adding half of N330 carbon black, half of N220 carbon black, half of light calcium carbonate, half of tantalum, half of bismuth oxide and stearic acid, and turning uniformly for 10-12 minutes at the roll temperature of 50-55 ℃;
adding the rest N330 carbon black, the rest N220 carbon black, the rest light calcium carbonate, the rest tantalum and the rest bismuth oxide; then adding paraffin, vaseline and a co-crosslinking agent, and turning and uniformly refining for 10-12 minutes at the roller temperature of 50-55 ℃;
then, turning and refining for 1-2 minutes at the temperature of 55-60 ℃;
adding sulfur, TMT and a deodorant, and refining for 4-5 minutes to prepare mixed rubber;
treating for 30 minutes at the roller temperature of 55-60 ℃; performing thin-pass on the prepared mixed rubber for 3 times, wherein the thin-pass time is 4-5 minutes, and preparing the mixed rubber into a rubber sheet;
the roller distance is thickened, the film is discharged, and the film is kept still for more than 1 hour;
2) dusting isolating powder
