Abstract
The invention discloses a liftable rapid dam breach blocking device, the length of which is greater than the width of a dam breach, the device comprises a base, a box body and a rubber bag which are fixedly connected into a whole from bottom to top, and the box body is communicated with the inner cavity of the rubber bag; wherein, the box body is provided with at least one bottom through hole for filling or discharging flood. The invention realizes automatic water filling of the rubber bag through the internal and external water pressure difference formed by flood impact, can quickly form a blocking structure at the breach of the dam, and can realize the purpose of temporarily intercepting the flood flow during the rescue of the breach of the dam without filling other materials. The invention has the advantages of high installation speed, repeated use and good short-term plugging effect, can greatly reduce the harm of flood to the life safety and property safety of surrounding people on one hand, can avoid the influence of flood impact on the dike breach construction work on the other hand, and reduces the construction difficulty of dike breach plugging.

The invention belongs to the technical field of emergency rescue, and particularly relates to a liftable rapid dam breach blocking device.
Background
At present, for the breach of a dam, a flat plugging method, a vertical plugging method or a mixed plugging method is generally adopted for plugging emergency construction, and specific plugging modes such as sunken ship closure, sunken willow silt falling and the like are adopted in combination with specific situations. The flat plugging method comprises the steps of throwing and filling materials layer by layer upwards along the axis of a selected dam to meet the plugging requirement; the vertical blocking rule is that the construction is carried out gradually by starting from different sides of the port door and advancing towards the water along the axis of the dam so as to achieve the purpose of gradually reducing the port door; the mixed plugging method is a comprehensive mode of the two plugging modes.
However, the above methods consume too much manpower and material resources, and the entire breach must be robustly built to play a role, so that the building time is long (3-4 days at a high speed and 7-8 days at a low speed), and the efficiency is low. During the breach period, the life safety and property safety of people around the breach can be seriously affected by flood disasters.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a lifting type dam breach rapid plugging device so as to achieve the purpose of timely relieving flood dangerous cases.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a lifting type dam breach rapid plugging device is longer than the width of a dam breach and comprises a base, a box body and a rubber bag which are fixedly connected into a whole from bottom to top, wherein the box body is communicated with the inner cavity of the rubber bag; wherein, the box body is provided with at least one bottom through hole for filling or discharging flood.
As the limitation of the invention, a gate for controlling the opening and closing of the bottom through hole is fixedly arranged at the bottom through hole of the box body.
As a further limitation of the invention, the gate comprises a gate body fixedly arranged at the through hole at the bottom of the box body, a hydraulic component for controlling the opening and closing of the gate body and a remote control component electrically connected with the hydraulic component.
As another limitation of the invention, at least one top through hole is arranged at the top end of the rubber bag, and a hose with a valve is fixedly connected at the top through hole.
As a further limitation of the invention, the rubber bladder is formed by a plurality of layers of rubber membranes with a circumferential structure and forms an integral sealing structure with the box body.
As a still further limitation of the invention, a reinforcing plate frame is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall between every two adjacent rubber films.
As a further limitation of the invention, both sides of the reinforcement panel frame are provided with loops for attachment of the cords.
As other limitations of the invention, the base comprises a steel shell fixedly connected with the box body, and concrete filler poured in the steel shell; and the bottom end of the base is of a corrugated wedge structure.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention utilizes the rubber bag with the telescopic characteristic and forms the internal and external water pressure difference through the impact of flood to realize automatic water filling, can quickly form a blocking structure at the breach of the dam, and can realize the purpose of temporarily cutting off flood flow during the rescue of the breach of the dam without filling other materials. The invention has fast installation speed and good short-term plugging effect, can greatly reduce the harm of flood to the life safety and property safety of people around, can avoid the influence of flood impact on the dike breach construction work, and reduces the construction difficulty of dike breach plugging.
(2) The base of the concrete filling structure can enable the device to sink into the bottom of a river channel quickly, and a foundation structure capable of resisting flood impact is constructed for the rubber bag. Wherein, the wavy wedge structure in base bottom can inlay in the riverbed silt, can further promote the steadiness of the foundation structure that forms.
(3) According to the invention, the reinforcing plate frame is arranged between every two adjacent rubber membranes of the rubber bag, so that the integral rigidity of the rubber bag can be enhanced, the rubber bag can further resist the impact of flood, and the formed plugging structure is more stable and reliable.
(4) The rubber bag is composed of a rubber film with a flexible structure, and the two sides of the reinforcing plate frame can be connected with ropes through lantern rings. When the shape of the dike breach is irregular, the flexible membrane type rubber bag can still be tightly attached to the shape of the dike breach, so that the leakage point is reduced; in addition, in the process of lifting the rubber bag, workers can connect the rope by means of the lantern ring to adjust the deformation degree of the rubber bag at the bank edge, and further the rubber bag can be attached to a dike breach to be filled with water and lifted.
