Abstract

本发明涉及一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统,属于工业自动化设备监控系统技术领域。其主要针对缺少成熟稳定安全可靠的大型电力SCADA系统的问题,提出如下技术方案,包括操作终端、应用系统层和通用平台层,所述通用平台层包括数据库配置组件、图形库组件、数据库通用访问组件、实时库管理系统、实时库访问组件、公用组件、进程管理器、网络软总线、数据库镜像模块及WEB服务模块,所述数据库通用访问组件分别和图形库组件、数据库配置组件、实时库管理系统连接,所述实时库管理系统分别和实时库访问组件、网络软总线连接。本发明实现变电站监视、控制和管理,同时为调控中心、生产管理等其他主站系统提供远程控制和浏览服务。

Description

一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统
技术领域
本发明涉及工业自动化设备监控系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统。
背景技术
近年来,随着信息安全上升为国家战略,国家将自主安全可控提升到国家战略高度,电力SCADA监控系统组态软件系统是工业自动化领域信息化和智能设备监控的核心基础软件,是智能制造的支撑软件之一,是新一代信息技术应用产业中的关键环节之一。国产操作系统方面如中科麒麟、北京凝思等已开始应用于国家重点行业及国家重点部门,现有如组态王、力控、WINCC等软件全是基于windows平台开发。然而面向国产操作系统平台下成熟稳定安全可靠的大型电力SCADA系统组态软件几乎在市场上找不到。为了解决这一问题,我们研发了“润世华RS6000”,采用北京凝思安全增强操作系统(Linux版6.80),满足涉及国家秘密的信息系统网络安全管理产品技术要求。基于QT、C++、ACE(自适配通信环境:AdaptiveCommunicationEnvironment)、dbXML、java等工具软件开发,开发构建了系统实时数据库、图形组件库、通信组件库、公共应用服务、电力SCADA监控系统组态软件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出一种可以满足不同需求运行环境的基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统。
本发明的技术方案:一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统,包括操作终端、应用系统层和通用平台层,所述通用平台层包括数据库配置组件、图形库组件、数据库通用访问组件、实时库管理系统、实时库访问组件、公用组件、进程管理器、网络软总线、数据库镜像模块及WEB服务模块,所述数据库通用访问组件分别和图形库组件、数据库配置组件、实时库管理系统连接,所述实时库管理系统分别和实时库访问组件、网络软总线连接,所述实时库访问组件分别和公用组件、进程管理器连接,所述操作终端分别和数据库通用访问组件、数据库镜像模块连接,所述数据库镜像模块和WEB服务模块连接。
优选的,所述应用系统层包括数据库组态工具、画面编辑工具一体化模块、操作监视运行界面模块、告警窗口、前置通信模块、第三方接口及高级应用模块。
优选的,所述数据库配置组件、图形库组件、实时库访问组件、公用组件、进程管理器和网络软总线分别和数据库组态工具、画面编辑工具一体化模块、操作监视运行界面模块、告警窗口、前置通信模块、第三方接口及高级应用模块连接。
优选的,所述高级应用模块包括VQC、五防操作票、录波分析、顺序控制和CVT电压监视等。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益的技术效果:
采集站内电网运行信息和测控、保护等二次设备运行状态信息,通过标准化接口与输变电设备状态监测、辅助设备、计量等装置进行信息交互;
完成变电站全景数据采集和处理;实现变电站监视、控制和管理,同时为调控中心、生产管理等其他主站系统提供远程控制和浏览服务;
系统按照分步式应用、分层体系架构设计,具备强大的跨平台特性,采用了基于元数据、元规则的动态建模技术和面向应用的并行实时库克隆技术,全面满足新一代数字化智能化变电站对运行环境的不同需求。为各电压等级的数字化智能化变电站提供完整、成熟的自动化监控解决方案。

如图1所示,本发明提出的一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统,包括操作终端、应用系统层和通用平台层,所述通用平台层包括数据库配置组件、图形库组件、数据库通用访问组件、实时库管理系统、实时库访问组件、公用组件、进程管理器、网络软总线、数据库镜像模块及WEB服务模块,所述数据库通用访问组件分别和图形库组件、数据库配置组件、实时库管理系统连接,所述实时库管理系统分别和实时库访问组件、网络软总线连接,所述实时库访问组件分别和公用组件、进程管理器连接,所述操作终端分别和数据库通用访问组件、数据库镜像模块连接,所述数据库镜像模块和WEB服务模块连接。
本实施例中,采集站内电网运行信息和测控、保护等二次设备运行状态信息,通过标准化接口与输变电设备状态监测、辅助设备、计量等装置进行信息交互;所有接入的信息遵循IEC103或DL/T860(IEC61850)标准接入SCADA监控系统。完成变电站全景数据采集和处理;实现变电站监视、控制和管理,同时为调度(调控中心)、生产管理等其他主站系统提供远程控制和浏览服务。
实施例二
如图1-2所示,本发明提出的一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统,相较于实施例一,本实施例还包括所述应用系统层包括数据库组态工具、画面编辑工具一体化模块、操作监视运行界面模块、告警窗口、前置通信模块、第三方接口及高级应用模块,数据库配置组件、图形库组件、实时库访问组件、公用组件、进程管理器和网络软总线分别和数据库组态工具、画面编辑工具一体化模块、操作监视运行界面模块、告警窗口、前置通信模块、第三方接口及高级应用模块连接。
本实施例中,对变电站监控系统,需实现的软件功能主要有数据库组态工具、画面编辑工具、操作监视界面、告警窗口、前置通信、第三方接口及高级应用。
实施例三
如图1和图2所示,本发明提出的一种基于自主安全可控的电力SCADA监控系统,相较于实施例一或实施例二,本实施例还包括包括硬件层、操作系统层、支撑平台层和应用层,硬件层包括国产服务器和国产PC等各种硬件设备,操作系统层包括国产化安全可信操作系统,所述国产化安全可信操作系统包括北京凝思安全增强操作系统和中标麒麟安全操作系统,支撑平台层包括支撑软件层、网络总线层和公共服务层,所述网络总线层包括数据总线层和消息总线层,北京凝思安全增强操作系统为Linux版6.80,所述中标麒麟安全操作系统为V7.0。
本实施例中,可将支撑平台层归纳为支撑软件层(或称集成总线层)、网络总线层和公共服务层。支撑软件层(集成总线层)提供各公共服务元素、各应用系统以及第三方软件之间规范化的交互机制,大大降低了各组件间的耦合度,增强了系统的扩充性。网络总线层包括数据总线层(DBI)和消息总线层(MBI)。数据总线层为它们提供适当的数据访问服务,公共服务层为各应用系统实现其应用功能提供各种服务。消息总线层任务是负责各应用的消息转发与传递,应用层采用“自主安全可控+集成智能化设备+一体化业务系统”的需求。通过整合系统功能,优化结构布局,采用“一体化设计、一体化网络、一体化系统”技术构架。实现全站信息的统一接入、统一存储和统一展示,实现运行监视、操作与控制、信息综合分析与智能告警、运行管理和辅助应用等功能。有效提升变电站SCADA系统的智能水平。
上述具体实施例仅仅是本发明的几种优选的实施例,基于本发明的技术方案和上述实施例的相关启示,本领域技术人员可以对上述具体实施例做出多种替代性的改进和组合。
