Furthermore, the present invention also provides a vehicle rescue apparatus including: a memory, a processor, and a vehicle rescue program stored on the memory; the processor is used for executing the vehicle rescue program to realize the steps of the embodiments of the vehicle rescue method.
The present invention also provides a storage medium storing one or more programs, which are also executable by one or more processors for implementing the steps of the embodiments of the vehicle rescue method described above.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle rescue method based on a saas platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an input rescue request instruction, and generating a rescue service interface based on the rescue request instruction;
receiving vehicle rescue information input based on the rescue service interface;
generating an estimated maintenance price and an estimated rescue duration corresponding to the vehicle rescue information, and displaying the estimated maintenance price and the estimated rescue duration;
if a rescue execution instruction input by a user account is received, a target service store is obtained, and the vehicle rescue information is sent to a store account corresponding to the target service store, so that the target service store implements rescue service corresponding to the vehicle rescue information on a vehicle to be rescued.
2. A vehicle rescue method as defined in claim 1, wherein the step of receiving an input rescue request command is followed by:
generating prompt information for prompting whether to call for help or not;
if a call-for-help instruction is received within a preset time length since the prompt information is generated, acquiring a target service store, and establishing communication connection with the target service store so that workers of the target service store can confirm the vehicle rescue information and implement rescue service corresponding to the vehicle rescue information on the vehicle to be rescued;
and if the telephone call-for-help instruction is not received within a preset time length since the prompt information is generated, executing the step of generating a rescue service interface based on the rescue request instruction.
3. The vehicle rescue method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the target service store comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle position information of a vehicle to be rescued, and obtaining service favorable information of vehicle service shops around the vehicle to be rescued on the basis of the vehicle position information;
generating a service store pushing interface according to the service favorable comment information;
and receiving a target service store input based on the service store election interface.
4. The vehicle rescue method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the target service store comprises:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle position information of a vehicle to be rescued, and obtaining position coordinate information of each vehicle service store around the vehicle to be rescued on the basis of the vehicle position information;
generating a service store distribution map according to the position coordinate information;
receiving a target service store input based on the service store distribution map.
5. The vehicle rescue method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the vehicle rescue information to a store account corresponding to the target service store is followed by:
creating a rescue service work order corresponding to the vehicle rescue information based on the store account;
receiving the updated order dispatching progress information of the store account on the rescue service work order;
and determining the work order progress information according to the order dispatching progress information, and displaying the work order progress information in real time.
6. The vehicle rescue method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining work order progress information from the dispatch progress information comprises:
determining a pre-driving route according to the position information of the maintenance personnel and the position information of the vehicle in the dispatching progress information;
and determining an estimated driving range according to the pre-driving route, determining an estimated driving time based on the estimated driving range, and taking the position information of the maintenance personnel, the position information of the vehicle, the pre-driving route, the estimated driving range and the estimated driving time as work order progress information.
7. The vehicle rescue method according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
receiving evaluation information or comment information of a user account on the rescue service work order;
and generating or updating favorable comment information of the target service store based on the evaluation information or comment information.
8. A vehicle rescue system based on a saas platform, characterized in that the vehicle rescue system comprises:
the trigger module is used for receiving an input rescue request instruction and generating a rescue service interface based on the rescue request instruction;
the acquisition module is used for receiving vehicle rescue information input based on the rescue service interface;
the generating module is used for generating an estimated maintenance price and an estimated rescue duration corresponding to the vehicle rescue information and displaying the estimated maintenance price and the estimated rescue duration;
the release module is used for acquiring a target service store and sending the vehicle rescue information to a store account corresponding to the target service store if a rescue execution instruction input by a user account is received, so that the target service store can implement rescue service corresponding to the vehicle rescue information on a vehicle to be rescued.

A vehicle rescue apparatus, characterized in that the vehicle rescue apparatus includes: memory, processor and vehicle rescue program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the steps of the vehicle rescue method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
