Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In order to solve the technical problem that the conventional IT operation and maintenance method affects IT operation and maintenance efficiency and increases IT operation and maintenance cost, the embodiment provides an operation and maintenance processing method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. and collecting the state information of each application.
The execution subject of the embodiment may be a device or equipment for IT operation and maintenance processing, and may be configured on the operation and maintenance management system side. The state information of the application may include: subsystem names, Chinese names, cluster information, instance information, application types (e.g., Java, Docker, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spark, Hadoop, etc.), environment information, host IP addresses, etc.
In this embodiment, the corresponding functional interface may be called through the application data synchronization tool, so as to synchronize the state information of each application that needs to be monitored by the IT operation and maintenance to the operation and maintenance management system side, which is convenient for implementing the subsequent automated IT operation and maintenance processing, and the processes shown in steps 102 to 104 may be specifically executed.
102. And configuring operation and maintenance operation information for each application according to the state information of each application.
The operation and maintenance operation information may include operation and maintenance contents for a single application in an automated manner, such as writing a corresponding script or command line data, and each application may have its own corresponding operation and maintenance operation information, and the operation and maintenance operation information of different applications may be the same or different.
For example, after the state information of each application that the IT operation and maintenance needs to monitor is synchronized to the operation and maintenance management system side, the operation and maintenance personnel can click an edit button at the front end of the operation and maintenance management system, jump to an edit page, and then configure the automated operation and maintenance scripts or command line data of a single application in the edit page. The whole process can be visualized, operation and maintenance management is facilitated, and the efficiency of automatic IT operation and maintenance is improved.
103. And responding to the operation and maintenance instruction of the target application in each application, and sending an application service request corresponding to the operation and maintenance instruction to a server of the target application according to the operation and maintenance operation information of the target application.
The target application may be any one of various applications that the IT operation and maintenance needs to monitor, or a specific application thereof, etc. The operation and maintenance instruction can be automatically triggered and input by the system timing or be actively input by the operation and maintenance personnel. For example, an operation and maintenance person may click an event through a button at the front end of the operation and maintenance management system, and then perform an operation of the target application (such as application start, stop, restart, and the like), so as to automatically send an application service request corresponding to the operation and maintenance instruction to the server of the target application.
For example, when an operation and maintenance instruction of a target application is received, the operation and maintenance instruction can be analyzed, and the target application and an application service required by the target application are determined; the method comprises the steps of obtaining a script or command line data and the like required to be executed by a request of an application service according to operation and maintenance operation information correspondingly configured to a target application, and further sending a corresponding application service request to a server of the target application, wherein a user and a password and the like for logging in the target application server are edited and finished in the operation and maintenance operation information in advance, so that automatic application user logging can be realized in an IT automatic operation and maintenance process, the risk of operation and maintenance personnel logging in the application server is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel is improved.
104. And determining whether the target application is abnormal or not according to the request response information returned by the server of the target application.
The request response information may include request result information of an application request corresponding to the operation and maintenance instruction. For example, if the application service returned by the server of the target application is the same as the requested application service and is received within a standard time without delay, data loss, and the like, it may be determined that the target application is not abnormal; and if the application service returned by the server of the target application is different from the requested application service, or the conditions of delayed reception, data loss and the like occur, the target application can be determined to be abnormal.
By the operation and maintenance processing method in the embodiment, operation and maintenance operation information corresponding to each application can be configured in advance according to the acquired state information of each application, and subsequently, when an operation and maintenance instruction of a target application is received, an application service request corresponding to the operation and maintenance instruction is sent to a server of the target application according to the operation and maintenance operation information configured corresponding to the target application, so that whether the target application is abnormal or not can be automatically determined according to request response information returned by the server. Compared with the traditional IT operation and maintenance mode, the method can really realize one-key management and operation middleware component application process, further realize automatic IT operation and maintenance processing in one key mode, can help to improve the operation efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel and reduce operation and maintenance solution repeatability work through IT operation and maintenance automation, and therefore can improve the IT operation and maintenance efficiency and save IT operation and maintenance cost.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process in this embodiment, another operation and maintenance processing method is provided, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes:
201. and collecting the state information of each application.
For example, the kernel data synchronization tool calls the UCMDB interface to synchronize application state information to the operation and maintenance management system side, such as application state information including subsystem name, Chinese name, cluster information, instance information, application type, environment information, host IP address, and the like.
202. And storing the collected state information of each application in a block chain.
Before configuring the operation and maintenance operation information corresponding to the application according to the state information of the application, in order to ensure the security and the privacy of the state information of the application, the state information of the application may be stored in the blockchain in advance, for example, the state information of each application may be stored in one or more nodes of the blockchain.
