, and the first acquisition frequency represents a data acquisition frequency;
The step of acquiring the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal from the control device based on the first configuration information includes:
transmitting a data query message to the control device at the first acquisition frequency within the first acquisition time;
receiving a data transmission value and a transmission capacity threshold of the user terminal returned by the control equipment aiming at the data query message;
and determining a plurality of data transmission values received in a preset time period as the data transmission information.
9. The transmission bandwidth adjustment method according to claim 1, wherein in the case of increasing the transmission capability threshold of the user terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring updated data transmission information and updated transmission capacity threshold values of the user terminal from the control equipment;
determining a second bandwidth occupancy rate of the user terminal according to the updated data transmission information and the updated transmission capacity threshold;
and reducing the updated transmission capacity threshold under the condition that the second bandwidth occupancy rate is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold.
10. An adjustment apparatus, characterized by comprising:
The first acquisition unit is used for acquiring data transmission information and a transmission capacity threshold value of the user terminal from the control equipment;
a first determining unit, configured to determine a first bandwidth occupancy rate of the user terminal according to the data transmission information and the transmission capability threshold; determining whether to adjust a transmission capability threshold of the user terminal based on a preset threshold and the first bandwidth occupancy;
