the lighting assembly comprises a movable plate (9), a lamp body (10), a transmission unit, two fixed blocks (11) and two connecting rods (12), wherein the movable plate (9) is horizontally arranged, a gap is arranged between the inner walls of the movable plate (9) and the fixed tube (4), the lamp body (10) is positioned below the movable plate (9), the lamp body (10) is connected with the movable plate (9), two through holes are formed in the movable plate (9), the through holes are circumferentially and uniformly distributed by taking the axis of the fixed tube (4) as a center, the connecting rods (12) and the fixed blocks (11) are in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes, the connecting rods (12) penetrate through the through holes, the connecting rods (12) are slidably connected with the inner walls of the through holes, the fixed blocks (11) are arranged at the bottom ends of the connecting rods (12), the fixed blocks (11) are arranged on the inner walls of the fixed tube (4), and a gap is arranged between the movable plate (9) and the fixed blocks (11), the transmission unit is located between the moving plate (9) and the moving disc (5), and the moving disc (5) is connected with the moving plate (9) through the transmission unit.
