Wherein the ratchet groove in the ratchet bar portion 21 includes a planar groove bottom, a planar groove side wall perpendicular to the planar groove bottom, and a sloped groove side wall; the included angle between the side wall of the inclined plane groove and the bottom of the plane groove is an obtuse angle. The unidirectional locking part 41 realizes unidirectional locking when being clamped into the ratchet groove; the unidirectional locking portion 41 has a right-angled trapezoidal structure, and has a waist inclined plane adapted to the side wall of the inclined plane groove, an upper bottom surface adapted to the bottom of the planar groove, and a waist vertical surface adapted to the side wall of the planar groove.
In order to ensure stability during sliding of the slide stopper 4, the present embodiment provides a boss 42 on the slide stopper 4; the shell 1 is provided with a sliding chute 14 matched with the boss 42, and the sliding chute 14 extends along the sliding direction of the sliding block 4; in order to facilitate the subsequent operation of the sliding block 4 by the user, the boss 42 extends out of the housing 1 via the sliding slot 14.
In the present embodiment, the housing 1 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12 that are snap-fitted together; and an escape opening 16 through which the adjusting belt 2 passes is provided on the first housing 11. Preferably, the sliding block 4 is provided with a protruding platform 42 on one side facing the first housing 11 and one side facing the second housing 12, and the corresponding sliding slot 14 is provided on each of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12.

This embodiment still discloses a head-mounted apparatus, including the equipment main part with set up in two fixed bands of the relative both sides of equipment main part, the one end of regulation band 2 and one of them fixed band fixed connection, the other end and another fixed band sliding fit (can be fixed with casing 1 with 2 sliding fit's of regulation band fixed band, be equipped with in the fixed band with the slide of 2 looks adaptations of regulation band).
The adjustment process of the headband adjustment apparatus will be briefly explained based on the above-described structure.
As shown in fig. 4, in the rest state, under the action of the elastic restoring force provided by the closed-loop elastic band 5, the unidirectional locking portion 41 on the sliding block 4 is engaged with the ratchet rack portion 21 on the adjustment band 2 to realize unidirectional locking, so as to prevent the adjustment band 2 from loosening (i.e. preventing leftward movement, at which time the tightening direction of the headband is unlocked, i.e. unlocking in the rightward direction).
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the adjusting band 2 is moved toward the tightening headband by an external force, the waist slope of the one-way locking portion 41 cooperates with the slope groove sidewall of the ratchet groove (slope cooperation principle) to force the sliding block 4 to move away from the limit block 3 (i.e., away from the adjusting band 2, downward in the figure), the one-way locking portion 41 disengages from the current ratchet groove, and the adjusting band 2 moves toward the tightening headband (rightward in the figure). As shown in fig. 7, after the adjusting belt 2 moves a unit distance by an external force, the sliding block 4 is reset under the action of the elastic reset force provided by the closed-loop elastic belt 5, the one-way locking portion 41 is re-engaged with the upper ratchet groove and the lower ratchet groove of the ratchet rack portion 21 to realize one-way locking, at this time, the abutment of the waist vertical surface and the side wall of the plane groove cannot force the sliding block 4 to move downwards, that is, cannot avoid the movement of the adjusting belt 2 in the loosening direction, and further, the locking of the adjusting belt 2 in the loosening direction (that is, leftward movement) is realized; preventing the adjusting belt 2 from loosening after adjustment.
When the headband needs to be adjusted and loosened, a user manually stirs the boss 42 on the sliding stop block 4 along the sliding groove 14 to force the headband to slide in a direction away from the adjusting band 2, the engagement between the one-way locking part 41 and the ratchet rack part 21 is released, the adjusting band 2 can move in the adjusting and loosening direction (namely, the one-way locking part moves leftwards, and the adjusting band 2 can also move in the tightening direction when the engagement is released), so that the user can conveniently take off the head-mounted equipment.
Example two:
the second embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment in structure and principle, and is different in structure of the elastic resetting piece; only the differences will be explained below.
As shown collectively in fig. 8 to 11, the elastic restoring member in the present embodiment is a cylindrical spring 7; the cylindrical spring 7 is arranged in the housing 1 (see fig. 2), one end of the cylindrical spring abuts against the inner wall of the housing 1, and the other end of the cylindrical spring abuts against one side of the sliding stop 4 departing from the adjusting belt 2.
In order to prevent the cylindrical spring 7 from being distorted and deformed and affecting the locking precision, the present embodiment optimizes the above structure, the inner wall of the housing 1 (the second housing 12, or the first housing 11) is provided with a spring mounting seat 15, and one side of the sliding block 4 away from the adjusting belt 2 is provided with a spring receiving groove 43; one end of the cylindrical spring 7 is sleeved on the spring mounting seat 15, and the other end is arranged in the spring accommodating groove 43.
The specific work engineering is basically the same as the first embodiment, and the content of the work process part of the first embodiment can be referred to, which is not described herein again.
The embodiments are described in a progressive manner in the specification, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and light weight, and is convenient for the development of head-wearing equipment towards miniaturization and light weight.
