According to the embodiment of the application, the health code of the personnel to be in the park is checked through the health code check node, the trip card of the personnel to be in the park is checked through the trip card check node, and the safety of the personnel and vehicles entering the park is ensured through double-layer check.
Step 104: after the travel cards of the personnel to be in the park pass through verification, generating a pass card for the vehicles to be in the park and the personnel to be in the park, and acquiring the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card by scanning the pass card when the vehicles to be in the park enter the park.
After the server determines that all the health codes and the travel cards of the people to be in the park pass the verification, the server generates pass cards for the vehicles to be in the park and the people to be in the park so as to allow the current vehicles to enter and exit the park. When the current vehicle enters the park, the server can acquire the vehicle information and personnel information allowing the vehicle to enter the park by scanning the pass card.
It should be noted that, the pass card generated in the embodiment of the present application includes a license plate number, a driver name, a random number of people, and a time for allowing the people to come in and go out of the park.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of generating a pass card according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the server obtains the name, the phone number and the identification card number of the person waiting for the park, obtains the travel card information through the phone number, obtains the health code information through the identification card number, and generates the passing card for the park after the health code and the travel card of the person waiting for the park are checked and confirmed to pass, so that the vehicle waiting for the park carries out the park based on the passing card. The pass card in this embodiment includes time for allowing the pass card to enter the garden, license plate number, driver name, and number of persons. When the vehicle enters the garden area, the server can quickly check the vehicle to be in the garden and the personnel to be in the garden according to the information on the pass card, so that the speed of checking in and out the garden is improved.
Step 105: based on the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, determining that the current vehicles are consistent with the information of the vehicles to be in the park in the pass card, and determining that the current personnel are consistent with the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, so that the current vehicles enter the park.
When the vehicle to be in the park enters the park, the server compares the license plate number, the name of the driver, the number of the drivers and the time for allowing the vehicles to enter the park with the current vehicle to be in the park and the personnel to be in the park based on the license plate number, the name of the driver, the number of the drivers and the time for allowing the vehicles to enter the park, determines whether the actual condition of the current vehicle is consistent with the information in the traffic card, and allows the current vehicle to enter the park after the comparison is passed, so that the check for entering the park is completed.
Specifically, the server identifies the license plate number of the current vehicle through the vehicle barrier gate so as to determine whether the license plate number of the current vehicle is consistent with the license plate number allowed to enter in the pass card, and under the condition that the license plate numbers are determined to be matched, the server identifies the driver of the current vehicle through the face recognition device so as to determine that the identity card information of the driver is consistent with the name of the driver on the pass card. If the driver information matches, the server will continue to identify the number of follower in the current vehicle and compare it with the number of follower in the pass card to determine if the two match. After the license plate number, the name of the driver, the number of the follower and the time of entering and exiting the park are checked, the server can control to open the vehicle barrier gate so that the current vehicle enters the park, and the check of the whole personal vehicle entering and exiting the park is completed.
In one embodiment of the present application, after a current vehicle enters a park, a server may acquire, in real time, a movement track of the current vehicle in the park and a time corresponding to each movement track through a park entering information tracking node, and acquire driver registration information and a park entering time of the current vehicle, so as to generate a corresponding park entering record, and store the park entering record in a database. When a sudden public health event occurs, the server can acquire a log-in record obtained based on the personnel information tracking node from the database; the server can determine related personnel of sudden public health events through license plate numbers, personnel names, identity card numbers or detailed source addresses in the log-in records, and can be contacted with the related personnel in the log-in records when needed, so that quick tracing is realized, the difficulty of management and control is reduced, and the cost of manpower and material resources of management and control is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a log entry provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 4, the record of entering a garden in the embodiment of the present application includes information such as name, telephone number, ID card number, license plate number, origin, time of entering a garden, etc. In the log-in records, the server can inquire through names, identification numbers, license plate numbers, personnel or vehicles, and can also screen personnel information through source places and log-in time.
