Example 1
According to the fig. 1 to 12, the garbage can of the present embodiment includes: an outer tub 1 and an inner tub 2 fixedly or detachably installed in the outer tub;
the garbage can further comprises a can cover 4, the can cover is rotatably arranged at the rear side of the upper end of the inner can, a cover opening supporting rod 41 is rotatably connected to the can cover at a position close to the rotating shaft, and a supporting rod seat rotatably connected with the cover opening supporting rod is arranged at the inner side of the can cover; and the cover opening supporting rod drives the barrel cover to rotate upwards when moving upwards. Further, the connection position between the inner tub and the tub cover may be provided with a limiting part for limiting the rotation range of the tub cover, for example, limiting the rotation range of the tub cover to 0-120 degrees (0 degrees is the horizontal state when the tub cover is closed).
The garbage can further comprises a pedal 3, the pedal is located at the front side of the outer can and close to the bottom, the pedal is connected with a pedal support 30, the pedal support shown in fig. 2 is of a rectangular frame structure as a whole, and two sides of the pedal support are close to the middle and are connected with the inner can in a rotating mode. Specifically, the both sides of interior bucket bottom are equipped with footboard support 21, the footboard support corresponds the position of footboard support and is connected with the bull stick, the footboard support pass through the bull stick with the footboard support rotates to be connected.
The front side and the rear side are the front side of the side where the pedal is located, and the side where the barrel cover is connected with the inner barrel is the rear side unless otherwise specified.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the end of the pedal bracket away from the pedal is connected with the cover opening support rod. The lower extreme of uncapping the vaulting pole is connected with a banding spacing sliding sleeve 42, spacing sliding sleeve and pedal support keep away from the one end slidable connection of footboard.
As shown in fig. 4, when the pedal moves downwards to the limit position, the barrel cover rotates upwards by more than 90 degrees, and no interaction force exists between the pedal bracket and the limit sliding sleeve in the vertical direction after the pedal is reset. Under this kind of state, the bung rotates more than 90 degrees, and bung self gravity makes the bung unable automatic re-setting, and pedal support after the back that resets does not produce pressure to spacing sliding sleeve in addition, also can not make the bung reset, and the bung under this kind of state that just can the bung manual flip resets that just has made things convenient for the action of opening the bag clamp, avoids the bung to open the bag clamp and produces the interference.
The cover opening support rod is provided with a clamping head 43, a limiting stop block 44 is arranged on the moving path of the inner barrel outer wall or the outer barrel inner wall corresponding to the clamping head, when the barrel cover rotates by less than 90 degrees, the clamping head is positioned below the limiting stop block, and when the clamping head passes over the limiting stop block, the barrel cover rotates by more than 90 degrees.
That is, the chuck is matched with the limit stop block, when the pedal is stepped on, the chuck does not continuously step down when the pedal is stepped on, namely, when the chuck is in a state of propping against the lower end of the limit stop block, the barrel cover rotates by less than 90 degrees, so that the automatic resetting of the barrel cover after garbage is conveniently lost, when the garbage bag needs to be replaced, the barrel cover rotates by more than 90 degrees to avoid the automatic resetting, when the pedal is stepped on, the resistance is felt, the chuck is continuously stepped down, and the cover opening support rod deforms to enable the chuck to exceed the limit stop block, namely, the barrel cover rotates by more than 90 degrees. In addition, the cooperation of the clamping head and the limiting stop block ensures that vibration in the action process of the bag opening clamp does not cause accidental resetting of the barrel cover to interfere normal work of the bag opening clamp.
As shown in fig. 3, when the pedal moves downwards and the barrel cover rotates upwards by less than 90 degrees, the barrel cover can reset under the action of self gravity and the gravity of the cover opening stay bar. That is, when throwing garbage into the garbage can, the pedal is not stepped on to the bottom, so that the barrel cover rotates by not more than 90 degrees, and the pedal barrel cover can be automatically reset after throwing garbage.
The garbage can also comprises a bag opening clamp 5, and the bag opening clamp is arranged at the upper part of the inner can; the bag opening clamp comprises two clamp bodies which are rotationally connected; each clamp body is connected with an adhesive tape 52 which can be used for sticking the garbage bag, so that when the two clamp bodies are closed and clamp the garbage bag and then open, the bag mouth of the garbage bag can be opened.
