Abstract
The invention provides a sealing structure and pressure-bearing equipment thereof, comprising: first and second angularly disposed sealing surfaces; the first gasket is attached to the first sealing surface and is tightly pressed through a fastening bolt; the second gasket is attached to the second sealing surface and is tightly pressed through a fastening bolt; wherein, the juncture of first gasket and second gasket is pegged graft through the scarf joint structure, and the scarf joint structure is used for the shutoff the gap of juncture. According to the invention, the junction of the first gasket and the second gasket is connected through the scarf joint structure, when two sealing surfaces are simultaneously subjected to pre-tightening sealing, the first gasket and the second gasket are in a scarf joint state, enough movement allowance exists between the first gasket and the second gasket, a gap cannot be formed at the junction due to warping or incomplete butting, and the leakage phenomenon is avoided. In addition, the junction is blocked through the scarf joint structure, and the requirement on manufacturing and assembling precision is low.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sealing connection, in particular to a sealing structure and pressure-bearing equipment thereof.
Background
The commonly used sealing structure is generally formed by matching and pressing a gasket and a bolt, and the gasket is compressible, so that the sealing gasket is pressed to form a seal after the bolt provides an initial pressing force. The structure is reliable in sealing and can bear higher working pressure.
The above-described structure is applicable only to planar seals; when the two planes are perpendicular or form a certain angle, if the two planes need to be sealed simultaneously, a gap is generated at the junction of the two planes by the two gaskets, and then leakage is generated.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that a gap is easily generated at the junction of two intersected sealing surfaces in the prior art, thereby providing a sealing structure and pressure-bearing equipment thereof.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a sealing structure, including:
first and second angularly disposed sealing surfaces;
a first gasket attached to the first seal surface and pressed by a fastening bolt;
the second gasket is attached to the second sealing surface and is pressed tightly through a fastening bolt;
the junction of the first gasket and the second gasket is inserted through an embedding structure, and the embedding structure is used for plugging a gap at the junction.
Further, the scarf joint structure includes:
a groove provided on a side of the first gasket facing the second sealing surface;
the protrusion is arranged on the second gasket, the protrusion penetrates through the thickness direction of the second gasket, the protrusion is embedded into the groove, and the side wall of the protrusion is in seamless abutting joint with the side wall of the groove.
Further, the protrusion length of the protrusion is smaller than the depth of the groove.
Furthermore, the first gasket is integrally formed on the second gasket, and the first gasket is seamlessly joined with the second gasket.
Furthermore, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface at intervals, and waist-shaped holes are adopted in the mounting holes.
Furthermore, the first gasket and the second gasket are both made of flexible graphite materials.
Further, the fastening bolt is pressed against the member to be sealed by a lock washer.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the sealing structure provided by the invention, the first gasket is matched with the fastening bolt, so that the first gasket is attached to the first sealing surface, and the sealing of two pairs of connecting pieces on two sides of the first sealing surface is realized; the second gasket is matched with the fastening bolt to be attached to the second sealing surface, so that the sealing of two pairs of connecting pieces on two sides of the second sealing surface is realized; the juncture of the first gasket and the second gasket is connected through the scarf joint structure, when two sealing surfaces are simultaneously subjected to pre-tightening sealing, the first gasket and the second gasket are in a scarf joint state, enough movement allowance exists between the first gasket and the second gasket, gaps cannot occur at the juncture due to warping or incomplete butt, and leakage is avoided. In addition, the junction is blocked through the scarf joint structure, and the requirement on manufacturing and assembling precision is low.
2. According to the sealing structure provided by the invention, the protruding length of the second gasket is smaller than the depth of the groove in the first gasket, so that the surface of the second gasket can be completely attached to the surface of the first gasket, and the sealing structure is more stably connected.
3. According to the sealing structure provided by the invention, the locking washer can avoid the loosening phenomenon of the fastening bolt.

Example one
The sealing structure provided by the embodiment comprises a first gasket 1, a second gasket 2 and a scarf joint structure at the junction of the first gasket and the second gasket.
The sealing structure in the embodiment is provided with a first sealing surface and a second sealing surface which are spliced by sealing elements to be sealed, and the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface are arranged at an angle; wherein the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface can form any angle; the first gasket 1 is attached to the first sealing surface through a fastening bolt 8, and the second gasket 2 is attached to the second sealing surface through the fastening bolt 8; the junction of the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2 is spliced through an embedding structure, and the embedding structure is used for plugging a gap at the junction; due to the plug connection, enough movement allowance exists between the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2, and a gap is not formed at the junction due to warping or incomplete abutting.
