Background
In the process of crude oil development and production, along with the long-term operation of equipment and facilities and the continuous expansion of production scale, the precipitation of dirty oil and dirt in a process flow, various containers and pipelines has certain influence on production safety and product quality, and chemical cleaning is needed under the condition that a physical method cannot be adopted for cleaning. However, the offshore platform is limited by ecological environment and working space, the problems of unstable medicament, no guarantee of equipment and facility corrosion, substandard discharged sump oil water and the like exist in the chemical cleaning process, the whole chemical cleaning process is monitored in real time in order to meet the requirements of field operation of chemical cleaning, the instantaneity of the detection of the chemical cleaning process is improved, the quality of cleaning engineering is improved, the standardization and the standardization of the chemical cleaning technology are promoted, a mobile chemical cleaning detection laboratory needs to be developed, and the chemical cleaning technology of the equipment and the facility suitable for the offshore platform is explored.
