6. A passenger baggage gate-to-post system according to claim 1, wherein the operation subsystem comprises the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: the staff of the distributor needs to register and log in when using the operation subsystem for the first time;
step two: the senior dispatching personnel can see the list of all the dispatching personnel, the senior dispatching personnel can appoint the primary and middle dispatching personnel, and can also enable the forbidden dispatching personnel, and the login of the problem staff and the leave staff is not allowed;

step five: all the pickers can check orders, screen orders, relocate orders and check order distribution;
step six: all the dispatching personnel can use navigation to search routes when receiving orders and dispatching;
step seven: when one fetching and dispatching person is responsible for a plurality of orders at the same time, luggage and the orders are prevented from being mixed, and a single-door marked QR code needs to be made for each luggage to serve as the contact between the luggage and the orders;
step eight: the dispatcher can take a picture of the luggage, can fill in feedback information about the order, describe characters, and feed back for many times, the feedback times are not limited, and after the feedback, the system records the feedback time and feeds back people;
step nine: when a dispatcher takes the luggage from a C-end client or a luggage turntable, the luggage is transported to an addressee, and the luggage is returned to the client, the order for signing is received and sent;
step ten: the dispatcher can inquire the total order quantity and the total number of the orders in the time interval.
7. A passenger baggage gate-to-post system according to claim 1, wherein the distribution management configuration subsystem is operated by the steps of:

step seven: the headquarters needs to be configured with three levels of business areas;
step eight: the headquarters needs to configure a three-level opening service;
step nine: the headquarters needs to configure a third-level service price;
step ten: the headquarters needs to set a three-level address type, set a fixed luggage collecting point and a fixed service counter;
step eleven: the headquarters needs to set three levels of business hours;
step twelve: the headquarters needs to set three levels of service time;
step thirteen: the headquarters can check orders, set spread, modify orders, refund;
fourteen steps: the distributor checks the business order;
step fifteen: the distributor needs to be appointed to operate the high-level assigner, and the operation assigner can be deleted.
