Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic step diagram of a police service management method based on a block chain provided in an embodiment of the present specification is shown, where the police service management scheme is applied in a police service management system that includes a unified police service software as a service SaaS platform and a plurality of police service subsystems managed by the unified police service SaaS platform; the unified police service SaaS platform and the plurality of police service subsystems are respectively provided with block chain nodes; the method may include:
step 202: and the unified police service SaaS platform allocates task execution permission to police service users registered with accounts locally according to the current police service resource requirement, wherein the task execution permission corresponds to the permission which can be controlled by any one of the plurality of police service subsystems.
Optionally, when the unified police service SaaS platform locally registers an account for the police service user, the method specifically includes:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a police service account is established for the police service user based on the account application of the police service user.
And secondly, applying for the block chain account address of the police service account in a block chain network through a locally deployed block chain node, and uploading and storing.
Step 204: after the police service user logs in an account based on the distributed task execution authority, the police service subsystem records task execution information and uploads the task execution information to the block chain network through the locally deployed block chain link points.
Optionally, when the police service subsystem records task execution information and uploads the task execution information to the blockchain network through a locally deployed blockchain link point, the police service subsystem specifically includes:
recording task execution information uploaded by the police service user when executing the police service task;
and signing the task execution information by using a private key when the police service user applies for a block chain account address through a locally deployed block chain node, and uploading the signed task execution information to a block chain network.
Step 206: in an assessment period, the unified police SaaS platform accesses and inquires task execution information which is stored in a block chain network and belongs to the police user through locally deployed block chain link points to conduct unified assessment.
Optionally, the unified police service SaaS platform accesses, through the locally deployed block chain link point, task execution information belonging to the police service user and stored in the query block chain network, and when performing unified assessment, the unified assessment specifically includes:
calling a block chain query interface based on the police service account of the police service user;
using the block chain account address of the police service user under the block chain query interface to query task execution information which belongs to the police service user and is stored in a block chain network, wherein the task execution information comprises information recorded by the police service user in one or more classes of police service subsystems for respectively executing tasks;
and performing unified assessment on the police service users according to the inquired task execution information.
Further, in an embodiment of this specification, based on the police service management system described in the first embodiment, in addition to performing unified assessment on the police service users, the method further includes:

Correspondingly, in the embodiment of the present specification, a target police task may be determined by a police service subsystem, and when the target police task is specifically implemented, the police service subsystem determines the target police task based on a current police requirement; and sending a snapshot request carrying the target police task to the unified police service SaaS platform. Therefore, the unified police service SaaS platform can analyze the target police service task from the received snapshot request, and then screen out the block chain account address matched with the target police service task from the task execution information stored in the block chain network through the locally deployed block chain nodes, so as to determine the police service user.
EXAMPLE III
The police service management scheme provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure is described in detail below with reference to the first embodiment and the second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3, taking police officers as auxiliary police as an example, the police management system according to the present disclosure may be divided into: police system, blockchain interface application and blockchain network. Wherein, police service system can include: the system comprises a police service subsystem, a unified police service SaaS platform and an account management module. Here, the police service subsystem may include: household registration system, criminal investigation system and public security system. The systems can be uniformly accessed to the uniform police service SaaS platform and can be used for cooperating with the uniform police service SaaS platform to serve police service users. Further, the block link interface application comprises: the system comprises a restful interface, a private key storage module, a uplink information query module, a cache information query module and the like. The blockchain may include: blocks, a blockchain editing tool, and a software development kit SDK. In the scheme, the block chain module is closely combined with the unified police service platform and various police service systems, the work records of corresponding auxiliary polices are accurately linked, and the inquiry function of each node in the block chain is provided, so that the work tracks of the auxiliary polices are clear at a glance.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to show a flow chart of the job assessment of the auxiliary police, firstly, the unified police service platform creates an auxiliary police account for the auxiliary police, then, the blockchain module generates a private key by using the private key management module according to the created auxiliary police account, generates a blockchain account address, and sends the blockchain account address to the unified police service platform for storage. When distributing a certain police type task for the auxiliary police officer, the unified police affair platform firstly distributes a service system processing authority for the auxiliary police officer, wherein the service system processing authority can comprise: the login authority of the corresponding police service subsystem, and the open authority for using various functions and authorities in the police service subsystem. And after the police assistant personnel obtain the service system authority of the corresponding police service subsystem, starting to execute the corresponding police task, and after the police task is completed, chaining and storing the task execution information through the block chain module of the police service subsystem. And the block chain module interface takes the task execution information as data uplink to a corresponding block for storage, and then returns the uplink hash to the block chain module interface, and the block chain module interface releases uplink information. The unified police service platform inquires all uplink information about the auxiliary police officers from the block chain network through the block chain module, and analyzes the action tracks of the auxiliary police officers, namely the task execution condition according to the uplink information, so that unified performance assessment is performed on the unified police service platform.
The following describes the above-mentioned police management scheme with different process nodes.
1. Accident registration of police assistant personnel on unified police platform
Referring to fig. 5a, an assistant police officer registers a police account in a unified police affair SaaS platform, and after the police account is successfully created, the police account is transferred to a block chain module, and a private key module in a block chain module interface application stores the police account to generate a corresponding block chain account.
2. After the police service borrowing, corresponding police service tasks are processed in the police service information system
Referring to fig. 5b, after registering an account number on the unified SaaS police platform, the assistant police officers can perform related operations on the unified SaaS police platform, and when a police situation occurs or the assistant police officers need to be assigned to specific police work, the assistant police officers can give related authorities of the specific police information system to the assistant police officers on the unified SaaS platform, so that the assistant officers can complete corresponding work in the work system. When task operation is executed in a specific police service system, block link points deployed in the police service system can carry out uplink operation on related task execution conditions, and the task track of the auxiliary police personnel can be recorded and tracked.
