The two sides of the bottom of the clip containing groove are symmetrically provided with clip through holes 25 for the bag opening clip to pass through. At least the clamping rod part of the clamp body in the initial state is positioned in the space range of the clamp containing groove.
Furthermore, when the bag opening clamp drives the bag opening of the garbage bag to open through the adhesive tape, the bag opening part of the garbage bag is approximately positioned on the bottom of the clamp containing groove. In order to fix the bag opening of the garbage bag, the rear side of the upper end of the inner barrel is also rotatably connected with a gland 40, and the front end of the gland 40 is connected with a fastener clamped with the side wall of the front part of the clip containing groove, so that the bag opening part of the garbage bag is clamped between the gland and the bottom of the clip containing groove when the gland is covered. Before the garbage bag is replaced, the gland needs to be manually turned over after the barrel cover is opened, so that the gland also rotates by more than 90 degrees and abuts against the inner wall surface of the barrel cover.
The connecting rod assembly comprises a driving rod 55 which is integrally U-shaped and two connecting rods 53 which are symmetrically arranged, and the driving rod and the connecting rods are respectively connected with the outer wall of the inner barrel in a rotating way.
The upper ends of the two connecting rods are respectively connected with the two ends of the second clamp body in a rotating mode, and the other ends of the two connecting rods are respectively connected with the two ends of the driving rod in a relatively rotating mode and in a slidable mode. Specifically, a bar-shaped sliding groove is formed in the corresponding position of the connecting rod, a sliding column is arranged in the corresponding position of the driving rod and is connected with the bar-shaped sliding groove in a sliding mode, and the sliding column is cylindrical so that the sliding column and the bar-shaped sliding groove can rotate relatively at the same time.
The driving rod and the connecting rod are respectively provided with a plurality of structural forms, the connecting rod shown in figure 2 is L-shaped, and the connecting rod and the driving rod are both in a labor-consuming lever structural form because the motion amplitude of the pedal is small and the action amplitude of the bag opening clamp is large.
Further, the drive tension spring 56 is installed between the drive lever and the pedal bracket. In addition, a reset tension spring 54 is required to be connected between the driving rod and the inner barrel, or between the connecting rod and the inner barrel, or between the clamp body and the inner barrel, so that the bag opening clamp can be reset under the driving of the reset tension spring after the bag opening clamp is driven to be closed by the drive tension spring. In addition, the elasticity of the reset tension spring is obviously smaller than that of the drive tension spring, namely the elasticity of the drive tension spring is larger than the sum of the tension of the reset tension spring and the tension required by driving the bag opening clamp. Of course, a counterweight can be arranged at one end of the driving rod or the connecting rod far away from the pedal to drive the bag opening clamp to reset.
A locking piece 7 for blocking the driving tension spring from driving the connecting rod assembly to move is arranged on the outer side of the inner barrel; the bag box 6 is detachably mounted in a space between the outer wall of the front side of the inner barrel and the inner wall of the front side of the outer barrel, the bag box comprises a box body and a plurality of garbage bags 60 which are sequentially connected through a dotted line and a broken line and are mounted in the box body, and each garbage bag is provided with an unlocking part for driving a locking part to be unlocked, so that the two clamps can be changed from an open state to a clamping state.
The middle of the driving rod is provided with a locking rod 551, the locking piece is provided with a lock catch 72 which is matched and clamped with the locking rod, when the lock catch is disengaged from the locking rod, the driving tension spring can drive the driving rod to rotate, and the driving rod can drive the bag opening clamp to be changed from an opening state to a clamping state through the connecting rod.
Specifically, a lock catch support 22 is arranged on the lower portion of the outer wall of the front side of the inner barrel, the lock catch is rotatably mounted on the lock catch support, and the lock catch is located on the lower portion of the lock catch. Install torsional spring 70 between locking piece and the hasp support for the hasp of locking piece is in stable locking state with the locking lever under initial condition, and makes after the locking piece produces the unblock action, and the locking piece can be at the automatic recovery initial condition under torsional spring elasticity. In addition, the rear side wall surface of the latch is an inclined reset sliding inclined surface 721, after the locking member is unlocked, the locking rod 551 contacts with the reset sliding inclined surface, and when the driving rod is reset, the locking rod slides upwards along the reset sliding inclined surface, so that the latch and the locking rod are restored to the locking state.
The bag box is positioned above the lock catch support, a box loading opening for loading the bag box is formed in the bottom of the front side of the clamp containing groove, and the bag box is connected with the inner barrel through a buckle.
The bottom of the box body is provided with a locking part extending port 616 for the upper end of the locking part to extend into, two guide rods are arranged at the bottom of the box body and positioned at two sides of the locking part extending port, the two guide rods comprise a first guide rod 611 close to the outer barrel and a second guide rod 612 close to the inner barrel, and the lower end of the first guide rod is lower than the upper end of the locking part; the garbage bag penetrates through the lower ends of the two guide rods, so that when the garbage bag is dragged, the upper end of the locking piece is in sliding contact with the part, located between the two guide rods, of the garbage bag.
