Abstract
本发明提供的一种小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,包括箱体,箱体内设有保温层支架,保温层支架将箱体隔成上下两层相隔热的空间,上层空间内安装有蒸发器及蒸发器风机,箱体的一侧壁及顶部设有蒸发器风机回风口及出风口,上述回风口、出风口与上层空间之间构成蒸发器风机循环风道;下层空间内安装有位压缩机及冷凝器,压缩机前方设有压缩机风机,冷凝器的后方设有冷凝器风机,箱体的前侧壁设置冷凝器风机回风口及压缩机风机回风口,后侧壁为压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口,上述回风口、出风口与下层空间之间构成冷凝器风机循环通道。本发明具有占用空间小、制冷效果好及节能降噪的优势。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于制冷设备技术领域,具体涉及一种小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组及陈列式商用冷柜。
背景技术
现有技术中,陈列式商用冷柜受到制冷系统的布局影响,存在空间无法得到有效利用的缺陷。若将制冷系统进行集成,可增加陈列式商用冷柜的总展示面积,还可以提高对其组装维护时的便利度,但对制冷系统的制冷及散热效果具有较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供一种小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组。
本发明还提供一种使用上述小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组的陈列式商用冷柜。
本发明的第一方面提供一种小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,包括箱体,箱体顶部设有顶罩、底部设有底座;所述箱体内设有保温层支架,保温层支架将箱体隔成上下两层相隔热的空间,上层空间内安装有位于保温层支架上的蒸发器及蒸发器风机,蒸发器靠近箱体的前侧壁设置,该前侧壁上设有蒸发器风机回风口,蒸发器风机靠近箱体的后侧壁设置,蒸发器风机上方的顶罩上设有蒸发器风机出风口,上述蒸发器风机回风口、蒸发器风机出风口与上层空间之间构成蒸发器风机循环风道;所述箱体的下层空间内安装有位于底座上的压缩机及冷凝器,压缩机前方设有压缩机风机,冷凝器的后方设有冷凝器风机,冷凝器及压缩机风机靠近箱体的前侧壁设置,该前侧壁上设有冷凝器风机回风口及压缩机风机回风口,压缩机及冷凝器风机靠近箱体的后侧壁设置,该后侧壁呈敞开状态,为压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口,上述冷凝器风机回风口、压缩机风机回风口、压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口与下层空间之间构成冷凝器风机循环通道。
本发明的第二方面提供一种陈列式商用冷柜,其安装有上述小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组。
本发明通过对制冷系统实现集成式设计,在减小制冷系统在陈列式商用冷柜中的占用体积的前提下,将上层空间中蒸发器回风和出风口呈垂直布置,有利于提升蒸发器制冷效率,而且配合下层空间中冷凝器及压缩机前进风后出风的散热方式也使其散热得到了可靠的保证。
本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的具体实施方式部分予以详细说明。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明提供的一种小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,包括箱体1,箱体1顶部设有顶罩2、底部设有底座3,结合图2,箱体1内设有保温层支架4,保温层支架4将箱体1分隔成上下两层相隔热的空间,上层空间内安装有位于保温层支架4上的蒸发器5及蒸发器风机6,其中,蒸发器风机6为直流横流风机,起到对上层空间进行对流热交换(蒸发)作用,蒸发器5靠近箱体1的前侧壁设置,该前侧壁上设有蒸发器风机回风口7,蒸发器风机6靠近箱体1的后侧壁设置,蒸发器风机6上方的顶罩2上设有蒸发器风机出风口8,蒸发器风机回风口7、蒸发器风机出风口8与上层空间之间构成蒸发器风机循环风道,上述蒸发器风机回风口7及蒸发器风机出风口8均沿箱体1的长度方向设置,且其蒸发器风机回风口7的面积等于蒸发器风机出风口8面积的3-5倍(具有风量增大且均匀,风机的噪音减小的效果);结合图3,箱体1的下层空间内安装有位于底座3上的压缩机8及冷凝器9,压缩机8前方设有压缩机风机10,冷凝器9的后方设有冷凝器风机11,起到对冷凝器进行热交换(冷却/冷凝/过冷)以及对压缩机冷却作用,冷凝器9及压缩机风机10靠近箱体1的前侧壁设置,该前侧壁上设有冷凝器风机回风口12及压缩机风机回风口13,压缩机8及冷凝器风机11靠近箱体1的后侧壁设置,该后侧壁呈敞开状态,为压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口14,上述冷凝器风机回风口12、压缩机风机回风口13、压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口14与下层空间之间构成冷凝器风机循环通道。
