Abstract
The invention discloses an automobile bumper device with an expansion function, which comprises a bumper (1) and two bumper expansion assemblies (2), wherein the two bumper expansion assemblies are respectively arranged at two ends of the bumper; the bumper extension assembly is provided with a trigger part, the trigger part is positioned in front of the bumper, and when the trigger part is displaced towards the bumper under the action of external force, the bumper extension assembly can be extended towards the extension direction of the end part of the bumper; an expansion locking mechanism is further arranged between the bumper expansion assembly and the bumper and can lock and integrate the bumper expansion assembly and the bumper when the bumper expansion assembly expands to the extending direction of the bumper. The bumper device can be expanded when in collision, so that the impact force is greatly dispersed, the damage of collision impact to the integral structure of the vehicle is reduced, and the personal safety of drivers and passengers in the carriage is fully protected.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an automobile bumper, and more particularly, to an automobile bumper device having an extended function.
Background
The bumpers are arranged at the front and the rear of the existing automobile, so that the whole anti-collision deformation capacity of the automobile can be ensured when the automobile collides, and the personal safety of drivers and passengers in the automobile is well protected.
The configuration of the vehicle bumper is influenced by various requirements such as beautiful appearance, light weight and pedestrian protection, and the protection range or the protection area of the bumper is not large. Further, the bumper extension assembly comprises a trigger baffle, an extension stop block, a spring lock pin and a rotating shaft; one end of the trigger baffle is a rotating shaft end, and the other end of the trigger baffle is a trigger end; the extension stop block is provided with a rotating shaft end, the rotating shaft end of the trigger baffle is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft end of the extension stop block, and the rotating shaft end of the trigger baffle and the rotating shaft end of the extension stop block are rotationally connected with the bumper through the rotating shaft; the trigger part of the bumper extension component is the trigger baffle, the trigger end of the trigger baffle is positioned in front of the bumper, and the extension stop block is positioned behind the bumper; when the triggering end of the triggering baffle is displaced towards the bumper under the action of external force, the triggering baffle can drive the expansion stop block to rotate around the rotating shaft and expand towards the extending direction of the end part of the bumper; the spring lock pin is arranged at the end part of the bumper, a lock pin hole corresponding to the spring lock pin is formed in the expansion stop block, and the spring lock pin and the lock pin hole in the expansion stop block jointly form the expansion locking mechanism; when the expansion stop block is positioned at the rear of the bumper, the spring lock pin is staggered with the lock pin hole on the expansion stop block, and when the expansion stop block rotates to the extending direction of the end part of the bumper around the rotating shaft, the spring lock pin can be aligned with the lock pin hole on the expansion stop block and can be locked.
Further, the expansion stoppers are extended by a length in vertical directions upwardly and downwardly, respectively.
Compared with the prior art, the bumper device has the advantages that: the bumper device is provided with the bumper extension assembly, the bumper extension assembly is arranged at two ends of the bumper, when the vehicle is in a normal condition, the bumper extension assembly is in a contraction standby state, when the head of the vehicle collides with the front vehicle, the bumper extension assembly can be immediately expanded and is locked and connected with the bumper into a whole so as to jointly resist the collision of the opposite vehicle, the contact area between the expanded bumper device and the head of the opposite vehicle is greatly increased, so that the impact force is greatly dispersed, the energy absorption structure at the head can fully play a role of absorbing the impact energy, further the damage of the impact on the whole structure of the vehicle is furthest reduced, and the personal safety of drivers and passengers in a carriage is fully protected.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention is an extended function bumper system for a vehicle, which is mainly used for front protection of the vehicle.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the bumper device includes a bumper 1 and two bumper extension assemblies 2, the two bumper extension assemblies 2 being respectively mounted to both ends of the bumper 1.
