Abstract
The invention relates to a dyeing and finishing method of a natural environment-friendly antibacterial fabric, which comprises desizing, dyeing and setting finishing. Wherein: when dyeing, firstly adding natural antibacterial agent with the water amount of 1-2%, running for 20-30min at normal temperature, and then sequentially adding auxiliary agent and disperse dye; shaping and finishing: the shaping liquid contains 4-6% of fluorine-free waterproofing agent and 1-2% of natural antibacterial agent. The fabric prepared by the invention has good waterproof performance and antibacterial effect, and especially, the natural antibacterial agent is soaked for 20-30 minutes and then the auxiliary agent and the disperse dye are added during dyeing, so that the antibacterial level of the fabric can be kept at a higher level for a longer time, the washing times of the antibacterial effect agent are improved, and the fabric meets the green environmental protection performance.

Background
In recent years, with the improvement of people on healthy life and green environmental protection concepts, the proportion of functional and environmental protection fabrics in the garment fabric market is continuously increased. The finishing process comprises the following steps: s1, pretreatment: pretreating pure cotton gray cloth to obtain pretreated gray cloth; s2, dyeing: dyeing the pretreated gray cloth obtained in the step S1 to obtain dyed gray cloth; s3, antibacterial finishing: performing antibacterial finishing on the dyed gray cloth obtained in the step S2 by using an antibacterial finishing agent to obtain antibacterial gray cloth; in step S3, the antibacterial finishing agent includes the following components in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of an antibacterial agent; 10-20 parts of dopamine. The application has the advantage that the antibacterial effect of the cotton fabric can be improved. s2, dyeing: adding a natural antibacterial agent accounting for 1-2% of water in a bath ratio of 1: 8-12, operating at normal temperature for 20-30min, sequentially adding an auxiliary agent and a disperse dye, heating to 110 +/-2 ℃ and preserving heat for 8-12 min, slowly heating to 130 +/-2 ℃ at a speed of 0.8-1.0 ℃/min and preserving heat for 30-45 min, cooling to 70-75 ℃ for discharging liquid, and then carrying out reduction washing, acid washing, water washing, dehydration and drying;
s3, shaping and finishing: the shaping liquid contains 4-6% of fluorine-free waterproofing agent and 1-2% of natural antibacterial agent, the liquid carrying rate is 60-90%, the vehicle speed is 25-35 m/min, and the shaping temperature is 150-170 ℃.
Preferably, the scouring agent is sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Preferably, the natural antibacterial agent is natural environment-friendly chitin antibacterial agent DM 3015T.
Preferably, the fluorine-free water repellent agent is ludaff ECO.
Preferably, the drying temperature is 170-185 ℃, and the drying speed is 35-60 m/min.

S3, shaping and finishing: the shaping liquid contains 6 percent of fluorine-free waterproof agent Rudafu ECO and 2 percent of natural environment-friendly chitin antibacterial agent DM3015T of the total liquid amount, the liquid carrying rate is 80 percent, the vehicle speed is 30m/min, and the shaping temperature is 165 ℃.

S3, shaping and finishing: the shaping liquid contains 4 percent of fluorine-free waterproof agent Rudafu ECO and 2 percent of natural environment-friendly chitin antibacterial agent DM3015T of the total liquid amount, the liquid carrying rate is 60 percent, the vehicle speed is 25m/min, and the shaping temperature is 150 ℃.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example differs from example 1 above only in that: DM3015T was added with the auxiliaries without first running in the dyeing step.
The finished fabrics obtained in example 1 and comparative example 1 were subjected to the following tests for antibacterial property, and the test results are shown in table 1. The samples were washed 10 times according to the 5A procedure in GB/T8629-17.

The test result shows that the natural antibacterial agent is added for dipping operation during dyeing, so that the fabric can still keep a higher antibacterial level after being washed for many times. Examples 2-3 also had levels comparable to example 1.