运行时,小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组3的运行原理与普通的制冷系统相同,利用压缩机8吸收来自蒸发器5中的低温低压的制冷剂蒸汽,经过压缩机8的绝热压缩之后变成了高温高压的蒸汽,将压缩机8中高温高压蒸汽导入进入冷凝器9中,在同等的压力下进行制冷剂蒸汽的冷凝,同时向周围的介质进行散热,将其变成高压低温的制冷剂冷液,将高压低温的制冷剂冷液在毛细管中等焓节流之后,将其转变成为低温低压的制冷剂蒸汽,之后将制冷剂蒸汽送入蒸发器5中,使箱体1中的热风从蒸发器5及蒸发器风机6经过后,制冷为冷气,再进入箱体1中,以此循环实现制冷。
本发明的创新点在于,对制冷系统实现集成式设计,在安装制冷系统时,不仅不占用陈列式商用冷柜的有效空间、安装维护方便,将上层空间中蒸发器回风和出风口呈垂直布置,有利于提升蒸发器制冷效率,经实验,比其他布置方式提升约20%-30%,而且配合下层空间中冷凝器及压缩机前进风后出风的散热方式也使其散热得到了可靠的保证,另外也具有节能、降噪的优势。
本实施例中,蒸发器5为小管径翅片蒸发器,冷凝器9为微通道管带式冷凝器,蒸发器风机6为直流横流风机,压缩机风机10及冷凝器风机11均为直流轴流风机。目的在于,可起到降低安装整机输入功率的效果,具有降低能耗的优势。
本实施例中,保温层4采用EPS材料制成。利用EPS材料制成的保温层支架,不仅使支架具有保温效果,还可直接形成风道结构,具有制造方便,保温隔热效果好的优势。
本实施例中,参见图1,箱体1与顶罩2之间密封设有密封条15。密封条15可起到对风道密封的作用,确保上层空间对流热交换的效果。
本发明还提供一种陈列式商用冷柜,其安装有上述小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组。

1.一种小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,包括箱体,箱体顶部设有顶罩、底部设有底座,其特征在于:所述箱体内设有保温层支架,保温层支架将箱体隔成上下两层相隔热的空间,上层空间内安装有位于保温层支架上的蒸发器及蒸发器风机,蒸发器靠近箱体的前侧壁设置,该前侧壁上设有蒸发器风机回风口,蒸发器风机靠近箱体的后侧壁设置,蒸发器风机上方的顶罩上设有蒸发器风机出风口,上述蒸发器风机回风口、蒸发器风机出风口与上层空间之间构成蒸发器风机循环风道;所述箱体的下层空间内安装有位于底座上的压缩机及冷凝器,压缩机前方设有压缩机风机,冷凝器的后方设有冷凝器风机,冷凝器及压缩机风机靠近箱体的前侧壁设置,该前侧壁上设有冷凝器风机回风口及压缩机风机回风口,压缩机及冷凝器风机靠近箱体的后侧壁设置,该后侧壁呈敞开状态,为压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口,上述冷凝器风机回风口、压缩机风机回风口、压缩机风机及冷凝器风机出风口与下层空间之间构成冷凝器风机循环通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,其特征在于:所述蒸发器为小管径翅片蒸发器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,其特征在于:所述冷凝器为微通道管带式冷凝器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,其特征在于:所述蒸发器风机为直流横流风机,压缩机风机及冷凝器风机为直流轴流风机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,其特征在于:所述蒸发器风机回风口的面积等于蒸发器风机出风口面积的3-5倍。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,其特征在于:所述保温层支架采用EPS材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组,其特征在于:所述箱体与顶罩之间密封设有密封条。
8.一种陈列式商用冷柜,其特征在于:其安装有权利要求1至4中任意一项的小型化节能低噪音抽取式制冷机组。