The connecting rod assembly for driving the bag opening clamp to be closed or opened is arranged on the outer side of the inner barrel, and a driving tension spring 56 is connected between the connecting rod assembly and the pedal bracket.
Each clamp body is U-shaped, and each two clamp bodies comprise a first clamp body with two ends respectively connected with the inner barrel in a rotating way and a second clamp body connected with the connecting rod assembly. The connection position of the two ends of the first clamp body and the inner barrel is close to the front side of the inner barrel.
Each clamp body comprises two parallel connecting rod parts and clamping rod parts positioned between one ends of the two connecting rod parts, adhesive tape seats are respectively arranged at positions, close to two ends, of each clamping rod part, and adhesive tapes 52 with two adhesive surfaces are respectively adhered to each adhesive tape seat. The position of the rotary connection between the two clamp bodies is positioned at the middle part or near the middle part of the length direction of the connecting rod part.
The upper end of the inner barrel is provided with a clip accommodating groove 24, and the upper end of the outer barrel is sleeved on the outer wall of the clip accommodating groove. The two sides of the bottom of the clip accommodating groove are symmetrically provided with clip perforations 25 for the bag opening clip to pass through. At least the clamping rod part of the clamp body in the initial state is positioned in the space range of the clamp accommodating groove.
Further, after the bag opening clamp drives the bag opening of the garbage bag to open through the adhesive tape, the bag opening part of the garbage bag is approximately positioned on the bottom of the clamp accommodating groove. In order to fix the mouth of the garbage bag, the rear side of the upper end of the inner barrel is also rotationally connected with a gland 40, and the front end of the gland 40 is connected with a clamping piece which is clamped with the front side wall of the clamp containing groove, so that when the gland is covered, the mouth part of the garbage bag is clamped between the gland and the bottom of the clamp containing groove. Before changing the disposal bag, then need to open the gland manually after the bung is opened, make the gland rotate more than 90 degrees too and lean against the inner wall surface of the bung.
The connecting rod assembly comprises a driving rod 55 which is integrally U-shaped and two symmetrically arranged connecting rods 53, and the driving rod and the connecting rods are respectively connected with the outer wall of the inner barrel in a rotating way.
The upper ends of the two connecting rods are respectively connected with the two ends of the second clamp body in a rotating way, and the other ends of the two connecting rods are respectively connected with the two ends of the driving rod in a relative rotating and sliding way. Specifically, a bar-shaped chute is arranged at a corresponding position on the connecting rod, and a sliding column is arranged at a corresponding position of the driving rod and is in sliding connection with the bar-shaped chute, so that the sliding column and the driving rod can simultaneously rotate relatively.
The driving rod and the connecting rod are respectively provided with a plurality of structural forms, the connecting rod shown in figure 2 is L-shaped, and the connecting rod and the driving rod are both in the structural forms of laborious levers because the pedal movement range is smaller and the movement range of the bag opening clamp is larger.
Further, the driving tension spring 56 is installed between the driving lever and the pedal bracket. In addition, a reset tension spring 54 needs to be connected between the driving rod and the inner barrel, or between the connecting rod and the inner barrel, or between the clamp body and the inner barrel, so that the driving tension spring drives the bag opening clamp to be closed and then can reset under the driving of the reset tension spring. In addition, the elastic force of the reset tension spring is obviously smaller than that of the driving tension spring, namely, the elastic force of the driving tension spring is larger than the sum of the tensile force of the reset tension spring and the tensile force required by driving the bag opening clamp. Of course, a counterweight can be arranged at one end of the driving rod or the connecting rod far away from the pedal to drive the bag opening clamp to reset.
The outer side of the inner barrel is provided with a locking piece 7 for blocking the driving tension spring to drive the connecting rod assembly to move; a bag box 6 is detachably arranged in a space between the front outer wall of the inner barrel and the front inner wall of the outer barrel, the bag box comprises a box body and a plurality of garbage bags 60 which are arranged in the box body and are sequentially connected through point broken lines, and unlocking parts for driving locking pieces to unlock are arranged on each garbage bag, so that two clamps can be changed from an open state to a clamped state.
