It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling a mobile hospital bed according to an embodiment of the present application may specifically include:
s110, acquiring a control request and vital signs of a patient;
specifically, the control request is received by a signal receiving device of the mobile hospital bed, and the vital signs of the patient are detected by a health detection device of the mobile hospital bed. It will be appreciated that the control request may be issued by the patient himself, by an attendant, or by a medical professional. Vital signs may include pulse, blood pressure, body temperature, and the like.
S120, acquiring the health grade of the patient based on the vital signs;
specifically, the health grade of the patient is determined according to the comparison of the vital signs and the big data. It should be noted that the determination of the health level of the patient may be performed by the device of the mobile hospital bed itself, or may be performed by a server corresponding to the mobile hospital bed. The health grade can be divided into: mild, severe and critical conditions.
S130, acquiring request permission according to the control request;
specifically, the requested authority may be determined according to the type of person who makes the request, and the type of person may include: the patient himself, the accompanying person and the medical staff. The command for controlling the request contains various request authorities, such as: primary request permission, secondary request permission and tertiary request permission.
And S140, controlling the movable sickbed to move based on the control request under the condition that the request authority meets the control authority corresponding to the health level.
Specifically, different request authorities can control sickbeds of different health levels, for example, a first-level request authority can control the sickbeds of patients with all levels of mild symptoms, severe symptoms and critical symptoms, a second-level request authority can only control the sickbeds of patients with mild symptoms and severe symptoms, a third-level request authority can only control the sickbeds of patients with mild symptoms, and the sickbeds execute corresponding actions based on control requests only under the condition that the request authorities meet corresponding health levels. Under the condition that the request permission meets the control permission corresponding to the health level, the sickbed can control the movable sickbed to move based on the content of the control request. For example: the health grade of the patient A is severe, and the sickbed can be moved only by the control request corresponding to the secondary request permission and the primary request permission, so that the problem that the patient is aggravated because a person who does not know the state of the patient freely moves the sickbed is avoided. The secondary request authority corresponds to a control request sent by a secondary main doctor, and the primary request authority corresponds to a control request sent by a main doctor. When a main or assistant main doctor sends a control instruction for moving the sickbed A to an operating room to wait for receiving an operation, a server corresponding to the movable sickbed or the movable sickbed receives the control instruction, and the request authority is compared with the health level of a patient. Under the condition that the request permission meets the control permission corresponding to the health level, the mobile hospital bed or a server corresponding to the mobile hospital bed obtains the position information of the operating room, a navigation map is constructed according to the position information of the mobile hospital bed and the position information of the operating room, and the mobile hospital bed automatically moves to the operating room by means of a navigation device and a driving device of the mobile hospital bed according to the navigation map.
In summary, the method for controlling the mobile hospital bed provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the health level of the patient through the vital signs of the patient, obtains the request permission corresponding to the request instruction through the request instruction, and allows the mobile hospital bed to move based on the control of the request instruction only under the condition that the request permission meets the control permission corresponding to the health level. Not only provides a method for automatically navigating and moving a movable sickbed, but also increases the process of comparing the request permission with the health level, and avoids the occurrence of the phenomenon that the illness state of a patient is aggravated because a person who does not know the illness state of the patient moves the sickbed randomly. Therefore, the method solves the problem that manual movement of the movable sickbed is difficult to control, and simultaneously protects and improves the safety factor of the movable sickbed to a certain extent.
In some examples, the obtaining the request right according to the control request includes:
and acquiring the request authority according to a request terminal sent by the control request.
Specifically, the method for confirming the request permission may be determined according to the mobile terminal that issues the request, for example: the terminal sending the request is a button on the bed body, a mobile terminal of an attendant and a terminal of a medical worker. Further medical staff terminals can be divided into: nurse's terminal equipment, vice chief physician's terminal equipment and chief physician's terminal equipment, etc. And allocating different mobile terminals for the personnel of different levels, and determining the type of the terminal according to the terminal Mac address or the IP address sent by the control request. The request authority of the control request can be determined through the corresponding relation between the established terminal type and the request authority, so that whether the action corresponding to the control request is executed or not can be judged according to the request authority.
