When the workpiece is taken out: when the inserts are fed into the position, the pair of parallel clamps 11 clamp the inserts, meanwhile, the jacking needle 21 is pressed in against the elasticity of the spring 23 under the action of the inserts entering the cavity 14, the telescopic piece 22 moves along with the jacking needle, the corresponding side magnet 32 approaches to the end parts of a pair of reeds inside the reed switch 31, the closing of the reed switch 31 is realized (at the moment, the other side reed switch 31 is in an open state), and then a signal of successful clamping is received; if the clamping is unsuccessful, the jacking needle 21 is not pressed in, the magnetic reed switch 31 on the corresponding side can not sense the approaching signal of the magnet 32, and can not be closed, so that the failure of taking a part is indicated, and the alarm is stopped.
When the embedded part is embedded: when the insert is embedded into the mold, the pair of parallel clamps 11 are opened, the jacking needle 21 is reset under the action of the elastic force of the spring 23, the insert is sent out, the telescopic sheet 22 moves along with the insert, at the moment, the magnet 32 at the other side is close to the corresponding magnetic reed switch 31, the closing of the magnetic reed switch 31 is realized (the corresponding closed magnetic reed switch 31 is opened during the taking of the insert), and then a signal of successful embedding of the insert is received; if the embedded part is unsuccessful, the jacking needle 21 is not ejected or cannot be ejected in place, the corresponding magnetic reed switch 31 senses that the magnet 32 is close to a signal and cannot be closed, the embedded part is failed, and the alarm is stopped.
