a fixed block (26) is arranged between the two fixed seats (24) positioned on the same side, and the fixed block (26) is connected to the top of the tooling table (1); an adjusting screw rod (27) is connected to the fixing block (26), a re-tightening cone shell (28) is arranged at each of two ends of the adjusting screw rod (27), one side of the re-tightening cone shell (28) is attached to the side face of the frame mounting piece, and a fixing nut (29) is connected between the other side of the re-tightening cone shell (28) and the adjusting screw rod (27);
the polishing piece (3) comprises a polishing ball body (31) arranged at a corner of the frame, the polishing ball body (31) is connected with a connecting rod (32), the outer sides of two ends of the connecting rod (32) are respectively connected with an outer polishing shell (33), one end of the connecting rod (32) is connected with a push rod (34), and the push rod (34) is connected with the pushing assembly (4);
the pushing assembly (4) comprises a guiding shell (41) wrapped on the outer side of a pushing rod (34), the outer side of one end of the guiding shell (41) is connected with a supporting frame (42), the bottom of the supporting frame (42) is connected with the top of the tooling table (1), the outer side of the pushing rod (34) is connected with a limiting slide block (43), the outer side of the limiting slide block (43) is provided with four bulges, a limiting groove (44) matched with the four bulges in a mutually-matched mode is formed in the guiding shell (41), one end, penetrating through the guiding shell (41), of the pushing rod (34) is connected with a pushing piece (5), the pushing piece (5) is used for pushing a polishing ball (31) to polish, and the outer side of the guiding shell (41) is connected with a rotating piece (6) driving the guiding shell (41) to rotate;
the rotating part (6) comprises rotating gears (61) connected to the outer sides of the guide shells (41), a driving motor (62) is arranged between the two guide shells (41), the driving motor (62) is connected to the top of the tooling table (1), the output end of the driving motor (62) is connected with an output shaft (63), the outer side of the output shaft (63) is connected with a driving gear (64), the driving gear (64) and the two rotating gears (61) are transmitted through a transmission belt (65), and one end of the output shaft (63) is connected with the pushing part (5);
the pushing piece (5) comprises a mounting disc (51) connected to one end of an output shaft (63), the mounting disc (51) is connected with mutually symmetrical abutting balls (52), a transverse plate (53) is connected between the two pushing rods (34) positioned on the same side, a fixing plate block is connected to the middle of the transverse plate (53), and an extruding ball (54) matched with the abutting balls (52) is connected to the fixing plate block;
the push rod (34) is located inside of the guide shell (41) and is provided with a return spring (35), the return spring (35) is sleeved on the outer side of the push rod (34), one end of the return spring (35) is connected with the limiting slide block (43), and the other end of the return spring (35) is connected with the inner wall of the guide shell (41).
2. The electric vehicle frame bevel grinding tool according to claim 1, wherein the outer grinding shell (33) is shaped like a hemispherical shell, the two outer grinding shells (33) are arranged oppositely, and a plurality of air holes (36) are formed in the outer grinding shells (33).