The middle of the driving rod is provided with a locking rod 551, the locking piece is provided with a lock catch 72 which is matched and clamped with the locking rod, and when the lock catch is disconnected with the locking rod, the driving tension spring can drive the driving rod to rotate, and the driving rod can drive the bag opening clamp to be changed into a clamping state from an opening state through the connecting rod.
Specifically, the lower part of the outer wall of the front side of the inner barrel is provided with a lock catch bracket 22, the locking piece is rotatably arranged on the lock catch bracket, and the lock catch is positioned at the lower part of the locking piece. The torsion spring 70 is installed between the locking piece and the locking bracket, so that the locking of the locking piece is in a stable locking state with the locking rod in an initial state, and the locking piece can automatically recover to the initial state under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring after the unlocking action of the locking piece is generated. In addition, the rear side wall surface of the lock catch is an inclined reset sliding inclined surface 721, after the locking piece is unlocked, the locking rod 551 is in contact with the reset sliding inclined surface, and when the driving rod is reset, the locking rod slides upwards along the reset sliding inclined surface, so that the lock catch and the locking rod are restored to a locking state.
The bag box is located above the lock catch support, a box loading opening for loading the bag box is formed in the bottom of the front side of the clamp accommodating groove, and the bag box is connected with the inner barrel through a buckle.
The bottom of the box body is provided with a locking piece extending opening 616 for extending the upper end of the locking piece, two guide rods are arranged at two sides of the locking piece extending opening at the bottom of the box body, each guide rod comprises a first guide rod 611 close to the outer barrel and a second guide rod 612 close to the inner barrel, and the lower end of the first guide rod is lower than the upper end of the locking piece; the garbage bag passes through the lower ends of the two guide rods, so that when the garbage bag is dragged, the upper end of the locking piece is in sliding contact with the part of the garbage bag between the two guide rods.
Further, the upper end of the locking member is provided with a driven protrusion 71, a first welding line 603a is arranged at a position close to the bottom of the garbage bag along the width direction, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the garbage bag below the first welding line along the width direction, each through hole forms a first point broken line 604a, and at least one through hole is simultaneously used as the unlocking part. The distance between the through holes is correspondingly adjusted according to the material characteristics of the garbage bag, so that the distance is ensured to be as small as possible, and the through holes are convenient for tearing of the first broken line on the basis of driving the driven protrusion to move. In fig. 16, in order to facilitate tearing of the first broken line, the through holes are designed in a diamond structure such that two opposite vertices of each through hole are located on the same straight line.
Specifically, when the disposal bag drags, the disposal bag surface slides with the driven bulge of locking piece relatively, because the disposal bag is smooth plastic film material generally, and the frictional force between the driven bulge is less, and the frictional force is less than the elasticity of torsional spring 70 to the disposal bag can not drive the locking piece rotation when sliding with driven bulge relatively. When the garbage bag is dragged, the through hole on the first broken line reaches the position of the driven protrusion, the driven protrusion can be clamped into the through hole, and then the garbage bag is continuously dragged, and the through hole can drive the driven protrusion to move together, so that the locking piece rotates, and the locking piece is separated from the locking rod to be unlocked. In the process from unlocking the locking piece to changing the opening clamp from the open state to the closed state so as to clamp the opening part of the garbage bag, the garbage bag can be continuously dragged for a small distance, and in the process, the driven protrusion gradually inclines along with the rotation of the locking piece, so that the driven protrusion is separated from the through hole on the first point broken line 604 a. That is, the first score lines 604a have passed over the rotational range of the latch before the bag clip was closed, such that each first score line 604a only triggers the latch to unlock once.
Furthermore, in order to enable the bag opening clamp to drive the bag opening of the garbage bag to be in an open state through the adhesive tape, the garbage bag needs to be matched with the bag opening clamp. Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, each garbage bag has two lateral surfaces 601 capable of being respectively bonded with adhesive tapes on two clamps in a matching way, and two longitudinal parts 602 connected between the two lateral surfaces; the longitudinal part is provided with a V-shaped folding part, and the width of the V-shaped folding part after being unfolded is slightly larger than the width of the inner barrel in the front-rear direction.
When the width of the inner tub in the front-rear direction is large, the garbage bag may also be folded in the manner shown in fig. 14, that is, with the V-shaped folded portions of both sides being staggered. Of course, the number of V-shaped folds may be increased as shown in fig. 15.
