s4: the clamp 2 passing through the salting area 11 rotates to a working area of the roller part 151, the roller part 151 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 15, the clamp 2 further uniformly coats the salting material on the pressed salted duck through the roller part 151 and the roller part 151;
s5: get into toasting the district 12 through anchor clamps 2 behind the roller portion 151, through the cooperation of anchor clamps 2 and the assistance rotating part 13 of toasting the district 12, drive clamping part 22 and rotate, through the work of second work board 121, the realization is to toasting of pressed salted duck.

the upper end of the machine body (1) is provided with a driving motor (15), the output end of the driving motor (15) extends into the machine body (1) from top to bottom and is connected with a driving shaft (154), the lower end of the driving shaft (154) is fixed with a driving gear (155), and the driving gear (155) is meshed with a driven gear (153);
the roller part (151) is made of flexible material.

a filter plate (17) is fixed in the machine body (1), and the filter plate (17) is obliquely arranged on the pickling tank (18);
the machine body (1) is externally provided with a sundries removing port (19), the sundries removing port (19) is positioned at one end of the filter plate (17) close to the pickling tank (18), and dropped duck meat can be collected through the sundries removing port (19).

s2: the method comprises the following steps that a clamp (2) is placed on a guide rail (14), the clamp (2) moves from right to left along the guide rail (14), and when the clamp (2) moves to an assisting rotating part (13) of a pickling area (11), a rotating gear (2244) of the clamp (2) is matched with a rack (131) and drives a clamping part (22) of the clamp (2) to rotate along with the movement of the clamp (2) on the guide rail (14);
s3: an atomizing nozzle (1111) of a first working plate (111) in the pickling area (11) sprays the pickling materials in the pickling material pool (18), the pickling materials are uniformly sprayed on the pressed salted duck along with the rotation of a clamping part (22), and meanwhile hot air is blown out from a hot air blowing port (1112) to accelerate the permeation of the pickling materials;

s5: get into roast district (12) through anchor clamps (2) behind roller portion (151), through the cooperation of anchor clamps (2) and the assistance rotation portion (13) of roast district (12), drive clamping part (22) and rotate, through the work of second working plate (121), realize the toasting to the pressed salted duck.
