The raw material chopping device of the preserved chilli sauce according to claim 1, wherein the main actuator comprises an inner layer and an outer layer which are movably connected, the length of the outer layer of the main actuator is longer than that of the inner layer, the first transmission member comprises a fixed box (5) fixedly installed on the outer wall of the bottom of the tank body (3), two first bevel gears (51) vertically and coaxially arranged in the fixed box (5) in opposite directions and a second bevel gear (52) engaged with the two first bevel gears (51), the second bevel gear (52) is rotatably connected in the fixed box (5) through a rotating shaft (53), the inner layer and the outer layer of the main actuator both penetrate through the second transmission member and the tank body (3) and then extend into the fixed box (5), wherein the upper first bevel gear (51) is fixedly connected with the outer layer of the main actuator, the inner layer of the main actuator penetrates through the outer layer and the rear end of the fixed box (5) and is fixedly connected with the power output end of the driving part, the other first bevel gear (51) is fixedly sleeved on the inner layer of the main executing piece.

The raw material chopping device of the preserved chilli sauce as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second transmission member comprises a first gear (7) horizontally and fixedly installed on the inner wall of the bottom of the tank body (3), a rotating disc (72) fixedly installed on the outer layer of the main actuating member, and two second gears (71) engaged with the first gear (7), two auxiliary actuating members are fixedly connected with the two second gears (71) in a one-to-one correspondence after passing through the rotating disc (72), and each auxiliary actuating member is rotatably clamped with the rotating disc (72).

The raw material chopping device of the preserved chilli sauce according to claim 3, wherein the main executing member comprises a driving shaft (54) and a sleeve (55) vertically and rotatably arranged between the cover (4) and the inside of the tank body (3), and a plurality of chopping members installed on the side walls of the driving shaft (54) and the sleeve (55), the sleeve (55) is rotatably sleeved on the outside of the driving shaft (54), the length of the sleeve (55) is smaller than that of the driving shaft (54), a rotating disc (72) is fixedly sleeved on the sleeve (55), the sleeve (55) freely passes through the first gear (7) and the tank body (3) and then extends into the fixing box (5) to be coaxially and fixedly connected with the first bevel gear (51) positioned above, the driving shaft (54) passes through the sleeve (55) and then is fixedly connected with the power output end of the driving part, the other first bevel gear (51) is fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft (54), a plurality of shredding elements are evenly distributed along the axial direction of the driving shaft (54) and the sleeve (55).

The raw material chopping device of the salted chilli sauce according to claim 4, characterized in that each of the auxiliary executing parts includes a driven shaft (73) vertically disposed between the cover (4) and the inside of the tank body (3), one end of the driven shaft (73) is connected with the second gear (71) coaxially and fixedly after being clamped with the rotating disc (72) and passing through the rotating disc (72), a plurality of stirring parts are fixedly installed on the side wall of the driven shaft (73) along the axial direction thereof, and the plurality of stirring parts and the plurality of chopping parts are arranged in a staggered manner.

The raw material chopping device of the salted and chilli sauce of claim 6 characterized in that each of the stirring members includes a plurality of blades (8) and paddles (9) uniformly distributed along the circumference of the driven shaft (73), each blade (8) is horizontally arranged, the included angle between the paddles (9) and the vertical direction is an acute angle, and the plurality of blades (8) and paddles (9) on the driven shaft (73) are staggered with the plurality of blades (8) on the driving shaft (54) and the sleeve (55).