It should be noted that the blockchain in this embodiment is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, and encryption algorithm. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
203. And acquiring the state information of each application from the block chain, and configuring operation and maintenance operation information for each application according to the state information of each application acquired from the block chain.
When an instruction of operation and maintenance operation information corresponding to the configuration application of the operation and maintenance personnel is received, state information of the corresponding application can be obtained from the nodes of the block chain, and then the operation and maintenance operation information corresponding to the application is configured according to the obtained application state information.
Optionally, configuring operation and maintenance operation information for each application according to the state information of each application, which may specifically include: first, based on application identification (such as application name, ID number, etc.), application instance information, application type (such as Java, Docker, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spark, Hadoop, etc.) and application environment information of each application, the method comprises the steps that system identification (such as system name, system number and the like) of a subsystem to which an application belongs, IP (Internet protocol) address of a host to which the application belongs, cluster information (such as cluster name, cluster node number, master-slave node condition and the like) to which the host belongs are configured for each application, and simulation user login information (such as application user, application user password and the like of the application, wherein the application user can be a simulation user used for IT operation and maintenance test, and the operation behavior of the simulation user is consistent with the operation behavior of a real user) and simulation user operation event information (such as operation commands of the simulation user on the application, including an application starting command, an application stopping command, an application restarting command, a command for calling a certain function of; and then configuring preset script information (the preset script information may include a corresponding script program, and/or command line data, etc.) to the simulated user operation event information, wherein the preset script information is used for sending an application service request corresponding to the simulated user operation event information to a server corresponding to each application when executed.
For example, after the UCMDB interface is called by a key data synchronization tool and the synchronization of the state information data of each application is completed, the operation and maintenance personnel can click an edit button at the front end of the operation and maintenance management system, jump to an edit page, and then configure an automatic operation and maintenance script or command line data of a single application in the edit page, thereby implementing the configuration of daily operation commands of the maintenance application, such as application users, application user passwords, start commands, stop commands, restart commands, log path information, operation and maintenance personnel information, of the application. Through the visual operation and maintenance operation, the operation and maintenance management is convenient, the IT operation and maintenance work can be accurately carried out according to the actual operation and maintenance requirement, and the efficiency of automatic IT operation and maintenance is improved.
A specific configuration process will be described by taking an application a among the applications as an example. When configuring the simulated user login information corresponding to the application A, according to the IP address of the host to which the application A belongs and the cluster information of the host, finding out the host folder corresponding to the IP address of the host in the node host directory of the cluster, and then according to the system identification of the subsystem to which the application A belongs, finding the system folder under the subsystem in the host folder, and then according to the application identifier and the application type of the application A, finding the user management file data of the application A of the application type in the system folder, creating login information of the simulated user in the management file data, and creates operation event information that the simulation user has authority to execute in the event management file data of the application a, namely, the information of the operation event of the simulation user, such as the information of the application instance which the simulation user has the authority to call in the application a, the information of the application environment, the application service which has the authority request in the cluster node, and the like. After the configuration of the operation event information of the simulation user is completed, the preset script information corresponding to the operation event information of the simulation user can be edited by using a script editing tool, and when the preset script information is executed, the preset script information is used for sending an application service request corresponding to the operation event information of the simulation user to a server corresponding to the application A so as to acquire the application service.
Further optionally, configuring, based on the application identifier, the application instance information, the application type, the application environment information, the system identifier of the subsystem to which the application belongs, the IP address of the host to which the application belongs, and the cluster information to which the host belongs, the simulated user login information and the simulated user operation event information for each application may specifically include: configuring simulated user login information with non-ROOT account login authority to each application and configuring simulated user operation event information based on application identification, application type, application instance information, application environment information, system identification of a subsystem to which the application belongs, IP address of a host to which the application belongs and cluster information to which the host belongs, wherein application operation commands contained in the simulated user operation event information are operated in a single command line mode, and file paths in the application operation commands are configured in an absolute path mode
For example, the simulated user login information may run login through a non-ROOT account, the application operation command included in the simulated user operation event information is operated in a single command line manner, and a file path in the application operation command is configured in an absolute path manner. In an actual operation and maintenance scene, in order to ensure that the user right is minimized, an application process is usually run by using a non-ROOT account, and an application user and a password correspond to a starting user and a login password of an application. The start-stop command of the application is operated in a single command line mode, and in order to ensure the executable rate of the command, the file path in the command needs to be configured in an absolute path mode.
204. And responding to the operation and maintenance instruction of the target application in each application, and sending an application service request corresponding to the operation and maintenance instruction to a server of the target application according to the operation and maintenance operation information of the target application.
