本发明涉及纤维板技术领域,尤其涉及一种传导隔音的竹木纤维板,包括竹木纤维板主体,竹木纤维板主体内设有隔音层、减振层、传导层,所述隔音层设于竹木纤维板内中心位置,减振层、传导层以隔音层为中心依次向外对称分布,传导层将声波传导出去,减振层用于减少声波机械振动,隔音层最后隔离残余噪音,对称分布也能增强稳定性,能够降低声波震动,竹木纤维板两面开设有若干安装孔,安装孔内均设有收音管,收音管一端设有收音装置,收音管另一端与传导层连接,收音装置增强收音效果,通过收音管将噪音传导至传导层。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维板技术领域,尤其涉及一种传导隔音的竹木纤维板。
背景技术
在日常家居生活、KTV、歌房等场所,噪音是很常见的,这时候隔音墙就很重要,竹木纤维板是一种环保型建筑材料,隔音效果好,相比纯木墙面,竹木纤维板安装更加便利,但如果仅适用竹木纤维板,隔音效果不太理想,也有一些使用竹木纤维板内加隔音棉,但是隔音棉只能吸音,不能减少声波震动,所以隔音效果也不是特别好,而因此需要增加减震层来减少声波震动,从而提高隔音效果,吸音效果很好的材料很少且成本高,因此可以采用传导声波的方式来隔音,能有效降低成本并且隔音效果好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供多层隔音、吸音、减少声波震动、传导声波的一种竹木纤维板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种多层隔音竹木纤维板,包括竹木纤维板主体,所述竹木纤维板主体内设有隔音层、减振层、传导层,所述隔音层设于竹木纤维板内中心位置,所述减振层、传导层以隔音层为中心依次向外对称分布,传导层将声波传导出去,减振层用于减少声波机械振动,隔音层最后隔离残余噪音,对称分布也能增强稳定性,能够降低声波震动,所述竹木纤维板两面开设有若干安装孔,所述安装孔内均设有收音管,所述收音管一端设有收音装置,所述收音管另一端与传导层连接,收音装置增强收音效果,通过收音管将噪音传导至传导层。
优选的,所述传导层包括若干个均匀分布的声波折射板、声波传导管,所述声波折射板与收音管连接,所述声波传导管与声波折射板连接,所述声波传导管沿声波传导方向贯穿竹木纤维板主体,由收音管接受的声波通过声波折射板折射至传导管,再由传导管排出至地底或者隔音处。
优选的,所述声波传导管内壁设有吸音涂层,吸收传导的声波。
进一步优选的,所述传导管与传导管之间的空隙中设有吸音棉,吸收传导管透出的噪音。
进一步优选的,所述收音管内壁设有声波反射涂层,将收纳的音波通过反射集中传导至传导层。
进一步优选的,所述声波折射板与收音管、声波传导管之间连接角度为135°,使音波折射更有规律。
进一步优选的,所述收音装置为收音喇叭,成本低收音效果好。
进一步优选的,所述减振层为蜂巢结构,蜂巢结构减振效果良好。
进一步优选的,所述竹木纤维板主体与竹木纤维板主体之间连接方式为卡槽连接,连接方式简单、易拆卸。
本发明有益效果:包括竹木纤维板主体,所述竹木纤维板主体内设有隔音层、减振层、传导层,所述隔音层设于竹木纤维板内中心位置,所述减振层、传导层以隔音层为中心依次向外对称分布,传导层将声波传导出去,减振层用于减少声波机械振动,隔音层最后隔离残余噪音,所述竹木纤维板两面开设有若干孔,所述孔内均设有收音管,所述收音管一端设有收音装置,所述收音管另一端与传导层连接,收音装置增强收音效果,通过收音管将噪音传导至传导层。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,包括竹木纤维板主体11,所述竹木纤维板主体11内设有隔音层4、减振层3、传导层,所述隔音层4设于竹木纤维板内中心位置,所述减振层3、传导层以隔音层4为中心依次向外对称分布,传导层将声波传导出去,减振层3用于减少声波机械振动,隔音层4最后隔离残余噪音,对称分布也能增强稳定性,能够降低声波震动,所述竹木纤维板两面开设有若干安装孔12,所述安装孔12内均设有收音管24,所述收音管24一端设有收音装置,所述收音管24另一端与传导层连接,收音装置增强收音效果,通过收音管24将噪音传导至传导层。
如图1、图2所示,所述传导层包括若干个均匀分布的声波折射板25、声波传导管26,所述声波折射板25与收音管24连接,所述声波传导管26与声波折射板25连接,所述声波传导管26沿声波传导方向贯穿竹木纤维板主体11,由收音管24接受的声波通过声波折射板25折射至传导管,再由传导管排出至地底或者隔音处。
如图1、图2所示,所述声波传导管26内壁设有吸音涂层27,吸收传导的声波。
如图1、图2所示,所述传导管与传导管之间的空隙中设有吸音棉22,吸收传导管透出的噪音。
如图1、图2所示,所述收音管24内壁设有声波反射涂层23,将收纳的音波通过反射集中传导至传导层。
如图2所示,所述声波折射板25与收音管24、声波传导管26之间连接角度为135°,使音波折射更有规律。
如图1、图2所示,所述收音装置为收音喇叭21,成本低收音效果好。
如图2所示,所述减振层3为蜂巢结构,蜂巢结构减振效果良好。
如图1所示,所述竹木纤维板主体11与竹木纤维板主体11之间连接方式为卡槽连接,连接方式简单、易拆卸。
工作原理:如图3所示,声波由收音喇叭21收音至收音管24,收音管24内壁的声波反射涂层23使声波集中传导至声波折射板25,声波折射板25将声波折射至声波传导管26,大部分声波被传导出去降噪,其中一部分被声波传导管26内壁的吸音涂层27吸收,一部分渗透出去被声波传导管26之间间隙中的吸音棉22吸收,之后减振层3的蜂巢结构降低声波的振动,最后残余的声波被厚隔音棉隔音。

1.一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:包括竹木纤维板主体,所述竹木纤维板主体内设有隔音层、减振层、传导层,所述隔音层设于竹木纤维板内中心位置,所述减振层、传导层以隔音层为中心依次向外对称分布,所述竹木纤维板两面开设有若干安装孔,所述安装孔内均设有收音管,所述收音管一端设有收音装置,所述收音管另一端与传导层连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述传导层包括若干个均匀分布的声波折射板、声波传导管,所述声波折射板与收音管连接,所述声波传导管与声波折射板连接,所述声波传导管沿声波传导方向贯穿竹木纤维板主体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述声波传导管内壁设有吸音涂层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述传导管与传导管之间的空隙中设有吸音棉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述收音管内壁设有声波反射涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述声波折射板与收音管、声波传导管之间连接角度为135°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述收音装置为收音喇叭。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述减振层为蜂巢结构。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种传导隔音竹木纤维板,其特征在于:所述竹木纤维板主体与竹木纤维板主体之间连接方式为卡槽连接。
