Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for sharing content information of electronic whiteboards, wherein the system comprises a local server, a plurality of mobile terminal devices and a plurality of electronic whiteboards; when one mobile terminal device sends a connection instruction to a local server, the local server establishes communication connection between the mobile terminal device and a corresponding electronic whiteboard, and marks the mobile terminal device as a main mobile terminal device and marks other mobile terminal devices as branch mobile terminal devices; the local server is also used for receiving the sharing file sent by the main mobile terminal equipment and displaying the sharing file on the corresponding electronic whiteboard; when the display content of any corresponding electronic whiteboard changes, all corresponding electronic whiteboards are synchronously displayed; and the local server is also used for receiving the sharing instruction, generating a sharing screenshot according to the current display content of the electronic whiteboard and sharing the sharing screenshot to the sub-mobile terminal equipment. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electronic whiteboards, in particular to a system and a method for sharing content information of an electronic whiteboard.
Background
Due to the rise of the electronic white boards, for some temporary meeting places, one or more electronic white boards are generally arranged and then are respectively arranged at a plurality of positions in the meeting place, so that the participants can watch the display content. The invention provides a sharing system of content information of electronic whiteboards, which comprises a plurality of electronic whiteboards, a local server and a plurality of mobile terminal devices as shown in figure 1.
The mobile terminal devices and the electronic whiteboards are respectively accessed to the local server through a local network. Preferably, the mobile terminal device in this embodiment is not limited to a common mobile phone, a tablet, and the like, but may also be a dedicated mobile display device, and the like. For example, a dedicated display device may be dedicated to some participants.
Preferably, the mobile terminal devices in this embodiment may be divided into a main mobile terminal device and a sub mobile terminal device. The main mobile terminal device is a device held by a main speaker, and the sub mobile terminal devices are devices held by participants.
The main mobile terminal device and the sub mobile terminal device are the same in device type, and are set in a distinguishing mode through the local server. Specifically, when one of the mobile terminal devices sends a connection instruction to the local server, the local server establishes a communication connection between the mobile terminal device and the corresponding electronic whiteboard according to the connection instruction. At this time, the local server records the mobile terminal device as a main mobile terminal device, and other mobile terminal devices as branch mobile terminal devices.
Therefore, the speaker of the conference can operate the electronic whiteboard through the main mobile terminal device. And the participants can view the display contents through the mobile terminal devices.
Preferably, the local server is further configured to receive a sharing file sent by the main mobile terminal device and send the sharing file to a corresponding electronic whiteboard for display. That is, when the speaker needs to display the shared file, the shared file sent by the main mobile terminal is received and synchronously distributed to the corresponding electronic whiteboard for synchronous display.
In addition, in order to save cost, when the number of participants is small and the electronic whiteboard is not needed to be used as many times, the main mobile terminal can be communicated with part of the electronic whiteboards, and resources are saved. That is, by starting part of the electronic whiteboard, the cost can be saved.
The speaker can switch the display content of a certain electronic whiteboard through a remote controller, an operation pen and the like of the electronic whiteboard, for example, switching the next page of PPT and the like, in order to ensure the synchronous display of a plurality of electronic whiteboards. The local server detects the display content of each electronic whiteboard in real time. And if the display content of any one corresponding electronic whiteboard is received to be changed, synchronously displaying the display content of all the corresponding electronic whiteboards.
Preferably, the method and the system can also send the screenshot to the branch mobile terminal device in a screenshot sharing mode, highlight the important content and enable the participants to attach importance. Specifically, the local server receives a sharing instruction sent by the main mobile terminal device, acquires current display content of the corresponding electronic whiteboard according to the sharing instruction, generates a sharing screenshot according to the current display content of the electronic whiteboard, and sends the sharing screenshot to all sub mobile terminal devices. Therefore, the key sharing of the contents of the electronic whiteboard can be realized, and personnel in a conference place can directly check the contents through the mobile terminal equipment.
Meanwhile, when the local server generates the screenshot, the screenshot also needs to be watermarked to ensure the copyright of the content.
Preferably, the present invention further comprises a remote server. For some online participants, the shared screenshot can be shared to the remote terminal equipment through the remote server through the communication connection of the local server and the remote server, so that the participants can attach importance to the screenshot.
In addition, some participating contents have certain confidentiality, so that the local server sends the sharing screenshot to the remote terminal equipment through the remote server only when the confidentiality of the sharing screenshot is public. And if the confidentiality of the shared screenshot is not public, the remote shared screenshot is not suggested.
For some conference with confidentiality, special mobile terminal equipment can be used for participating, so that when the participants leave, the mobile terminal equipment can be recycled. In addition, the embodiment may also adopt a deletion mode, that is, when the mobile terminal device disconnects the local network, the local server sends a disconnection confirmation instruction to the mobile terminal device, and only when the mobile terminal device confirms the disconnection operation, the local server disconnects the mobile terminal device from the local server. For example, by setting a pop-up window in the mobile terminal device, the mobile terminal device cannot be normally used unless the user does not operate the pop-up window.
Therefore, the local server sends a deletion instruction to the mobile terminal device while sending a disconnection confirmation instruction to the mobile terminal device, so that the mobile terminal device deletes the shared screenshot, and the confidentiality of the conference participating data is ensured.
The synchronous display of the plurality of electronic whiteboards can be realized through the local server and the mobile terminal equipment, namely, the participant can be realized through the mobile terminal equipment, the operation is simple, and no professional is required to participate. Meanwhile, the invention also carries out screenshot sharing on the contents of the important lecture, so that the participants pay attention.

And step S3, when detecting that the display content of any electronic whiteboard changes, synchronously displaying the display content of all electronic whiteboards which establish communication connection with the main mobile terminal device. Once the content of one electronic whiteboard changes, the content of all electronic whiteboards can be synchronously displayed.
Step S4, receiving a sharing instruction sent by the main mobile terminal device, obtaining current display content of the electronic whiteboard according to the sharing instruction, generating a sharing screenshot according to the current display content of the electronic whiteboard, and sending the sharing screenshot to the sub mobile terminal device. By means of sharing the screenshot, key contents are highlighted, and attention of participants is attracted.
Preferably, step S4 further includes: and sending the sharing screenshot to a remote terminal through a local server. Remote key content sharing is realized in a remote mode, such as remote teleconference.
Preferably, step S4 further includes: when the confidentiality of the shared screenshot is public, the shared screenshot is sent to remote terminal equipment through a remote server; and when the confidentiality of the shared screenshot is secret, not uploading the shared screenshot to a remote server. the local server is further used for receiving the sharing instruction sent by the main mobile terminal device, obtaining the current display content of the corresponding electronic whiteboard according to the sharing instruction, generating a sharing screenshot according to the current display content of the electronic whiteboard, and sending the sharing screenshot to all the sub mobile terminal devices.