Optionally, step 204 may specifically include: firstly, determining target operation event information (such as operation events for starting, stopping and restarting the target application, calling a certain function of the application and the like) of a simulation user on the target application according to an operation and maintenance instruction of the target application; then, acquiring target preset script information corresponding to the target operation event information (the target preset script information corresponding to the target application and corresponding to the starting, stopping, restarting or calling of a certain function of the application and the like can be acquired from preset script information configured in advance); and then executing the target preset script information, and sending an application service request corresponding to the target operation event information to a server of the target application.
For example, after the operation command of the application is configured, the operation and maintenance personnel can click an event through a button at the front end of the system to perform the operation (such as starting, stopping, restarting and the like) of the application, and the mode is used for automatically operating the application, so that the risk of the operation and maintenance personnel logging in the server operation is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel is improved.
205. And determining whether the target application is abnormal or not according to the request response information returned by the server.
For example, after triggering operations such as starting, stopping, restarting and the like of the application, a background log of the operation command is displayed on a front-end page of the operation and maintenance management system, and dynamic information of the application is known in real time.
Optionally, step 205 may specifically include: judging whether a target application service is requested or not according to the request response information; if the target application service is not requested, determining that the target application is abnormal; if the target application request is requested, whether the requested target application service is consistent with the target application service required by the operation and maintenance instruction is judged; if the target application service requested by the request is judged to be inconsistent with the target application service required by the operation and maintenance instruction, determining that the target application is abnormal; if the target application service requested by the request is judged to be consistent with the target application service required by the operation and maintenance instruction, judging whether the dynamic information of the target application after the target application service is obtained meets the preset standard dynamic change condition; if the dynamic information is judged to meet the preset standard dynamic change condition, determining that the target application is not abnormal; and if the dynamic information is judged not to meet the preset standard dynamic change condition, determining that the target application is abnormal.
For example, if the target application service requested by the request is judged to be consistent with the target application service required by the operation and maintenance instruction according to the request response information, and the dynamic information of the target application after the target application service is obtained meets the preset standard dynamic change condition, determining that the target application is not abnormal; and if the situation that the application service is not requested, or the requested target application service is not consistent with the target application service required by the operation and maintenance instruction, or the dynamic information of the target application after the target application service is obtained is not in accordance with the preset standard dynamic change condition is judged, determining that the target application is abnormal. Through the optional mode, whether the target application is abnormal or not can be accurately judged, one-key automatic IT operation and maintenance can be achieved, the IT operation and maintenance efficiency is improved, and the IT operation and maintenance cost is saved.
The preset standard dynamic change condition may be preset according to an actual requirement, and for example, whether the dynamic information of the target application after the target application service is obtained meets the preset standard dynamic change condition is judged, which specifically includes: if the target application service is a service for starting a preset function, judging whether application data generated after the target application obtains the target application service contains preset application data which should be generated after the service for starting the preset function, and if not, judging that the dynamic information does not accord with a preset standard dynamic change condition; or, if the target application service is judged to be the service for closing the target application, whether the preset application data of the target application after the target application service is obtained is deleted within the preset time length is judged, and if the preset application data is not deleted within the preset time length, the dynamic information is judged to be not in accordance with the preset standard dynamic change condition.
For example, the application data generated by the application 1 after receiving the application service a should include some specific data, and if the application data does not include the specific data, it is indicated that the application service a is not successfully acquired, and it is determined that the dynamic information of the application 1 does not meet the dynamic change condition of the preset standard; for another example, after receiving the application service B, the application 2 should delete the specific application data within the preset time duration, and if the specific application data is not deleted within the preset time duration, it indicates that an exception occurs, and it is determined that the dynamic information of the application 2 does not meet the preset standard dynamic change condition.
For example, an application service required for executing the application 3 is acquired according to a stop request sent by the application 3, and if the application service is requested and the running data of the application 3 is deleted within a preset time after the application service is executed, it is determined that the application 3 is not abnormal; and if the application service is not requested, or other requested application services are requested, or the application service is requested to be obtained, and the running data of the application 3 is not deleted within the preset time after the application service is executed, determining that the application 3 is abnormal.
Further, after step 205, the method of this embodiment may further include: if the target application is determined to be abnormal, saving operation log information corresponding to the operation and maintenance instruction; and outputting alarm information corresponding to the target application in the operation and maintenance management system.
For example, in an automated IT operation and maintenance process, any operation record can be written into a database in the form of a data table as a history record (operation log information) of the operation, and the history record is used as a production operation record of an operation and maintenance person to trace any operation of the production. When determining that an application is abnormal, the alarm information of the application can be output at the front end of the operation and maintenance management system, and specifically, the alarm prompt can be performed in the forms of characters, pictures, audio, video, light, vibration and the like, so that operation and maintenance personnel can know the abnormal application at the first time, and the IT operation and maintenance are facilitated.