3. The task information of the auxiliary police personnel is kept on the block chain
Referring to fig. 5c, when the assistant police performs the relevant work in the police information system, the police system retains the relevant work record of the assistant police, and simultaneously transmits the work information to the interface application module in the node block chain, and signs the work information by using the private key of the block chain account of the assistant police, and performs the uplink operation on the relevant work information.
4. Unified police service SaaS platform carries out corresponding assessment on auxiliary police
Referring to fig. 5d, when the unified police service SaaS platform performs the annual and terminal assessment of the auxiliary police officers, first, corresponding information of an assessment object is input into the system, at this time, a block chain query interface is called, account address information corresponding to the account is queried on a block chain, all work record information under the address is queried, the queried information is returned to the unified police service SaaS platform system, the police service platform system performs corresponding work record summarization, and performs related assessment.
The police officers are considered as important component force of the public security industry to participate in police related work of each layer, but due to the characteristics of urgent tasks and many services of the public security industry, the situation that the police officers are called as police resources often occurs, the primary police officers can work in a plurality of police departments every year, the traditional informatization systems of the police departments cannot be unified, so that the work of the police officers does not have clear assessment indexes, and a large number of subjective assessment factors exist in the assessment proportion. In the embodiment of the specification, after the blockchain technology is combined with the traditional public security informatization system, the auxiliary alarm assessment is not turned into the work of 'depending on the condition' assessment, the working track of the auxiliary alarm is linked by utilizing the characteristics of blockchain distribution, incapability of being tampered and the like, and all assessment indexes can be relied on; meanwhile, the data on the chain can be used as a reference basis for assisting police personnel, when an emergency police affair event occurs, historical task information of the personnel can be obtained from the block chain, and more appropriate police personnel can be selected to execute corresponding tasks.
The following describes the above-mentioned police service management scheme through two specific police service application scenarios.
Scene 1: auxiliary police examination
1.1, taking the auxiliary police A as a newly input auxiliary police worker, registering a police account in the unified police SaaS platform, and simultaneously registering a block chain account.
And 1.2, taking the auxiliary police A as the supporting police force according to the needs of the police task, performing spot-adjustment to the public security department, and simultaneously performing vehicle checking related work by using an information system of the public security department.
It should be understood that the unified police SaaS platform may give the secondary police a permission regarding the information system of the public security department, for example, login permission, police task execution permission, police task entry and upload permission, police task deployment permission, and the like. The police assistant a may then use the information system of the police department for relevant police tasks. In fact, the method is not limited to vehicle checking, and can also comprise related police work such as subway and pedestrian checking.
1.3, when the task is executed, the information system of the public security department records the task execution condition of the auxiliary alarm A (including the completion time, whether the task is completed on time, the task details and the like).
And 1.4, the public security informatization system uplinks the working information of the auxiliary alarm A by using a block chain module deployed in the public security informatization system through a block chain interface, and synchronizes the information to other nodes according to the characteristics of the block chain.
1.5, after the department of public security works for three months, the auxiliary police A receives the emergency task and is assigned to the household department for census work.
And 1.6, the unified police SaaS platform gives the assistant police A household registration department informatization system related authority again, and the assistant police A executes related work in the household registration system.
1.7, the household registration system links the working information of the auxiliary alarm A by a block chain module deployed in the household registration informatization system through a block chain interface, and synchronizes the information to other nodes according to the characteristics of the block chain.
1.8, performing annual assessment, wherein assessment personnel do not need to ask the police assistant A dispatch department for relevant assessment indexes, and can directly call out annual work information of the police assistant A for assessment through the block chain nodes deployed on the uniform police SaaS platform according to the block chain account address of the police assistant A. If the auxiliary police A only has the police service task execution information of the security department and the household registration department, then the police service tasks respectively executed by the auxiliary police A in the two police systems are uniformly checked according to the preset checking standard.
Scene 2: auxiliary police dispatch
2.1, when the public security team receives a superior task, a large amount of police strength needs to be adjusted in a sampling mode to carry out personnel checking work in a dense gathering place due to the coming of important festivals, and the safety of people is guaranteed. Considering that the checking uses the internal checking tool of the public security system, the tool relates to the functions of face recognition, location positioning and the like, and is complex to operate for a new hand and difficult to use for the previous hand.
And 2.2, logging in the public security information system by a manager, inquiring the working information of the related personnel deployed on the node, and screening the auxiliary police personnel with experience of using the checking tool.
And 2.3, discovering that the assistant police B has experience of using the checking system in the same action in the last year, and according to the information prompt on the block chain, the assistant police B has excellent work performance and meets the activity standard.
2.4, policeman B is currently supporting a task in the criminal investigation department, the priority of the task is lower than the important festival maintenance task. The security team communicates with the criminal investigation department, and the block chain work information is used as supplement, and finally the policeman B participates in the next maintenance action.
In the embodiment of the specification, by using the characteristics of block chain decentralization, non-tampering, distributed account book and the like, when auxiliary police force is called through block chain nodes deployed in a unified police service SaaS platform and various police service subsystems, the unified police service SaaS platform allocates task execution authority to police service users with locally registered accounts according to the current police service resource requirement, and after the police service users log in accounts based on the allocated task execution authority, the police service subsystems record task execution information and upload the task execution information to a block chain network through locally deployed block chain nodes; in an assessment period, the unified police SaaS platform accesses and inquires task execution information which is stored in a block chain network and belongs to the police user through locally deployed block chain link points to conduct unified assessment. Therefore, the working track of the police user is tracked and recorded so as to be traceable. Meanwhile, the mutual acceptance and credibility of the assessment results among all the police service subsystems can be improved, and uniform performance assessment management is facilitated.
