For example, the first end to the second end of the first bracket 10 has a length L1The mounting ring 14 is disposed proximate the first end of the first bracket 10, and the mounting ring 14 is spaced from the first end of the first bracket 10 by a distance 1/3L1I.e. the centre of rotation is located between the centre line of the first bracket 10 and the first end of the first bracket 10.
The second bracket 20 has a length L from the first end to the second end2The rotating shaft 23 is disposed near the first end of the second bracket 20, and the distance from the rotating shaft 23 to the second end of the second bracket 20 is 1/3L2I.e., the center of rotation is located between the centerline of the second bracket 20 and the first end of the second bracket 20; and the length of the first stand 10 is equal to the length of the second stand 20, that is, the overall length of the shelf 100 after folding is the overall length of the first stand 10 or the second stand 20.
When the article shelf 100 is folded, two ends of the first support 10 and the second support 20 are flush, that is, a first end of the first support 10 is flush with a second end of the second support 20, and a second end of the first support 10 is flush with a second end of the second support 20; when the article carrier 100 is in the flattened state, the second end of the first support 10 can protrude out of the first end of the second support 20 by 1/3 of the length of the first support 10; the second end of the second support 20 protrudes from the first end of the first support 10 by 1/3 of the second support 20, and the overall length of the article placing shelf 100 after being flattened can be 4/3 the length of the first support 10 or the second support 20 due to the overlapping part of the first support 10 and the second support 20; further, it is known that the length of the shelf 100 in the flat state is longer than the length of the shelf 100 in the folded state.
Referring to fig. 3, the shelf 100 is installed in the inner cylinder 200 in a flattened state, and both ends of the shelf 100 are respectively abutted against the inner wall of the inner cylinder 200. Specifically, the inner cylinder 200 is provided with a plurality of lifting ribs 400, the plurality of lifting ribs 400 can be evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the inner cylinder 200, an installation space of the commodity shelf 100 is formed between two adjacent lifting ribs 400, two ends of the commodity shelf 100 are respectively abutted at the joints of the two lifting ribs 400 and the inner wall of the inner cylinder 200, that is, two ends of the commodity shelf 100 can be respectively abutted at the roots of the lifting ribs 400. In this embodiment, the object placing frame 100 can be positioned by the lifting rib 400 in the inner cylinder 200, so as to prevent the object placing frame 100 from falling off from the inner cylinder 200.
Further, in the present embodiment, an included angle formed between the plane of the article rack 100 and the side of the lifting rib 400 is an acute angle, and an included angle formed between the plane of the article rack 100 and the side of the abutting position of the article rack 100 and the inner cylinder 200 is an acute angle, so as to increase the friction force between the article rack 100 and the inner cylinder 200 and prevent the article rack 100 and the inner cylinder 200 from sliding relatively.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment, a positioning groove may be disposed at the root of the lifting rib 400, the positioning groove is in clearance fit with the second end of the first bracket 10 and the second end of the second bracket 20, and when the article placing rack 100 is in the flat state, the second end of the first bracket 10 and the second end of the second bracket 20 are respectively clamped into the positioning groove. Or, in this embodiment, the root of the lifting rib 400 may be magnetized, and the second ends of the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 may be magnetized, so as to form a magnetic force at the connection position between the article placing frame 100 and the inner cylinder 200, thereby enhancing the connection stability between the article placing frame 100 and the inner cylinder 200.
In another embodiment, the inner wall of the inner cylinder 200 may be provided with at least one set of positioning components, each positioning component includes two positioning blocks oppositely disposed, each positioning block is provided with a positioning groove for fixing the rack 100, the position of the positioning block on the inner cylinder 200 may be set according to actual needs, so as to form an installation space of the rack 100 in the inner cylinder 200, fix the object to be cleaned on the rack 100, and avoid contacting with the inner wall of the inner cylinder 200 or the lifting rib 400.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