In one embodiment of the present application, the pass card is valid by default within 24 hours after generation, and if the vehicle waiting to enter the park wants to enter the park after the valid time of the pass card is exceeded, the above operation needs to be performed again to reissue the pass card.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another method for quickly checking a person and a vehicle going in or out of a park according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, when checking a vehicle, the server will first acquire driver registration information, mainly including the name, phone number and identification number of the driver, the license plate number, source, detailed address and number of the follower of the vehicle to be in the park, and acquire the name, phone number and identification number of the follower when the number of the follower is not 0. Then, the server can confirm that the names, telephone numbers and identification card numbers of the drivers and the accompanying personnel are consistent with the actual conditions through the personnel information check nodes. The server acquires the health code of the person waiting for the park according to the identity card number, so as to check the health code through the health code check node, and under the condition that the health code check of the person waiting for the park is not passed, the server sends the person waiting for the park and the corresponding driver registration information which are not passed through the check to the manual work for processing. Under the condition that the health codes of the personnel waiting for the park pass the verification, the server can acquire the corresponding travel card based on the telephone number of the personnel waiting for the park, and the travel card is verified through the travel card verification node. And the server sends the to-be-garden personnel and corresponding driver registration information which are not checked to pass to the manual processing under the condition that the travel card of the to-be-garden personnel is not checked to pass. After the pass card passes the verification, a pass card for the current vehicle to enter the park is generated, so that when the current vehicle enters the park, the server obtains the vehicle information and the personnel information which are allowed to enter the park by scanning the pass card, then compares the license plate number of the current vehicle identified by the vehicle barrier with the license plate number in the pass card, obtains the face information by the camera, and identifies the driver and the following number of people based on the face identification equipment, thereby completing the authentication of the vehicle information and the personnel information. Under the condition that the verification is not passed, the server submits the current vehicles and the personnel to manual processing, so that the situation that the current vehicles and the personnel are blocked at the gate of a park to form personnel-intensive and aggravate the development of sudden public health events is avoided. Under the condition that the information of the vehicles passes verification, the server can control the vehicle barrier gate to start, and allow the current vehicles and corresponding personnel to enter the park. In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the server also stores the log-in record in the database, so as to provide basis for subsequent inquiry.
It should be noted that the method shown in fig. 5 is substantially the same as the method shown in fig. 1, and therefore, the portions not described in detail in fig. 5 may be specifically referred to the related description in fig. 1, and are not described herein.
The foregoing is a method embodiment presented herein. Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a rapid verification device for people and vehicles going in and out of a park, and the structure of the rapid verification device is shown in fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an internal structure of a rapid verification device for a man-vehicle entering and exiting a park according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to: acquiring vehicle information to be in a garden and personnel information to be in the driver registration information through a personnel information registration node; the information of the personnel to be in the garden comprises the following steps: name, telephone number and ID card number, the personnel to be in the garden comprises drivers and accompanying personnel; authenticating the name, the telephone number and the identity card number of the person to be in the driver registration information through the personnel information check node to determine the one-to-one correspondence of the person to be in the garden, and submitting the driver registration information after the authentication is passed; acquiring a corresponding health code based on the identification card number of the person to be in the park in the driver registration information, so as to determine whether the health code of the person to be in the park passes through the health code check node, acquiring a corresponding journey card based on the telephone number of the person to be in the park after determining that the health code of the person to be in the park passes through the health code check node, and determining whether the journey card of the person to be in the park passes through the journey card check node; after the travel cards of the personnel to be in the park pass the verification, generating a pass card for the vehicles to be in the park and the personnel to be in the park, and acquiring the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card by scanning the pass card when the vehicles to be in the park enter the park; based on the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, determining that the current vehicles are consistent with the information of the vehicles to be in the park in the pass card, and determining that the current personnel are consistent with the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, so that the current vehicles enter the park.
The embodiments of the present application also provide a nonvolatile computer storage medium storing computer executable instructions configured to: acquiring vehicle information to be in a garden and personnel information to be in the driver registration information through a personnel information registration node; the information of the personnel to be in the garden comprises the following steps: name, telephone number and ID card number, the personnel to be in the garden comprises drivers and accompanying personnel; authenticating the name, the telephone number and the identity card number of the person to be in the driver registration information through the personnel information check node to determine the one-to-one correspondence of the person to be in the garden, and submitting the driver registration information after the authentication is passed; acquiring a corresponding health code based on the identification card number of the person to be in the park in the driver registration information, so as to determine whether the health code of the person to be in the park passes through the health code check node, acquiring a corresponding journey card based on the telephone number of the person to be in the park after determining that the health code of the person to be in the park passes through the health code check node, and determining whether the journey card of the person to be in the park passes through the journey card check node; after the travel cards of the personnel to be in the park pass the verification, generating a pass card for the vehicles to be in the park and the personnel to be in the park, and acquiring the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card by scanning the pass card when the vehicles to be in the park enter the park; based on the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, determining that the current vehicles are consistent with the information of the vehicles to be in the park in the pass card, and determining that the current personnel are consistent with the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, so that the current vehicles enter the park.
