Abstract
The invention discloses a device tracking management system and a method, wherein the system comprises the following steps: the positioning system is used for receiving a positioning signal of the equipment, calculating the position information of the equipment by using the positioning signal, and uploading the position information to the equipment management system; the access control system is used for monitoring the access condition of a user carrying the equipment, reading the identity information of the user when the user passes through the gate, and sending the identity information to the equipment management system; and the equipment management system is used for judging the use state of the equipment according to the position information. The equipment tracking management system provided by the invention realizes the functions of monitoring the equipment leaving the floors and transferring different office places, improves the equipment tracking management capacity and reduces the loss probability of the mobile equipment.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a device tracking management system and method.
Background
With the development of information technology, more and more enterprises apply the information technology to device management. At present, most enterprises' equipment informatization management methods mainly use simple equipment information input systems, and a small part of enterprises generally use RFID positioning technology to equipment management so as to track and manage equipment, thereby reducing the loss of some small electronic equipment.
However, there are limitations of using RFID positioning to manage devices: firstly, since the RFID positioning is based on planar movement, it cannot determine whether the device moves between the upper floor and the lower floor in space, so that accurate position information of the device cannot be judged when the device transfers floors; secondly, when enterprises have office places at different places, unnecessary alarms can appear due to short signal interruption when equipment is transferred at two office places, and normal work of managers is interfered. Finally, the possibility of losing the device is further increased because the binding of the device to the responsible person does not work in conjunction with RFID location.

Preferably, the gateway of the present embodiment adopts an edge computation gateway. It should be noted that, the Edge computing Gateway (Edge computing Gateway of the internet of things), abbreviated as Edge-Gateway, is an industrial intelligent Gateway capable of running functions of local computing, message communication, data caching and the like on equipment, and can realize local linkage and data processing analysis of the equipment under the condition of no need of networking. The edge computing gateway is rich in interfaces, supports mass connection, data acquisition and data cleaning, supports MQTT protocols, supports various industrial communication protocols, supports web configuration modes and supports cloud remote configuration. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of being distributed, low in delay, higher in efficiency, more energy-saving, capable of relieving flow pressure and the like, and therefore computing efficiency can be greatly improved by adopting the edge computing gateway in the embodiment.

If the time limit is exceeded and the user does not return, the equipment changes from the critical state to the alarm state; when the responsible person returns and detects the device signal, the device changes from the critical state to the normal state.
In a specific embodiment, the device tracking management system further includes an alarm system 04, as shown in fig. 4. The alarm system 04 is configured to send alarm information to a user when the device is in an abnormal state.
Specifically, the alarm system 04 is mainly a short message platform, and when the device is in an abnormal state, the device management server triggers the alarm system 04 to send a short message prompt containing alarm information to the user, so as to remind the user to quickly return the device.