(5) The invention can remotely control the opening and closing of the gate, and realize the control of the flood filling speed in the rubber bag by controlling the opening degree of the gate, thereby ensuring that the rubber bag can stably rise at a constant speed.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the description of the preferred embodiment is only for purposes of illustration and understanding, and is not intended to limit the invention.
Embodiment lifting type dam breach rapid plugging device
The embodiment is used as a prefabricated structural member, after a breach occurs in a dam dike, the embodiment can be installed at the breach position by means of equipment such as a helicopter, a crane and the like, and a temporary plugging structure is quickly formed at the breach, so that the development of flood disasters is effectively controlled.
The length of the embodiment is larger than the width of the dike breach, and the embodiment provides three prefabricated lengths of 8m, 10m and 20m according to the statistics of data of the dike breach width in the past year. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present embodiment includes a base 1, a box body 2 and a rubber bag 3 which are fixedly connected to a whole from bottom to top, and the box body 2 is communicated with an inner cavity of the rubber bag 3.
The base 1 is used for ensuring that the whole body of the embodiment can be quickly sunk to the bottom of a river channel, and comprises a steel shell and a concrete filler poured into the steel shell. Wherein, in order to make base 1 can stabilize on the riverbed, this embodiment sets up base 1 bottom as the wave wedge structure, specifically as shown in fig. 2, base 1 bottom surface is provided with a plurality of archs that the cross-section is inverted triangle-shaped to every bellied extending length all is located the length direction of base 1.
The box 2 is used for ensuring that flood can smoothly rush into the inner cavity of the rubber bag 3, as shown in figure 1 or figure 2, the box 2 is fixedly connected with the steel shell in the base 1 into a whole, the inside of the box is hollow and is communicated with the inner cavity of the rubber bag 3 above, and the side wall of the box is provided with at least one bottom through hole for filling or discharging flood. Wherein, the bottom through hole can be arranged on the long side wall of the box body 2 and also can be arranged on the short side walls at two sides of the box body 2.
In this embodiment, only one bottom through hole is formed in the box body 2 and located on the long side wall of the box body 2, and a gate for controlling the opening and closing of the bottom through hole is further fixedly arranged at the bottom through hole. More specifically, the gate includes a gate body, a hydraulic assembly, and a remote control assembly. The gate body is arranged on the side wall of the box body 2 in a fixing groove mode and can ascend or descend along the height direction of the box body 2; the hydraulic component is fixedly arranged on the box body 2, the stroke direction is positioned in the height direction of the box body 2, and the power output end is fixedly connected with the gate; the remote control assembly includes a mating receiver and remote control, and the receiver is electrically connected to the hydraulic assembly.
It should be noted that the hydraulic assembly in this embodiment adopts a hydraulic cylinder with an existing structure, and two sides and a middle portion of the gate body are respectively provided with one hydraulic cylinder.
In this embodiment, a top through hole 4 is formed at the top end of the rubber bag 3, and a hose 5 with a valve is fixedly connected to the top through hole 4.
As shown in fig. 4, in the natural state of non-use, the rubber bladder 3 in this embodiment is in a folded and contracted state. When the embodiment is used, firstly, a helicopter or a crane is used for hoisting the embodiment to the dike breach, and the two ends of the embodiment can be ensured to be abutted against the dikes at the two sides of the breach; when the embodiment is ensured to sink to the bottom of the river channel, and the end, with the valve, of the hose 5 at the through hole 4 in the top of the rubber bag 3 is kept and fixed on the bank, the gate is controlled to be opened through the remote control assembly, at the moment, flood can flow into the rubber bag 3 along the gate, and the rubber bag 3 slowly rises along with the filling of the flood, so that the breach of the dam is blocked. When the rubber bag 3 is filled with water until the height difference of flood inside and outside is not large, and the buoyancy force borne by the rubber bag 3 is not enough to support the top of the rubber bag 3 to extend out of the water surface, the hose 5 on the embankment can be communicated with an air source, and the rubber bag 3 is inflated through the hose 5, so that the top of the rubber bag 3 can extend out of the water surface by a certain height, and the breach can be plugged.
When the rubber bag 3 blocks the dike breach, the dike breach construction can be implemented. When the breach construction is finished and the embodiment is recycled, the embodiment is only required to be slowly hoisted by a helicopter or a crane, and water in the rubber bag 3 can be automatically discharged from the through hole at the bottom. After the embodiment is completely lifted out of the water surface, the water in the rubber bag 3 is drained, and the folding and shrinking state is recovered.
When the breach of the dam is irregular, the rubber bag 3 needs to be adjusted to deform and tightly fit with the dam in the lifting process of the rubber bag 3: before sinking the embodiment into the river course bottom, just connect a flexible rope 6 in the both sides of reinforcing sheet frame at every certain height to ensure that the embodiment sinks into the river course bottom after, the free end of flexible rope 6 can reserve on the bank, specifically as shown in fig. 3. Furthermore, during the process of filling water and lifting the rubber bag 3, the worker can adjust the rubber bag 3 to deform and tightly fit the breach of the dam by pulling the flexible ropes 6 on both sides.
