when the screw 23 moves downwards, the first traction rope 26 gradually stretches out of the first storage roller 27, so that the first storage roller 27, the first rotating shaft 28 and the first gear 29 rotate clockwise, the first gear 29 rotates clockwise to drive the second gear 30 meshed with the outer wall of the first gear to rotate anticlockwise, the second gear 30 rotates anticlockwise to also gradually release the second traction rope 33 on the second storage roller 32, the second traction rope 33 is released, so that the sliding block 12 can also be pulled by the arc-shaped spring 15 to move downwards, so that the first swing arm 3 or the second swing arm 4 rotates outwards, and the muscle-pulling exercise is facilitated;

the blocking wheels 10 on the fixing frame 9 play a role in blocking, and when the two legs of the athlete are placed on the first swing arm 3 and the second swing arm 4, the blocking wheels 10 can block the two legs of the athlete, so that the two legs of the athlete can be effectively opened to carry out lacing wire exercise;
when the stretching amplitude of the two legs of the athlete exceeds the bearing capacity of the two legs of the athlete, the corresponding two legs also have inward thrust, at the moment, the two legs can push the pull rod 34 to move through the catch wheels 10 and the fixed frame 9, the pull rod 34 can compress the first spring 37 through the pull plate 35 when moving, the pressure of the two legs of the athlete is buffered by utilizing the displacement of the pull plate 35, and the injury to the athlete caused by the overlarge stretching amplitude of the two legs is prevented;
when the athlete does not sit on the seat board 2, the seat board 2 and the tapered column 40 are ejected out by the second spring 43, and the tapered column 40 is embedded in the tapered groove 39, so that the rotation of the rotating ring 38 and the first swing arm 3 and the second swing arm 4 can be prevented, the tension of the second traction rope 33 is effectively reduced, and the service life of the second traction rope 33 is prevented from being shortened due to damage caused by the fact that the second traction rope 33 is always pulled by the arc-shaped spring 15 and the sliding block 12;
when the athlete sits on the seat plate 2, the seat plate 2 and the tapered column 40 are pressed down by the weight of the athlete, and the tapered column 40 does not contact with the tapered slot 39 sufficiently, so that the rotation ring 38 and the first swing arm 3 and the second swing arm 4 can rotate freely.