In summary, the relationship between the request terminal type and the request permission is preset in advance, and the request permission can be quickly identified by acquiring the request terminal type sent by the control request, so that the mobile hospital bed can quickly judge whether to execute the corresponding action according to the control request.
In some examples, the method further comprises:
acquiring a ladder calling request of the mobile sickbed;
and controlling the mobile sickbed with lower health grade to take the elevator preferentially under the condition that the mobile sickbeds send the elevator calling requests simultaneously.
In particular, the health grade may characterize the physical condition of the patient, with lower health grades representing poorer health conditions. Under the condition that a plurality of mobile sickbeds take the same elevator at the same time, if the elevator can not accommodate a plurality of sickbeds, the mobile sickbeds with lower health grade are controlled to take the elevator preferentially, and the condition of a patient is prevented from being delayed.
In conclusion, the method for determining the sequence of taking the elevator according to the health grade can well balance the physical condition of the patient and avoid delaying the condition of the patient with serious illness.
In some examples, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that a plurality of movable sickbeds are in a narrow space, the movable sickbeds with lower health grades are controlled to preferentially pass through, wherein the narrow space is a space which can not allow two movable sickbeds to simultaneously pass through.
In particular, the health grade may characterize the physical condition of the patient, with lower health grades representing poorer health conditions. When a plurality of sickbeds want to pass through the same area, and the area can not allow a plurality of movable sickbeds to pass through simultaneously, the movable sickbeds with lower health level are controlled to preferentially pass through the area, so that the condition of a patient is prevented from being delayed.
In summary, the method for determining the sequence through the narrow space according to the health grade provided by the embodiment can take the severity of the disease condition of the patient into consideration, arrange the patient with the heaviest disease condition to pass preferentially, save the treatment time of the patient with the heaviest disease condition, and avoid delaying the disease condition of the patient to cause life risk.
In some examples, the method further comprises:
and controlling the sickbed to send out a distress signal under the condition that the health grade exceeds a set grade.
In particular, in order to avoid the deterioration of the patient's condition in the process of moving along with the movable hospital bed, no medical staff is beside the patient, thereby bringing influence to the life safety of the patient. The set level is a result of a comprehensive determination based on the level of the patient's current health and the medical personnel's current health level for the patient and the conditions that may occur during the movement. When the health level of the patient exceeds the set level, the sickbed can send out a distress signal. It can be understood that the distress signal can be sent to one or more devices such as a mobile terminal of a medical staff, a mobile terminal of a family member, a display device of a movable sickbed and the like to remind related personnel.
In conclusion, by determining the set level, the distress signal is sent out under the condition that the health level exceeds the set level, so that the phenomenon that the patient is ill aggravated due to the fact that the patient is unattended or the patient is ill worse in the moving process and is not aware of the situation is avoided, and the life health safety of the patient is effectively guaranteed.
In some examples, the method further comprises:
acquiring a movable region of the movable hospital bed based on the vital signs;
and when the movable sickbed exceeds the movable area, controlling the movable sickbed to stop and displaying an error message.
Specifically, the vital signs may further include categories of diseases, for example, the disease of a certain patient is an infectious disease, so that the patient's bed can only move in the infectious disease area according to the type of the disease. When the patient and the sickbed move to the boundary of the infectious disease area, the movable sickbed is controlled to stop moving, and words which are not allowed to leave the area are displayed on a display screen of the movable sickbed, so that the patient or accompanying personnel are reminded, and the spreading of the infectious source is avoided.
In conclusion, the movable region of the movable sickbed is obtained through the vital signs, the sickbed is effectively controlled to move in the movable region, and the phenomenon that an infection source spreads outwards is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the mobile bed control apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may include:
a first obtaining unit 21, configured to obtain a control request and a vital sign of a patient;
a second obtaining unit 22, configured to obtain a health level of the patient based on the vital signs;
a third obtaining unit 23, configured to obtain a request permission according to the control request;
and a control unit 24, configured to control the moving bed to move based on the control request when the request permission satisfies the control permission corresponding to the health level.
