Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile auxiliaries, in particular to a low-foam scouring agent for long-distance vehicles made of cotton woven fabrics and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pre-treatment scouring process is a complex chemical and physical chemical process of textile, alkali and scouring assistant at a certain temperature, and comprises the functions of permeation, cleaning, swelling, emulsification, saponification, dispersion, chelation, decoloration and the like, wherein the permeation and cleaning are important functions, and the first step of the scouring process is that scouring liquid and chemical agents permeate into fibers under the action of a surfactant to swell the fibers and impurities; the second step is cleaning action, i.e. after the fibre is fully wetted, its natural impurities are removed by the actions of heat and chemicals of soaping, emulsifying, extracting and dispersing, etc. The scouring agent helps alkali liquor penetrate into the fiber, promotes saponification of wax, decomposition of cottonseed hull, protein and pectin, and disperses impurities separated from the fiber in the scouring solution to prevent the impurities from re-attaching to the fiber. Therefore, an excellent scouring agent is required to have not only a good ability to reduce the surface tension of a solution and a good speed of penetrating into the inside of fibers, but also a saponification, emulsification, dispersion, etc. of natural impurities on the fibers.
In the printing and dyeing process of the woven fabric, a long-vehicle continuous dipping process is generally adopted, the production efficiency is high, and the wastewater discharge is low. The pretreatment working solution generally comprises the following components; caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, an oxygen bleaching stabilizer and a refining agent. Caustic soda provides alkalinity required for hydrolysis and decomposition of the slurry and natural impurities; the hydrogen peroxide mainly plays a role in bleaching; the oxygen bleaching stabilizer prevents the problems of local white spots, brittle failure, holes and the like of the fabric caused by rapid catalytic decomposition of hydrogen peroxide at high temperature; the refining agent is the most important auxiliary agent in the pretreatment, and in the long-distance vehicle process, the refining agent is generally a compound of various surfactants, and is added with a chelating dispersant and a defoaming agent to mainly provide the functions of permeation, emulsification, solubilization, dispersion and the like.
The surfactant in the refining agent mainly provides permeability and emulsibility, and has certain alkali resistance. The bad cloth passes through a material liquid tank, generally, a soaking and binding process is adopted, after pretreatment working solution is required to quickly wet the surface of the bad cloth and permeate into the bad cloth, the bad cloth with the liquid enters a steam box, under the action of high-temperature steam, all components in the pretreatment working solution begin to play a role, the strong alkaline environment enables slurry and impurities to be hydrolyzed, hydrogen peroxide is slowly decomposed to gradually bleach the cloth, and finally the cloth enters a washing machine, the emulsified components in a refining agent emulsify and remove the hydrolyzed slurry and impurities on the surface of the cloth, and meanwhile, chelating dispersant can also effectively disperse and solubilize the impurities to prevent the impurities from being reversely adhered to the cloth.
The process is characterized in that a surfactant is required to be used in each process of desizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing and post-finishing of dyeing and finishing processing, the surfactant, water and other auxiliary agents are required to be prepared into working solution when the process is used, strong stirring is required in the preparation process for enabling the working solution to be uniform, air is involved into the working solution along with stirring, air is also required to be brought when the fabric enters a working solution rolling groove, and gas is inevitably generated in some processes. In the process, the foam is generated in a large amount, so that an operator cannot see the actual liquid level of the treatment liquid clearly, the scouring agent overflows, the material is dissolved unevenly, a large amount of foam is remained during final discharging, and discharging is not clean. Excessive foam can float the fabric, block a spray head for circulating the working solution, aggravate the accumulation of dirt of the working solution and prevent the dirt from being stained on the surface of fabrics or equipment, and aggravate the foaming of the surfactant and cause more serious foaming after hydrogen peroxide and caustic soda are added into the working solution. In order to ensure the rinsing effect, a large amount of water is needed for cleaning for many times, water resources are wasted in transition, and meanwhile, a large amount of alkaline waste liquid is generated to pollute the environment.
The low-foaming scouring agent is prepared by adding the low-foaming component, so that the comprehensive performance of the scouring agent can be ensured, the processing cost of the scouring agent can be reduced, the use safety under severe working conditions can be ensured, the method is an ideal method for preparing the high-efficiency low-foaming scouring agent at present, and the method is also an idea basis for developing the long-vehicle low-foaming scouring agent product. Therefore, it is a trend and direction to develop a scouring agent that does not add a silicone defoamer while having good low foaming properties.