Furthermore, a driven bulge 71 is arranged at the upper end of the locking part, a first welding line 603a is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the garbage bag along the width direction, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the garbage bag below the first welding line along the width direction, a first broken line 604a is formed by each through hole, and at least one through hole is simultaneously used as the unlocking part. The distance between each through hole should be adjusted according to the material characteristic of disposal bag is corresponding, ensures that the distance is littleer as far as possible for the through hole is convenient for tear of first broken string on can driving the basis that driven arch removed. In fig. 16, in order to facilitate the tearing of the first broken line, the through holes are designed to be diamond-shaped, so that two opposite peaks of each through hole are positioned on the same straight line.
Specifically, when the disposal bag drags, the disposal bag surface and the driven protruding relative slip of locking piece, because the disposal bag generally is glossy plastic film material, and the frictional force between the driven arch is less, and frictional force is less than the elasticity of 70 of torsional spring to can not drive the locking piece rotation when the relative driven protruding slip of disposal bag. When dragging along with the disposal bag, the through-hole on the first broken string reachs driven protruding position, and in the through-hole can be gone into to driven arch, the continuation of following the disposal bag dragged, the through-hole can drive driven protruding removal in the lump to make the locking piece produce the rotation, thereby make locking piece and locking lever break away from and the unblock. In the process from unlocking of the locking piece to changing of the bag opening clamp from the open state to the closed state to clamp the opening part of the garbage bag, the garbage bag can be continuously dragged for a short distance, and in the process, the driven protrusion gradually inclines along with the rotation of the locking piece, so that the driven protrusion is separated from the through hole in the first dotted line 604 a. That is, the first severance line 604a has crossed the latch's range of rotation before the bag opener is closed, such that each first severance line 604a triggers only one latch unlock.
Furthermore, in order to open the bag clamp, the bag opening of the garbage bag can be driven to an open state through the adhesive tape, and the garbage bag needs to be adapted to the bag opening clamp. Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, each of the garbage bags has two transverse surfaces 601 which can be respectively matched and bonded with the adhesive tapes on the two clamping bodies, and two longitudinal portions 602 connected between the two transverse surfaces; the longitudinal part is provided with a V-shaped folding part, and the width of the V-shaped folding part after being unfolded is slightly larger than the width of the inner barrel in the front-back direction.
When the width of the inner barrel in the front-back direction is larger, the garbage bag can also be folded in a mode shown in fig. 14, namely, the V-shaped folding parts at the two sides are staggered. Of course, the number of V-folds may be increased as shown in fig. 15.
Referring to fig. 8 to 12, the case body includes an outer case 61 having an open side, and an inner case 62 having an open upper end, in which a plurality of garbage bags connected by a dotted line are mounted and stacked in a height direction of the inner case.
An inner box positioning rib 615 is formed at the lower part of the inner wall of the outer box, and the lower end of the inner box is positioned at the upper end of the inner box positioning rib.
A bag channel 63 for the garbage bag to pass through from top to bottom is formed between the outer wall of one side of the inner box close to the first guide rod and the inner wall of the outer box at the adjacent position. Specifically, the inner extending wall 621 is formed on two sides of the outer wall of the inner box near the first guide rod, and the inner extending wall abuts against the inner wall of the outer box, so as to form the bag channel 63. The top of the inner box near one side of the bag channel is provided with a third guide rod 617, and the garbage bag in the inner box enters the bag channel 63 downwards after passing through the upper end of the third guide rod. A bag outlet 64 for the garbage bag to pass through is formed between one side of the side opening of the outer box and the lower end of the inner box. Bag through holes 23 are formed in the front side wall surface of the inner barrel corresponding to the bag outlet and used for garbage bags to penetrate into the inner barrel from outside to inside.
Outer box upper end both sides are equipped with respectively with buckle 614 of box loading mouth lower extreme cooperation joint, outer box top is equipped with handle hole 613. When the bag box is taken out from the inner barrel, the buckles are oppositely pulled to separate the buckles from the lower end of the box loading port, and the bag box is upwards pulled out through the lifting handle holes.
In addition, when the garbage bag in the bag sub-box is used up, the locking piece cannot be driven to be unlocked through the garbage bag, the bag opening clamp can prevent the bag sub-box from being taken out of the inner barrel, and in order to solve the problem, a button used for pushing the locking piece to be unlocked can be installed on the front side of the outer barrel in a sliding mode corresponding to the position of the locking piece, so that the bag sub-box can be replaced. Or the bag box is designed to be loaded from the front side of the outer tub, the problem can be completely avoided.
The use method of the garbage can comprises the following steps:
A) when the garbage is thrown into the garbage can, the pedal is stepped down to enable the can cover to rotate upwards, and the stepping amplitude of the pedal enables the upward rotation of the can cover to be less than 90 degrees;
after the garbage falls into the garbage can, the pedal is loosened, and the can cover is reset under the action of the gravity of the can cover and the gravity of the cover opening support rod connected with the can cover;

The handle aperture shown in fig. 18 is generally strip-shaped and tends to deform the bag as the driven protrusions are driven to move. Further, as shown in fig. 19, the handle holes are designed to be smaller and two side by side, and the size of each handle hole is based on the finger of the ordinary person to pass through.