All embodiments in the application are described in a progressive manner, and identical and similar parts of all embodiments are mutually referred, so that each embodiment mainly describes differences from other embodiments. 1. A method for rapid verification of a person-vehicle entering and exiting a campus, the method comprising:

acquiring a corresponding health code based on an identification card number of a person to be in a garden in the driver registration information, so as to determine whether the health code of the person to be in a garden passes through a health code check node, acquiring a corresponding journey card based on a telephone number of the person to be in a garden, and determining whether the journey card of the person to be in a garden passes through a journey card check node;
after the travel cards of the personnel to be in the garden are checked and passed, generating a pass card for the vehicles to be in the garden and the personnel to be in the garden, and acquiring the information of the vehicles to be in the garden and the information of the personnel to be in the pass card by scanning the pass card when the vehicles to be in the garden enter the garden;
based on the information of the vehicles to be in the park and the information of the personnel to be in the park in the pass card, determining that the current vehicles are consistent with the information of the vehicles to be in the park in the pass card, and determining that the current personnel are consistent with the personnel to be in the park in the pass card so as to enable the current vehicles to enter the park.
2. The method for quickly checking whether a person enters or exits a park according to claim 1, wherein the method for quickly checking whether the person enters or exits the park comprises the steps of:
before a vehicle to be parked enters a park, a name, a telephone number and an identity card number of a driver, a license plate number of the vehicle to be parked, a detailed address of a source and the presence or absence of a follower are obtained in advance through a person-vehicle information registration node;
and under the condition that the vehicle to be in the garden has the follower, acquiring the follower, and the name, the telephone number and the identity card number of the follower.
3. The method for quickly checking whether a person enters or exits a park according to claim 1, wherein the name, the phone number and the identification card number of the person to be entered in the driver registration information are authenticated by a person information check node, specifically comprising:
inquiring and determining whether the name of the driver is matched with the ID card number or not after inquiring and determining that the telephone number of the driver is matched with the name and the ID card number of the driver through the personnel information check node;
And under the condition that the telephone number of the driver is matched with the name and the identity card number of the driver and the vehicle to be in the garden has the accompanying person, determining that the name and the identity card number of the accompanying person are matched with each other and the telephone number of the accompanying person is matched with the name and the identity card number of the accompanying person through the person information checking node so as to finish authentication of the name, the telephone number and the identity card number of the person to be in the garden.

The method for quickly checking whether a person enters or exits a park according to claim 1, wherein the corresponding health code is obtained based on the identification card number of the person to be entered in the driver registration information, so as to determine that the health code of the person to be entered in the park is checked through a health code check node, specifically comprising:
acquiring a health code of the driver through an identity card number of the driver in the driver registration information, and submitting the driver and the driver registration information to manual processing under the condition that the health code of the driver is red or yellow through a health code check node;
determining that the health code of the driver is green through the health code check node, namely, the health code of the driver passes the check, and acquiring the health code of the accompanying person through the identification card number of the accompanying person in the driver registration information under the condition that the vehicle to be in the park has the accompanying person;
And under the condition that the health code of the accompanying person is determined to be green through the health code check node, determining that the health codes of the person waiting for the park pass the check.

and under the condition that the travel card of the accompanying person is determined to be green through the travel card check node, determining that the travel card of the person waiting for entering the garden passes the check.

The method for quickly checking whether a person enters or exits a park according to claim 1, wherein determining that a current vehicle is consistent with the information of the vehicle to enter the park in the pass card and determining that a current person is consistent with the person to enter the park in the pass card based on the information of the vehicle to enter the park and the information of the person to enter the park in the pass card, specifically comprises:
identifying the license plate number of the current vehicle through a vehicle barrier gate to determine that the current vehicle is matched with the information of the vehicle to be in the park in the pass card;
identifying the driver of the current vehicle through face recognition equipment to determine that the driver of the current vehicle is consistent with the driver of the person to be in the park in the pass card, and identifying the number of the person in the current vehicle through the face recognition equipment to determine that the number of the person in the current vehicle is consistent with the following number of the person to be in the park;
and after the license plate number, the drivers and the number of the following persons pass the verification, opening the vehicle barrier gate so that the current vehicle enters a park.
7. The rapid verification method for a personal vehicle entering and exiting a campus of claim 1, wherein after the vehicle to be entered into the campus, the method further comprises:
