As shown in fig. 7, the first screwdriver is an electric screwdriver 8, the end of the electric screwdriver 8 is provided with an avoiding cavity 81 and two opposite clamping protrusions 82 located at the outer ring of the avoiding cavity 81, and the clamping protrusions 82 can be matched with corresponding bayonets 10211 located on the air outlet valve 1021.
As shown in fig. 10, the second screwdriver comprises an electric screwdriver 8 and a position-adjustable limiting sleeve 84 sleeved on the electric screwdriver 8, the end of the electric screwdriver 8 is provided with a linear protrusion 83 matched with a linear groove located on the end of the air inlet adjusting rod 103, and the limiting sleeve 84 is used for adjusting the extending length of the air inlet adjusting rod 103 after installation.
Preferably, the limiting sleeve 84 is slidably sleeved on the end portion corresponding to the electric screwdriver 8, at least one strip-shaped adjusting hole is formed in the side wall of the electric screwdriver 8, the corresponding fixing screw 85 penetrates through the corresponding strip-shaped adjusting hole to be in threaded connection with the corresponding electric screwdriver 8, and when the air inlet adjusting rod 103 is installed, the limiting sleeve 84 is installed when contacting with the bottom surface of the air box 101, so that the extending length precision of the air inlet adjusting rod 103 is convenient to adjust and control.

Claims (9)

1. The use method of the lighter assembling tool is characterized in that the lighter assembling tool comprises the following steps:
the sponge installation tool comprises a T-shaped support frame (3) and a first tooling plate (1) of the air outlet valve and a sponge guide tooling plate (2), wherein the first tooling plate (1) of the air outlet valve and the sponge guide tooling plate (2) are sequentially detachably sleeved on a web member of the T-shaped support frame (3), the first tooling plate (1) of the air outlet valve is provided with a plurality of air inlet end positioning holes (11) which are distributed in an annular manner, and the sponge guide tooling plate (2) is provided with a plurality of sponge installation holes (21) which are distributed in an annular manner and are in one-to-one correspondence with all the air inlet end positioning holes (11) of the air outlet valve;
the gas outlet pipe mounting tool comprises a supporting base (4) and a gas outlet valve second tooling disc (5) and a gas outlet valve third tooling disc (6) which are sequentially detachably sleeved on a convex column (43) of the supporting base (4), wherein the gas outlet valve second tooling disc (5) is provided with a plurality of gas outlet valve gas outlet end positioning holes (52) which are distributed in an annular mode, the gas outlet valve third tooling disc (6) is provided with a plurality of gas outlet valve gas inlet end matching holes (63) which are distributed in an annular mode and correspond to all the gas outlet end positioning holes (52) in a one-to-one mode, and the gas outlet valve gas inlet end matching holes (63) are used for mounting and guiding a gas outlet pipe (1022) of a gas outlet assembly (102) of the lighter (10);
the gas outlet assembly mounting tool (7) comprises a seat stand (71) and a movable guide post (73) which is arranged on the seat stand (71) in a floating mode, and the movable guide post (73) is used for guiding and positioning the gas outlet assembly (102);
the gas box placing plate (9) is provided with a plurality of placing grooves (91), and the bottom covers of a plurality of gas boxes (101) of the lighters (10) are upwards and orderly placed by utilizing the placing grooves (91) so as to be convenient for installing the gas inlet adjusting rod (103);
the lighter assembly tool comprises the following use steps:
s01, respectively inserting the air inlet ends of a plurality of air outlet valves (1021) into corresponding air inlet end positioning holes (11) of the air outlet valves on a first tooling plate (1) of the air outlet valves;
s02, sleeving a first tooling plate (1) of an air outlet valve provided with an air outlet valve (1021) on a web member of a T-shaped support frame (3) to enable the air outlet valve to be inverted, sleeving a sponge guiding tooling plate (2) on the web member of the T-shaped support frame (3), and enabling an air inlet end positioning hole (11) of the air outlet valve to correspond to a plurality of sponge mounting holes (21) on the sponge guiding tooling plate (2) one by one;
s03, synchronously rotating the first tooling plate (1) of the air outlet valve and the sponge guiding tooling plate (2), sequentially placing sponges into corresponding sponge mounting holes (21) one by one, and simultaneously and respectively placing a plurality of sponges into air inlets of the corresponding air outlet valves (1021) by using a pressing tool;
s04, sleeving a second tooling plate (5) of the air outlet valves on a convex column (43) of a support base (4), and then sequentially inserting air outlet ends of a plurality of air outlet valves (1021) provided with sponge into corresponding air outlet end positioning holes (52) in the second tooling plate (5) of the air outlet valves one by one to invert the air outlet valves (1021); sleeving a third tooling plate (6) of the air outlet valve on the convex column (43) of the support base (4), and inserting and installing a plurality of air inlet end matching holes (63) of the air outlet valve on the third tooling plate (6) of the air outlet valve with the air inlet ends of the corresponding air outlet valves (1021) respectively;
s05, synchronously rotating the second tooling plate (5) and the third tooling plate (6) of the air outlet valves, sequentially placing air outlet pipes (1022) into corresponding air inlet end matching holes (63) of the air outlet valves one by one, and simultaneously and respectively matching and connecting the air outlet pipes (1022) with the air inlet ends of the corresponding air outlet valves (1021) by using a pressing tool to form a plurality of air outlet assemblies (102), wherein the air outlet pipes (1022) are sleeved on the outer sides of the air outlet valves (1021);
s06, placing an air box (101) on a seat stand (71) of an air outlet component mounting tool (7), then placing an air outlet component (102) into an air outlet component mounting through hole of the air box (101), inserting a movable guide post (73) which is arranged on the seat stand (71) in a floating mode into an air outlet pipe (1022) of the air outlet component (102) for guiding, and then enabling the air outlet component (102) and the air box (101) to be mounted in a threaded mode through a first screwdriver;
s07, a plurality of air boxes (101) provided with the air outlet assemblies (102) are placed on the air box placing plate (9) in an upward and tidy mode, a plurality of air inlet adjusting rods (103) are sequentially installed through a second screwdriver, and the installation of a lighter body (10) is completed, wherein the inner ends of the air inlet adjusting rods (103) are installed with air inlet threads corresponding to the air outlet valves (1021).

The use method of the lighter assembly tool according to claim 1, wherein a slit (12) is respectively provided on the side wall of the air outlet valve air inlet end positioning hole (11), the side wall of the sponge mounting hole (21), the side wall of the air outlet valve air outlet end positioning hole (52) and the side wall of the air outlet valve air inlet end matching hole (63), and the slit (12) extends to the outer peripheral surface of the corresponding tool tray.
3. The use method of the lighter assembly tool according to claim 2, wherein the slit (12) is formed in a radial direction of the corresponding tool disc.

The method of using the lighter assembly fixture according to claim 1, wherein the support base (4) further comprises a bottom plate (41), a cavity (42) is formed in the top surface of the bottom plate (41), the boss (43) is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the cavity (42), the vent valve second fixture plate (5) is attached to the top surface of the bottom plate (41), and the vent valve inlet end matching hole (63) is communicated with the cavity (42).

7. The use method of the lighter assembly tool according to claim 1, further comprising a first screwdriver capable of being matched with the air outlet valve (1021) of the air outlet assembly (102) and a second screwdriver capable of being matched with the air inlet adjusting rod (103).

The lighter assembly tool using method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first screwdriver is an electric screwdriver (8), the end of the electric screwdriver (8) is provided with an avoiding cavity (81) and two opposite clamping protrusions (82) which are located at the outer ring of the avoiding cavity (81), and the clamping protrusions (82) can be matched with corresponding bayonets (10211) located on the air outlet valve (1021).

The use method of the lighter assembly tool according to claim 7, wherein the second screwdriver comprises an electric screwdriver (8) and a limiting sleeve (84) sleeved on the electric screwdriver (8) in a position-adjustable manner, a linear protrusion (83) matched with a linear groove located on the end of the air inlet adjusting rod (103) is arranged at the end of the electric screwdriver (8), and the limiting sleeve (84) is used for adjusting the extending length of the air inlet adjusting rod (103) after installation is completed.