As shown in fig. 8 to 12, the case includes an outer case 61 having one side opened, and an inner case 62 having an upper end opened, in which a plurality of garbage bags connected by a spot break line are installed and stacked in a height direction of the inner case.
An inner box positioning rib 615 is formed at the lower part of the inner wall of the outer box, and the lower end of the inner box is positioned at the upper end of the inner box positioning rib.
A bag channel 63 for the garbage bag to pass through from top to bottom is formed between the outer wall of the side, close to the first guide rod, of the inner box and the inner wall of the outer box at the adjacent position. Specifically, two sides of the outer wall of the inner box, which is close to one side of the first guide rod, are formed with inner extension walls 621, and the inner extension walls are abutted against the inner wall of the outer box, so as to form the bag channel 63. A third guide bar 617 is arranged at the top of one side of the inner box, which is close to the bag channel, and the garbage bag in the inner box passes through the upper end of the third guide bar and then downwards enters the bag channel 63. A bag outlet 64 for the garbage bag to pass through is formed between one side of the side opening of the outer box and the lower end of the inner box. The front side wall of the inner barrel is provided with bag perforations 23 at positions corresponding to the bag outlet openings, and the bag perforations are used for enabling garbage bags to penetrate into the inner barrel from outside to inside.
The two sides of the upper end of the outer box are respectively provided with a buckle 614 which is matched and clamped with the lower end of the box loading opening, and the top of the outer box is provided with a handle hole 613. When the bag box is taken out from the inner barrel, the buckles are separated from the lower end of the box loading opening by opposite snapping, and the bag box is pulled out upwards through the handle holes.
In addition, when the garbage bag in the bag box is used up, the locking piece can not be driven to unlock through the garbage bag, and then the bag opening clamp can block the bag box from being taken out of the inner barrel. Or the bag box is designed to be installed from the front side of the outer tub, the problem can be completely avoided.
The using method of the garbage can comprises the following steps:
a) When garbage is thrown into the garbage can, the pedal is stepped down, so that the can cover rotates upwards, and the pedal stepping amplitude enables the can cover to rotate upwards by less than 90 degrees;
after the garbage falls into the garbage can, the pedal is released, and the can cover resets under the action of self gravity and the gravity of a cover opening supporting rod connected with the self gravity;
b) When the garbage bag is replaced,
b1 The pedal is stepped down to the limit position, so that the barrel cover rotates upwards by more than 90 degrees;
b2 The pedal is kept in a state of stepping to a limit position, the mouth of the current garbage bag is separated from the adhesive tape, then the current garbage bag is pulled upwards, and the unlocking part which is close to the bottom position of the next garbage bag drives the locking piece to unlock, so that the bag opening clamp is closed and clamps the mouth position of the next garbage bag, and then the point between the current garbage bag and the next garbage bag is torn off;
b3 Releasing the pedal, resetting the bag opening clamp, and simultaneously driving the bag opening of the next garbage bag to open by the adhesive tape on the bag opening clamp;
b4 Manual cover of the barrel cover.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the structure of the garbage bag is modified. Specifically, as shown in fig. 17, a first welding line 603a is arranged at a position close to the bottom of the garbage bag along the width direction, and a second point breaking line 604b is positioned below the first welding line; a plurality of unlocking holes 605 are arranged on the garbage bag along the width direction within the range of the first welding line, and at least one unlocking hole is used as the unlocking part.
As shown in fig. 18, a first welding line 603a is arranged at the position close to the bottom of the garbage bag along the width direction, and a second point breaking line 604b is positioned below the first welding line; the handle hole 606 is formed in the position, close to the bag opening, of the garbage bag, and the handle hole is simultaneously used as the unlocking part.
The handle hole shown in fig. 18 is in a strip shape as a whole, and is easy to deform the garbage bag when the driven protrusion is driven to move. Further, as shown in fig. 19, the handle holes are designed to be smaller and two side by side, and the size of each handle hole is determined by the passing of fingers of a common person.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, a second welding line 603b is provided near the bottom of the garbage bag in the width direction, the second welding line forms a convex unlocking part on one surface of the garbage bag, and a second breaking line 604b is located below the second welding line. The locking piece is provided with a driven step part 71b which is matched and clamped with the unlocking part, so that the unlocking part on the garbage bag can drive the locking piece to unlock when the garbage bag is dragged.