The bumper extension assembly 2 is provided with a trigger part, the trigger part is positioned in front of the bumper 1, and when the trigger part is displaced towards the bumper 1 under the action of external force, the bumper extension assembly 2 can be extended towards the extension direction of the end part of the bumper 1; an expansion locking mechanism is further provided between the bumper extension assembly 2 and the bumper 1, and the expansion locking mechanism can lock and integrate the bumper extension assembly 2 and the bumper 1 when the bumper extension assembly 2 is expanded to the extending direction of the bumper 1.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, more specifically, the bumper extension assembly 2 includes a trigger flapper 21, an extension stopper 22, a spring latch 23 and a rotation shaft 24.
One end of the trigger baffle 21 is a rotating shaft end, and the other end of the trigger baffle 21 is a trigger end; the extension stop block 22 is provided with a rotating shaft end, the rotating shaft end of the trigger baffle 21 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft end of the extension stop block 22, namely, the trigger baffle 21 and the extension stop block 22 are connected into a whole, the rotating shaft end of the trigger baffle 21 and the rotating shaft end of the extension stop block 22 are together rotationally connected with the bumper 1 through the rotating shaft 24, and the rotating shaft 24 is generally vertical to the ground.
The triggering part of the bumper extension component 2 is the triggering baffle 21, the triggering end of the triggering baffle 21 is positioned in front of the bumper 1, and the extension stop 22 is positioned behind the bumper 1; when the trigger end of the trigger flap 21 is displaced toward the bumper 1 by an external force, the trigger flap 21 and the extension stopper 22 are integrally connected, so that the trigger flap 21 can rotate the extension stopper 22 around the rotating shaft 24 and extend in the extending direction of the end of the bumper 1. The whole of the trigger flap 21 and the extension stopper 22 is equivalent to a lever with the pivot 24 as a fulcrum, and when the trigger end of the trigger flap 21 is displaced toward the bumper 1 by an external force, the extension stopper 22 is pried to extend in the extending direction of the end of the bumper 1 by the lever force.
Referring to fig. 1, the spring lock pin 23 is arranged at the end of the bumper 1, the expansion stop 22 is provided with a lock pin hole 25 corresponding to the spring lock pin 23, and the spring lock pin 23 and the lock pin hole 25 on the expansion stop 22 jointly form the expansion locking mechanism; when the expansion block 22 is located at the rear of the bumper 1, the spring lock pin 23 is offset from the lock pin hole 25 of the expansion block 22, and when the expansion block 22 is rotated about the rotation shaft 24 to the extending direction of the end of the bumper 1, the spring lock pin 23 can be aligned with and lock the lock pin hole 25 of the expansion block 22, that is, the expansion block 22 is locked and integrated with the bumper 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bumper device of the present embodiment is mainly used for protecting a head portion of an automobile. When the vehicle is in a normal condition, the bumper extension assemblies 2 at two ends of the bumper 1 are in a contraction standby state, specifically, the trigger end of the trigger baffle 21 is in front of the bumper 1, the extension block 22 is behind the bumper 1, namely, the extension block 22 is hidden behind the bumper 1, and the spring lock pin 23 is staggered from the lock pin hole 25 on the extension block 22, as shown in fig. 1; at the moment when the head of the vehicle collides with the front vehicle, the bumper extension assemblies 2 at the two ends of the bumper 1 immediately extend and are locked and connected with the bumper 1 to form a whole, specifically, the triggering end of the triggering baffle plate 21 in front of the bumper 1 contacts with the opposite vehicle first, the triggering end of the triggering baffle plate 21 is displaced toward the bumper 1 under the pressure of the opposite vehicle, and the extension block 22 rotates around the rotating shaft 24 and extends in the extending direction of the end of the bumper 1 under the action of the leverage until the spring lock pin 23 at the end of the bumper 1 is locked with the lock pin hole 25 on the extension block 22, so that the extension block 22 and the bumper 1 are connected to form a whole and then jointly resist the collision of the opposite vehicle, as shown in fig. 2.
