Before the third-party platform creates a plurality of information contents, the first initiator needs to record the external numbers for providing the communication service, the number of the recorded numbers can be multiple, and the first initiator needs to adopt the recorded external numbers when providing the communication service related to the information link x according to the personal information m. The 'alternative communication numbers' of the information editing interface are automatically generated according to the recorded explicit numbers.
When the user fills in the personal information m and sends the personal information m, the user can automatically receive a complaint link for number complaint when the user finds that the received communication service causes harassment to the complaint link or does not accord with the information link x.
