背景技术
在现有技术中,已知DE10331164解决方案。它是一个执行器,即多通道执行器,设计用于使用总线操作模式控制相关功能单元,并在必要时使用手动操作。相关功能单元的工作条件(工作模式或开/关状态)由相关的显示元件指示。所有激活元件组合成一个操作组(BG),并至少具有两个输入键。每个通道具有至少一个相关联的显示元件,并且所有显示元件(例如LED)在单独排列的显示组中连接在一起。
根据DE202017105437说明,已知一种安装在母线上的用于建筑安装技术的电动模块化安装装置,其外壳具有至少一个用于连接电气总线线路的总线连接点和多个用于连接执行器电线的执行器连接点,其特征在于电线通向至少一个总线连接点。总线线路(电线)通过弹性紧固带连接到设置在外壳上的紧固装置。
发明内容
在现有技术中,执行器具有:从外壳顶部、外壳底部的和电源输入接收器的输出,或可能在外壳周围的输入和输出,有时是两排或两层。
本发明的目的是开发一种解决方案,组织电源输入和输出连接至接收器的方向,并减小执行器的尺寸,从而减少使用大型开关设备的需要。
该目标已通过本发明实现,其本质是用于模块化多通道执行器的印刷板,其通过通信总线控制电接收器,设计为安装在母线上,配备有带继电器的电气系统,具有到接收器的输出和电源输入,其特征在于:具有与印制板的纵轴成一定角度横向布置的电桥,电源输入端与接收器的输出端相对,其中输入和输出端平行于印制板的纵轴,每个电桥都是一个带有继电器引脚的交替输入/输出连接器。

得益于电桥的使用及其特殊布置,器件尺寸显著减少了至少25%到40%,并且最大程度地将继电器集中在印制板更小的表面上,以及将电线连接到接收器输出和电源输入的有序方向上,即印刷电路板一侧的电源输入端通过继电器触点连接到位于电路板相对侧的接收器的输出端。
电桥的使用简化了执行器的外部结构,并消除了许多可能的装配错误。电桥传输比电路板上的铜迹线具有更高的电流。
PCB印刷电路板的特殊设计,使用电桥,电源输入布置在印刷电路板的一侧,而接收器的输出则在印刷电路板的另一侧,并且电桥的布置确保了在将电源和输出连接到接收器时几乎没有错误的可能性。
此外,所有执行器连接器都可在不使用工具的情况下从印刷电路板上拆卸下,这允许在很短的时间内出于维修目的断开设备,而无需拧下电线或将它们从连接器上断开。本发明还消除了螺钉连接,这减少了设备的耗时连接。本发明减少了连接设备及其配置的耗时测试。

印刷电路板1具有将印刷电路板1定位在壳体中的凹槽2。在示例中,印刷电路板1为双层。电路板分为三个部分1a、1b、1c。
集成电路3位于印刷电路板1的中央部分A中,并在印刷电路路径4中。无源元件6为电容器。无源元件7为电阻器。在电路4路劲两侧,具有一排继电器14的控制引脚5。控制电路控制继电器14,控制引脚5构成连接元件。
印刷电路板1设有电桥8,其形成横向于印刷电路板1纵轴布置的直线空间体系。
在示例中,电桥8采用平板形式。在示例中,继电器14的引脚9排列成三排。
在印刷电路板1的外边缘有用于电接收器的输出10a,而在相对侧有电源入口10b,从板的底部可以看到它围绕板的纵轴旋转了180度。
成排引脚9的排列使得每个电桥8在一侧交替地分别与电源输入10b或输出连接至接收器10a,而在另一侧则与继电器14的引脚9,即与印刷电路板1底部的电源输入10b,和印刷电路板1顶部接收器10a的输出。
在示例中,继电器14为电磁继电器。
在部分1a中,具有总线接线端子11和集成电路13。部分1a中的多针连接器12将印刷电路板1连接到控制板16,控制板16安装在印刷电路板1上方,并且继电器14位于占据部分1a区部分的上方。控制板16为示例印刷电路板,并且在图4中示出以解释印刷电路板1通过连接器12与控制板16连接。每个部分1a、1b、1c中的针式连接器15,用于通过安装在其上的弹簧连接器,将电源输入10b和输出10a连接到接收器。