As shown in fig. 1, the first butt-joint member 3 and the second butt-joint member 4 are mirror-symmetric structures, the first butt-joint member 3 and the second butt-joint member 4 both have an arc-shaped flange and a rectangular frame plate, and the arc-shaped flange is vertically arranged on the rectangular frame; the left arc-shaped flange and the right arc-shaped flange are butted to form a second sealing surface; the third butt joint piece 5 is located right below the first butt joint piece 3 and the second butt joint piece 4, the third butt joint piece 5 is of a rectangular frame structure, rectangular frame plates of the first butt joint piece 3 and the second butt joint piece 4 are in up-and-down butt joint with the third butt joint piece 5 to form a first sealing surface, and the first sealing surface is vertically intersected with the second sealing surface. The first gasket 1 is positioned between the rectangular frame plate and the third butt joint piece 5, and the second gasket 2 is positioned between the two arc-shaped flanges oppositely arranged left and right.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the first gasket 1 has a rectangular frame structure, two grooves 6 are formed on a long side of the first gasket at intervals, the two grooves 6 are distributed along the width direction of the first gasket, and the grooves 6 are through grooves; the second gasket 2 is of an arc-shaped structure, two bulges 7 are arranged on the bottom surface of the second gasket at intervals, and the bulges 7 penetrate through the thickness direction of the second gasket 2; the protruding length of the protrusion 7 is smaller than the depth of the groove 6, and the side wall of the protrusion 7 is in sealing contact with the side wall of the groove 6. The bulge 7 and the groove 6 are matched to form an embedding structure, and when two vertical planes are simultaneously sealed, the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2 are kept in an embedding state in the vertical direction; the gap width of the juncture of the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2 is the thickness of the second gasket 2, the side surface of the first gasket 1 and the side surface of the bulge 7 are both used as isolation surfaces, enough movement allowance is provided between the bulge 7 and the groove 6, the bulge 7 cannot be separated from the groove 6 due to warping, namely, the bulge 7 is always lower than the upper surface of the first gasket 1, and the bulge 7 always seals the gap of the juncture.
As an alternative embodiment, the first gasket 1 is integrally formed on the second gasket 2, and the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2 are in seamless joint; no boundary gap is formed between the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2, so that no leakage phenomenon occurs.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the first gasket 1 and the second gasket 2 are made of flexible graphite material, and the material has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance and corrosion resistance.
As shown in fig. 1, the mounting hole on the arc-shaped flange of the first butt joint member 3 is a kidney-shaped hole, the mounting hole on the arc-shaped flange of the second butt joint member 4 is a threaded hole, and the two and the second gasket 2 between the two are locked by a fastening bolt 8; wherein a lock washer 9 is arranged between the nut of the fastening bolt 8 and the arc-shaped flange of the first docking member 3. Mounting holes in rectangular frame plates of the first butt joint piece 3 and the second butt joint piece 4 are kidney-shaped holes, mounting holes in the third butt joint piece 5 are threaded holes, and the first butt joint piece 3 and the second butt joint piece 4 and the first gasket 1 between the first butt joint piece and the third butt joint piece are locked through fastening bolts 8; wherein, a lock washer 9 is arranged between the nut of the fastening bolt 8 and the rectangular frame plate.
Example two
The embodiment provides a pressure-bearing device, wherein a detachable partition plate is arranged inside the pressure-bearing device, the partition plate is a third butt joint piece 5 in the above embodiment, and the pressure-bearing device is provided with the sealing structure in embodiment 1. Wherein, the pressure equipment is a pressure vessel, a heat exchanger, a separator and the like.

Claims (8)
1. A sealing structure, comprising:
first and second angularly disposed sealing surfaces;
a first gasket (1) which is attached to the first seal surface and is pressed by a fastening bolt (8);
a second gasket (2) which is attached to the second seal surface and is pressed by a fastening bolt (8);
the junction of the first gasket (1) and the second gasket (2) is plugged through a scarf joint structure, and the scarf joint structure is used for plugging a gap at the junction.
2. The seal structure of claim 1, wherein the scarf structure comprises:
a groove (6) provided on a side of the first gasket (1) facing the second sealing surface;
the protrusion (7) is arranged on the second gasket (2), the protrusion (7) penetrates through the thickness direction of the second gasket (2), the protrusion (7) is embedded into the groove (6), and the side wall of the protrusion (7) is in seamless butt joint with the side wall of the groove (6).
3. The sealing structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the projection (7) has a projection length which is smaller than the depth of the groove (6).
4. The sealing structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the first gasket (1) is integrally formed on the second gasket (2), and the first gasket (1) and the second gasket (2) are joined seamlessly.
5. The seal structure of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the first seal surface and the second seal surface each have a plurality of spaced mounting holes, and the mounting holes are kidney-shaped holes.
6. The sealing structure according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the first gasket (1) and the second gasket (2) are both made of flexible graphite.
7. The sealing arrangement according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the fastening bolt (8) is pressed against the element to be sealed by means of a lock washer (9).
8. A pressure bearing device characterized by having a sealing structure according to any one of claims 1-7.
