The first end, the second end or the third end mentioned in the following content included in each of the asset entry device 100, the operation and maintenance management server 200 and the operation and maintenance management module 300 may be the same port, or may be different ports, and whether the ports are the same port is determined according to actual use conditions. Further, when the ports are different, the ports may be different physical ports or different virtual ports.
The asset entry device 100 is used to enter asset information of each application server included in the application server farm 400 into the operation and maintenance management server 200. Optionally, when the asset information of the application server changes, the asset entry device 100 may modify the asset information of each application server, so that the related information stored in the operation and maintenance management server 200 correspondingly changes. Optionally, the asset entry device 100 may also present asset information for each application server.
The operation and maintenance management server 200 is configured to store the asset information, and send an operation and maintenance management instruction to the operation and maintenance management module 300, where the operation and maintenance management instruction carries an operation and maintenance management tool name, an operation and maintenance management object name, and an operation and maintenance management operation name, where the operation and maintenance management object name includes at least one application server identifier.
The operation and maintenance management module 300 includes a plurality of operation and maintenance management tools, and each operation and maintenance management tool can simultaneously perform operation and maintenance management on a plurality of application servers included in the application server cluster.
After receiving the operation and maintenance management instruction, the operation and maintenance management module 300 determines an operation and maintenance management tool name, at least one application server identifier, and an operation and maintenance management tool, an application server, and an operation and maintenance management operation corresponding to the operation and maintenance management operation name; and executing operation and maintenance management operation on the determined application program server through the operation and maintenance management tool.
Here, the application server may be a plurality of servers corresponding to one application, or may be a plurality of servers corresponding to a plurality of applications, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Similarly, in fig. 1, the first server, the second server, and the nth server may also be servers corresponding to the same application program, or servers corresponding to different application programs.
Referring to fig. 2, when the application server farm operation and maintenance management system is used to manage each application server, the process is as follows:
first, asset information of each server included in the application server group is entered into the operation and maintenance management server 200 by the asset entry device 100. The operation and maintenance manager can log in the operation and maintenance management server through the asset entry device 100 and input an operation and maintenance management instruction to the operation and maintenance management server 200.
Then, the operation and maintenance management server 200 receives and stores the asset information of each application server, and receives the operation and maintenance management command.
Furthermore, the operation and maintenance management instruction carries an operation and maintenance management tool name, an operation and maintenance management object name and an operation and maintenance management operation name, and the operation and maintenance management object name comprises at least one application program server identifier. Therefore, after receiving the operation and maintenance management instruction, the operation and maintenance management module 300 may obtain the operation and maintenance management tool name, the operation and maintenance management application server identifier, and the operation and maintenance management operation name from the operation and maintenance management instruction; thus, the operation and maintenance management tool name, the at least one application program server identifier and the operation and maintenance management tool, the application program server and the operation and maintenance management operation corresponding to the operation and maintenance management tool identifier, the at least one application program server identifier and the operation and maintenance management operation name are determined; and executing operation and maintenance management operation on the determined application program server through the operation and maintenance management tool.
As can be seen from the above, the operation and maintenance management system for the application server cluster provided in the embodiment of the present application includes an operation and maintenance management module, where the operation and maintenance management module includes a plurality of operation and maintenance management tools, and each operation and maintenance management tool is directly connected to the application server cluster, and can simultaneously operate and maintain one, a plurality of, or even all servers included in the application server cluster, so that an operation and maintenance manager can operate the plurality of operation and maintenance management tools included in the operation and maintenance management module only by logging in the operation and maintenance management system once; compared with the prior art, as shown in fig. 3, when one operation and maintenance management needs to be completed, a corresponding operation and maintenance management tool needs to be registered, and manual operation is too much, so that not only operation is inconvenient, but also operation and maintenance management errors are easy to occur.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, each operation and maintenance management tool in the prior art needs to configure at least one asset entry device and one operation and maintenance server to jointly operate and maintain the application server cluster; according to the embodiment of the application, the data information to be stored can be matched with the asset entry equipment and the operation and maintenance servers in proper quantity according to the quantity of the application program servers, and each operation and maintenance management tool is not required to be configured with the asset entry equipment and the operation and maintenance servers, so that the operation and maintenance management cost is saved.
Optionally, the asset information of the application includes an identifier of each application server, an identifier of the application corresponding to each application server, hardware information of each application server, an IP address of each application server, a remaining amount of memory of each application server, an operating system of each application server, and the like, and of course, the asset information also includes any other information related to the application server, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The application id and the application server id are any ids that can be used to uniquely identify the application or the application server, for example, if there are three applications, the ids may be A, B or C, respectively, as long as one id can uniquely identify one application. The operation and maintenance tool 304 is used for performing operation and maintenance operations on the operation and maintenance management object.
Illustratively, when entering asset information of an application server, the security scanning tool 301 needs to perform security scanning on each application server and its asset information to ensure the security of the application server and its information. For another example, when an application develops a new service, the new service needs to be scanned to determine whether there is a vulnerability in the new service. For example, if a social application develops a new voice chat service, security scanning needs to be performed on codes, plug-ins, and the like related to the new voice chat service, and the application can be updated only after the security scanning reaches the standard, and related information is entered into a corresponding application server.
For example, the server monitoring tool 302 may be used to monitor the traffic, the memory and the pressure carried by each application server to determine whether capacity expansion is needed, and so on, and to know the current situation of each application server.
Illustratively, the log collection tool 303 may collect and filter problematic related operations to facilitate later operation and maintenance review. Optionally, the log collection tool 303 may further analyze the log to locate the fault.
Illustratively, the operation tool 304 may perform a batch operation on the application server farm, such as performing an operating system replacement on all application servers.
Optionally, referring to FIG. 5, the operation and maintenance tools include a customization tool and a batch operation and maintenance tool.
The customization tool is used to customize the universal script.

In addition, some operation and maintenance management requirements with high use frequency can be customized and packaged into functions or made into small tools, functions are directly realized, and the functions are stored in a script mode, so that on one hand, the functions can be edited according to later-stage requirements, on the other hand, the scripts are stored and are tested in a test environment before running every time, and human errors in operation and maintenance management can be reduced.
Further, for functions that cannot be realized by simple scripts, scripting can be performed, for example, playbook can be used for executing complex commands.
The batch operation and maintenance tool is used for operating the operation and maintenance management objects in batches through the universal script.
Illustratively, when the operating system is replaced, an operation and maintenance manager can simultaneously replace the operating systems of a plurality of application program servers through batch operation and maintenance after logging in operation and maintenance management, and the application program servers do not need to be directly replaced one by one, so that the method provided by the embodiment of the application is time-saving and labor-saving, and is convenient to replace.
According to the above contents, the operation and maintenance manager can monitor and know the service resource use states of all the application program servers only by logging in the operation and maintenance management system, and timely find out the hidden danger which may cause system failure.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, the operation and maintenance management system for the application server cluster further includes a database 500, where a first end of the database 500 is connected to a third end of the operation and maintenance management module 300, and is configured to record data generated by the operation and maintenance management module 300 when performing operation and maintenance management operations; the second end of the database 500 is connected to the third end of the operation and maintenance management server 200 for recording data of the operation and maintenance management server 200.