As shown in fig. 20 and 21, a second welding line 603b is provided in the width direction near the bottom of the disposal bag, and the second welding line forms a raised unlocking portion on one side of the disposal bag, and a second dot-and-dash line 604b is located below the second welding line. Be equipped with on the locking piece with the driven step portion 71b of unblock portion cooperation joint for when the disposal bag was dragged, the unblock portion on the disposal bag can drive the unblock of locking piece.
Example 3
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the structure of the bag box and the garbage bag is modified: specifically, as shown in fig. 22, the bag box of the present embodiment is loaded into the trash can from the front side of the outer barrel, compared with the way of loading from the top of the inner barrel, the way of loading from the front side of the outer barrel avoids the obstruction that may be generated by the bag opening clamp.
Further, as shown in fig. 23 and 24, the container body includes an outer container 61 opened at a side surface thereof and an inner container 62 opened at an upper end thereof, and a plurality of garbage bags connected by a dotted line are mounted in the inner container and stacked in a height direction of the inner container.
A bag channel 63 for the garbage bag to pass through from top to bottom is formed between the outer wall of the inner box close to one side of the outer barrel and the inner wall of the outer box at the adjacent position. Specifically, the inner extending wall 621 is formed on two sides of the outer wall of the inner box near one side of the outer barrel, and the inner extending wall abuts against the inner wall of the outer box, so as to form the bag channel 63.
An unlocking shift lever 68 which can drive the locking piece 7 to unlock in the rotating process is rotatably arranged at the position, located at the locking piece extending opening, of the inner bottom of the outer box 61 of the box body. The side wall of the unlocking driving lever is provided with a shifting piece 681 corresponding to the position of the lock catch on the locking piece, and when the unlocking driving lever rotates for one circle, the shifting piece shifts the lock catch once to unlock the locking piece.
A rubber roller 66 is rotatably arranged at the inner lower part of the outer box of the box body, and one outer wall surface of the garbage bag is in transmission connection with the outer wall of the rubber roller through friction force; the rubber roll is in transmission connection with the unlocking deflector rod through a reduction gear set 67, and when the distance for moving the garbage bags is just the length of one garbage bag, the unlocking deflector rod just rotates for a circle. The outer wall surface of the garbage bag in contact with the rubber roller forms the unlocking part.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the rubber roller is fixedly sleeved with a sticky rubber sleeve, so that the garbage bag and the rubber roller can move at the same linear velocity. In order to prevent the garbage bag and the rubber roller from sliding relatively, a contact surface between the garbage bag and the rubber roller is large enough. First deflector roll 661 is still installed to the position that the lower part is higher than rubber roll lower tip in outer box, second deflector roll 662 is still installed to the position that the lower part corresponds out sack 64 in outer box. The garbage bag led out downwards from the bag channel bypasses the lower end of the rubber roller, then bypasses the upper end of the first guide roller, bypasses the lower end of the second guide roller and finally penetrates out of the bag outlet. The first guide roller enables the garbage bag and the rubber roller to have a larger contact surface in the circumferential direction, and meanwhile, the garbage bag and the unlocking deflector rod keep a sufficient distance, so that the pulling piece is prevented from obstructing the dragging of the garbage bag.
The speed reduction gear set 67 comprises a first gear coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the rubber roll, a fourth gear coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the unlocking deflector rod, and a second gear and a third gear which are rotatably arranged on the outer side wall of the outer box, wherein the second gear is coaxially and fixedly connected with the third gear, and the number of teeth of the second gear is greater than that of the third gear; the first gear is in meshed transmission connection with the second gear, and the third gear is in meshed transmission connection with the fourth gear.
The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is mainly that the locking piece is pushed to be unlocked through the matching of the rubber roller and the unlocking deflector rod, and the rubber roller and the garbage bag are transmitted through friction force, so that the mode that the locking piece is directly driven to be unlocked by directly using the hole or the protrusion on the garbage bag in the embodiment 1 is replaced. The quality (mainly toughness, thickness) requirement to the disposal bag of this embodiment is lower, and embodiment 1 then is higher relatively to the requirement of disposal bag, and manufacturer or user can select the sack box according to actual demand, and other parts of garbage bin can be suitable for completely, need not adjust the inner structure of garbage bin, and the suitability is strong.
In addition, because the rubber roller is arranged in the bag sub-box instead of the garbage can in the embodiment, when the bag sub-box is replaced, an ordinary user only needs to penetrate the end part of the garbage bag through the bag perforation on the inner barrel and then install the bag box on the garbage can, the garbage bag does not need to be bypassed around other parts, and the operation is convenient.
On the other hand, because the mounting means of rubber roll for even a little error in the process of dragging the disposal bag, this kind of error also can be eliminated when changing the bag subbox, can not have the excessive accumulation of error and cause the unable normal use condition of garbage bin.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
