The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a slurry inlet pipe is inserted into slurry through a pipeline, a battery control valve in the slurry inlet pipe is opened, then a driving motor 2 is electrified, the driving motor 2 rotates to drive a rotating shaft 6 to rotate and further drive a rotating impeller 7 to rotate, the slurry is sucked into the pump body shell 5 due to the rotation of the rotating impeller 7, then a discharging pipe 14 is discharged due to inertia, meanwhile, the rotating impeller 7 drives a fixing sleeve 8 to rotate to drive a supporting rod 10 on a connecting rod 9 and a mandril 11 to rotate, so that the slurry adhered on the inner wall of the pump body shell 5 is scraped by a second scraper 13, a jacking spring 21 props against the mandril 11, the second scraper 13 is in contact with the inner wall of the pump body shell 5, the slurry scraping effect is ensured, and the first scraper 12 scrapes the inner wall of the pump body shell 5, therefore, the pump body shell 5 is self-cleaned, after the pump body shell is used, the electromagnetic control valve is closed, the water guide pipe 18 is connected with an external water pipe, water flows to the inside of the high-pressure plunger pump 16 through the water guide pipe 18, high-pressure water flow is formed and rushes into the inside of the pump body shell 5 through the water inlet pipe 15, slurry adhered to the surfaces of the rotary impeller 7, the second scraper 13 and the first scraper 12 is cleaned, and the slurry is discharged from the discharge pipe 14 under the action of inertia.