Example 3
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the structure of the bag box and the garbage bag is modified: specifically, as shown in fig. 22, the bag box of the present embodiment is loaded into the trash can from the front side of the outer can, and the manner of loading from the front side of the outer can avoids the possible obstruction of the bag opening clip, as compared to the manner of loading from above the inner can.
Further, as shown in fig. 23 and 24, the case body includes an outer case 61 having one side opened, and an inner case 62 having an upper end opened, in which a plurality of trash bags connected by a point-broken line are installed and stacked in the height direction of the inner case.
A bag passage 63 for passing garbage bags from top to bottom is formed between the outer wall of the inner box at one side close to the outer barrel and the inner wall of the outer box at the adjacent position. Specifically, the two sides of the outer wall of the inner box, which is close to one side of the outer barrel, are formed with inner extension walls 621, and the inner extension walls are abutted against the inner wall of the outer box, so as to form the bag channel 63.
The inner bottom of the outer box 61 of the box body is provided with an unlocking deflector 68 which can drive the locking piece 7 to unlock in the rotating process. The side wall of the unlocking deflector rod is provided with a poking piece 681 corresponding to the locking position on the locking piece, and the poking piece pokes the locking piece once when the unlocking deflector rod rotates for one circle, so that the locking piece is unlocked.
The lower part in the outer box of the box body is also rotatably provided with a rubber roller 66, and one outer wall surface of the garbage bag is in transmission connection with the outer wall of the rubber roller through friction force; the rubber roller is in transmission connection with the unlocking deflector rod through a reduction gear set 67, and when the distance of the movement of the garbage bag is just the length of one garbage bag by the reduction gear set, the unlocking deflector rod just rotates for one circle. The outer wall surface of the garbage bag, which is contacted with the rubber roller, forms the unlocking part.
Further, the rubber sleeve with viscosity is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the rubber roller, so that the garbage bag and the rubber roller move at the same linear speed. In order to prevent the relative sliding between the garbage bag and the rubber roller, the contact surface between the garbage bag and the rubber roller should be large enough. The lower part in the outer box is higher than the position of the lower end part of the rubber roller and is also provided with a first guide roller 661, and the lower part in the outer box is also provided with a second guide roller 662 corresponding to the position of the bag outlet 64. The garbage bag led downwards from the bag channel bypasses the lower end of the rubber roller, then bypasses the upper end of the first guide roller, bypasses the lower end of the second guide roller, and finally passes out from the bag outlet. The first guide roller enables the garbage bag to have a larger contact surface with the rubber roller in the circumferential direction, and meanwhile enables the garbage bag to keep a sufficient distance from the unlocking deflector rod, so that the deflector sheet is prevented from blocking dragging of the garbage bag.
The reduction gear set 67 comprises a first gear coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the rubber roller, a fourth gear coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the unlocking deflector rod, and a second gear and a third gear rotatably arranged on the outer side wall of the outer box, wherein the second gear is coaxially and fixedly connected with the third gear, and the number of teeth of the second gear is larger than that of the third gear; the first gear is in meshed transmission connection with the second gear, and the third gear is in meshed transmission connection with the fourth gear.
The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is mainly that the locking piece is pushed to unlock through the cooperation of the rubber roller and the unlocking deflector rod, and the rubber roller and the garbage bag are driven through friction force, so that the mode of directly using holes or protrusions on the garbage bag to directly drive the locking piece to unlock in the embodiment 1 is replaced. The requirement on the quality (mainly toughness and thickness) of the garbage bag is low in the embodiment, the requirement on the garbage bag is relatively high in the embodiment 1, a manufacturer or a user can select the bag box according to actual requirements, other parts of the garbage can be completely suitable, the internal structure of the garbage can does not need to be adjusted, and the suitability is strong.
In addition, because the rubber roller is arranged in the bag box instead of the garbage can, when the bag box is replaced, an ordinary user only needs to pass the end part of the garbage bag through the bag perforation on the inner can and then put the bag box on the garbage can, and the garbage bag does not need to bypass other parts, so that the operation is convenient.
On the other hand, due to the installation mode of the rubber roller, even if a small error exists in the process of dragging the garbage bag, the error can be eliminated when the bag box is replaced, and the situation that the garbage can cannot be used normally due to excessive accumulation of the error is avoided.
While the invention has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the invention is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
